2-Star Hotels in Victoria, Australia

This hostel is located in the CBD, very close to Southern Cross Station. It's an easy walk from the airport if you take the SkyBus. The beds are decent, and the common areas are okay. However, the toilets were a bit dirty. It would be better if the showers and toilets were in separate rooms.

I had a great stay at Melbourne City Backpackers. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, trams, and plenty of cafés and restaurants, which made getting around Melbourne really easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions. The hostel had a good social atmosphere without feeling like a party hostel, so it was easy to meet other travellers while still getting a good night’s sleep. The rooms and shared bathrooms were kept clean, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s great value for money, especially if you’re looking for a central place to stay in Melbourne. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other backpackers.

The whole place felt a bit humid. The shower and toilet were clean, which was nice. But the shower pressure was really weak, barely a trickle, and the showerhead in my room was fixed, so it was hard to properly wash. Anyone with long hair would probably find it insufficient. However, I only stayed one night, and it was cheap, so I'm satisfied! They also seem to have events, and if the days had aligned, I would've loved to try their free pizza.

Seacroft is undoubtedly one of the most special places I have visited in Australia. It is evident that there is a great effort to keep each piece and shared spaces in perfect condition. You can find beauty in any area of the establishment, it is impressive as the place is surrounded by mountains and at the same time has a very wide view of the ocean. If you are lucky you will be able to see whales and kangaroos. Adding that it is steps away from a beautiful path to a waterfall. I will never forget this beautiful and magic place!

It doesn't look much from the highway, and it's a distance out of town, but don't let it stop you. I stayed in a ”newer” cabin and it was clean and neat, fully stocked, and comfortable. It was quiet despite the highway. Checking in was easy, and friendly. No internet was a let-down, and the Tesltra signal was poor in Colac town as well as at the park.

Located 800meter from coles Cowes. The cabin is kinda small but sportless clean. I like especially toilet with heater light that ease our chill in winter day. It comes with basic but it is fine for us as we just put a night after penguin parade. I have no time to go to beach and check on other amenities. Overall it is good place for a short trip

It was an amazing experience. The people who run it are very friendly and we got an upgrade so we could see the bay which was lovely All round amazing place to stay at. I highly recommend
