The location is pretty good, and it's a newly built hotel, so the hygiene is excellent. It's also quite close to the old town, just a short walk away. The service was absolutely fantastic. I accidentally left my power bank and charging cable on the train, so I didn't have a charger. The staff went above and beyond: they asked a friend to buy a new charging cable and brought it to me, and they wouldn't even accept payment for it. Their service is truly friendly.

I had a wonderful stay. The most beautiful room I experienced in Uzbekistan. The hotel is built around a central open courtyard, with rooms on all sides. When you step out of your room, you’re on a balcony overlooking the space, facing the other rooms across the way. It gives the whole place a really calm, traditional feel. What truly made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, getting us water at night, arranging something for us to eat before a late departure, and helping organize a taxi. His son also helps run the place and he's really kind, diligent and attentive Breakfast was also very enjoyable, served in a bright and welcoming room that made mornings feel relaxed and pleasant. Overall, a warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

The hotel is located near Lyabi Hauz. The rooms are clean and beautifully designed, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The room also has air conditioning and a closet with hangers. There's a rooftop area where you can sit and watch the sunset. The staff at the hotel are polite and helpful, and I can definitely recommend this place.

Очень понравился отель в восточном стиле очень красивый,чистые уютные номера,вежливый персонал, красивая локация интерьера внутри.Хозяин отеля Анвар очень понравился помог с обменом денег,увёз нас в центр старого города подсказал какие экскурсии будут интересными.Однозачно рекомендую этот отель очень роскошный интерьер ,Если буду в Бухаре обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь.

Good mini hotel, friendly administrators. A minking happened, it is not clear for whom reason, but it is all ruined. There are breakfasts, cooking cashes, eggs, standard sausage cutting, east sweets, tea/coffee. If you stay at 2-3 night will not be tired if more, a lot of places where you can eat and even drink delicious coffee. The street is a little noisy, with a sensitive sleep. The mattress is as tough as everywhere in Uzbekistan. The fen is not in every room, but on request brought, hm, former. In general, everything was nice, I recommend. Not expensive and pleasant. If you buy the cheapest fans for all rooms and sleep pepper in the peppers, there will be 11 out of 10.

I booked a superior single room. I was a bit worried because I didn't get a response when I asked if it would be one bed for two adults, but thankfully it turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was a relief. The room was on the first floor, a corner unit, facing a small courtyard past the reception (not the courtyard shown in pictures). Security was excellent. However, a downside was that the courtyard light stayed on all night, and the light coming through the glass window above the door disturbed my sleep. Also, the middle of the mattress was worn out, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The reception staff were fluent in English and very helpful. Since I had an early check-out, they even prepared a breakfast box with sandwiches and an apple. Yandex taxi also came right to the hotel entrance, which was great. If I visit again, I'd definitely like to stay in a room facing the courtyard past the breakfast area.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town's tourist attractions. Everything is within walking distance, and you'll have no trouble finding souvenir shops, restaurants, or cafes. The hotel itself is clean, and since it's set back a bit from the main road by a park, it's very quiet at night. Breakfast starts at 8 AM and offered a great variety of delicious options. Our room was well-equipped with complimentary bottled water, a kettle, instant coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a safe box. Above all, the staff were truly wonderful. They always greeted us with a smile every time we returned to the hotel. A special shout-out to Mr. Muzafar; even after we checked out, he offered us tea and beans while we waited for our train in the lobby and even carried our suitcases downstairs to the entrance. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is conveniently located on a wide new street. From it. You can walk to all the main iconic places of the city. In the hotel, beautiful, clean, excellent attentive staff. Managing Tahir takes care of the guests. His wife cooks delicious and saturated breakfasts. And for the departure we have prepared lunch boxing. I recommend this beautiful hospitality place

The hotel itself is very good, clean, and tidy. The breakfasts are good, the location is simply superb, and the staff is responsive. Overall, I recommend it. The only downside was the WiFi. We stayed in room 13 on the second floor, and the WiFi only worked normally by the window; the reception was very weak. Meanwhile, the WiFi from the neighboring hotel was fine. Unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn't help us with this. There were no issues with the WiFi on the first floor.

The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day.
