We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! It’s perfect for families — spacious, clean, and very comfortable for four people. The location is unbeatable — the metro station is right below the building, making it super convenient to travel anywhere. We also loved how thoughtful the amenities were. There’s even a ******* delivery collection box, which makes food delivery so easy and hassle-free! Everything was well-prepared, and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area — great value, great location, and a truly pleasant stay! 🌟

Arrived from the UK a bit worried and tensed. Got to my hotel and met an amazing team of young ladies at the reception who though they didn't understand my language, were eager to help me get settled in. Times I needed to get a taxi or get food delivered, they handled it swiftly The services received during my stay here was nothing short of amazing. I recommend them and here is an opportunity to actually thank all those girls running different shifts at the reception for a job well done.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. What really sets them apart is how they handle a situation. When Typhoon Ragasa was making its way to Shenzhen, I was genuinely impressed. Instead of just doing nothing, they called me! The person on the phone was kind, explaining the situation and giving clear, practical advice like making sure the windows are locked. I saw they had even taped up the windows at the entrance as an extra precaution. It immediately made me feel like I was in well prepared place while in an unexpected circumstance. That same caring attitude is reflected in every interaction with the front desk staff. They are just the sweetest, most genuine people. Whether I was asking when the typhoon was going to hit or when I forgot my keycard in my room, they were always so kind and attentive. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and the service here truly great! And let me tell you, don’t walk past the front desk without trying their tea! It’s such a lovely touch. I found myself looking forward to that delicious cup of tea. It’s those little details that really make it a great experience.

My stay at this apartment suite was absolutely perfect! The room was incredibly stylish, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the city lights at night. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, on par with a five-star hotel, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it super convenient to cook my own meals, and the smart home features were an absolute delight! The butler service was very responsive, and the cleanliness was impeccable down to every detail. The location was easily accessible, with a bustling commercial district right downstairs. Plus, the front desk attendant was exceptionally charming! I even heard she secretly practices the 'Mixue Ice Cream & Tea' jingle whenever she has a free moment! 😆😆😆

The service was automated and really smooth, really good location, a lot of places to eat nearby. The room was big and clean, great view and fast WiFi. I will recommend it 100%.

The front desk staff were courteous and attentive, and check-in was very smooth. The room was spotlessly clean, the balcony offered a beautiful sea view, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. After checking in, I urgently needed a computer to send an important file. Unfamiliar with the area, I asked the front desk if there was an internet cafe nearby. Understanding that I only needed temporary computer access for the file, the front desk attendant proactively offered their own front desk computer for me to use! This was an absolute lifesaver! Their willingness to go above and beyond, truly understanding and addressing a guest's urgent needs, left me incredibly touched and grateful!

There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is good for a short stays or for someone who want to save money but need to stay is city centre. But the room is a little small and some neighbors are very noisy.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers, making the stay completely stress-free. The room rate was reasonable, the layout was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and thoughtful details like charging outlets conveniently placed by the sofa were a big plus. The room was impeccably clean every day: bathroom mirrors were streak-free, trash bins had no odor, and they even regularly cleaned the A/C filters – truly impressive attention to detail. The front desk offers complimentary printing and luggage storage. Its location is excellent too, just a 3-minute walk to the metro station, surrounded by plenty of convenience stores and fast-food restaurants. Highly recommended!

Very good sea view apartment. Little far from city which is good but also negative if you want to eat something better. Room was clean and attitude of front desk was helpful too. I recommend this place.
