It was my first time visiting Huizhou city. The hotel is relatively close to attractions like West Lake and Fei'e Ridge (a 10-minute walk away). There's a bus stop nearby if you're a little further away. The room and facilities are very cost-effective. It's clean and tidy, and I had a good rest... Breakfast is available right at the door, and the front desk lady is helpful and helpful...

The room is very spacious, the price is affordable, the service attitude is very good, parking is free, and it is convenient to travel. I stayed here for three consecutive days. It is worth recommending. I will stay here again next time I travel👍👍

We booked this hotel for its location which was very convenient for walking to Shuidong Street and the West Lake. There were many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was good for what we paid - large room, memory foam mattress, 2 armchairs, kettle, hairdryer, hot water with good pressure, slippers and toiletries. Wifi was strong! There was a Chinese pharmacy downstairs that we consulted and the medicines they prescribed helped my husband get over his cough after 2 doses - I highly recommend it! A couple of drawbacks - firstly, their heating was not working so we nearly gave up but luckily they had a small heater that they loaned us and it was sufficient. Secondly, the website said it was a non -smoking hotel but they said it was not. Again we were lucky to get a room that didn’t seem to smell of cigarette smoke.

The airport pick. up. driver was not helpful, refused to help with my luggage, I had 3 and couldn't carry l and also I had 3 hand bags with me. He stood by the car and bkuntky told me, you bring the bags!!! Also. he dropped. my luggage and other people at the airport. gate and left, and. when I. approached the gate I. found out it was T1 for domestic flights, But I needed go to. T2, so I had to hire taxi in spot and ride to T2 paying 30 yuan, actually, from T1 to T2. He didn't even. ask which terminal each if us going, , he just dropped all the bags and I. thought we arrived.... Also had a torn towel in the bathroom, I found out after the shower... Also. big spider web near the elevator in the second floor.... on the ceiling... nobody looks. up, but it's huge and hanging down from above.

A good and affordable hotel in the outer parts of Shenzhen city, with complete facilities, and comfortable rooms. The location is very nice and away from the busier city center areas. Recommended for travelers who want a quieter place than the central.

The staffs are very friendly and nice especially the room service staff always smile when we meet her, the room is well equipped with everything that it mentioned as it is advertised, the breakfast has quite a variety of options. The best of the stay is its location just 8 minutes walk from the metro station and also there are a lot of hawker stalls around here that you can always grab something to eat.

The service attitude is good, the room is clean and tidy. The hotel is comfortable on the bank of the Xizhi River. Huizhou's environmental sanitation is well done, the ground rarely sees garbage, no dirty and messy, the West Lake and other scenic spots are beautiful, and people are kind and amiable. Liveable city!
