The hotel is located on Hefang Street. The overall decoration is very young and full of design sense. There are many cute little details. Although there is no elevator, the stairwell is wide and brightened with white. The escalator is bordered with red, so you won't feel cramped. Less than 100 meters away from the hotel, you will be surrounded by the Southern Song Imperial Street, Hefang Street, and Drum Tower. Within 1 kilometer, there are Hangzhou Museum and Liulangwenying. It is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel is very quiet at night. It is a good location to find peace in the bustle. The Xuanfeng I booked is a small LOFT room. The decoration is mainly log color, simple and generous, the sanitary ware is exquisite and atmospheric, and the bedding is very new, clean, and looks high-end. There is a small skylight on the top floor. The sun shines in during the day. If the sunshade is not pulled up at night, the moonlight will shine in. I like it very much. The service of the hotel is also good. The little sister at the front desk recommended me the surrounding food and helped me carry my luggage upstairs. She is kind, decent and generous. I will choose Mulan Road again if I have the opportunity to go to Hangzhou next time.

We always prefer accommodation with windows to know and view the surroundings. Being on 26th level, this unit was fabulous - full height windows! Complete with day and night curtains. Interior was clean. Daily house-keeping was available. Expandable items like towels even slippers were replenished daily although would have preferred fabric towels than disposable ones. There's a small room on the same level housing a washer and dryer. Guests can use them at no extra cost. Detergent was even provided. Just be wary of the washing/drying timing to remove the clothes so that someone else can use. The location was superb. Getting around was a breeze due to close proximity to shuttles and metro stations. There were small eateries nearby and at the train station. Can never get hungry. Haha! This has to be in anyone's shortlist when looking for an accommodation :)

I had a wonderful stay at Lvxiao erqing hotel near West Lake in Hangzhou. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to attractions. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I made some great friends during my stay, and the hostel offers fun amenities like billiards and video games. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

The location is good, near east railway-station. The staff is really kind and helpful, the reception staff is able to speak English and give you all the help that you need. Small but worth it. I recommend it Thank you for everything, Wenzhou friends!😊

Excellent location near Drum Tower and metro station. Budget hotel with laundry is great but dryer not working so well. Require 3 cycle of 40mins to dry my clothes rather than 1. Recently refurbish but the door doesn't close well and need some adjustment. Mould on sink could be easily remove with right chemical.

The hotel is in a very good location right next to the East Station. There are many convenient restaurants downstairs. The subway and bus are also very close for travel. The price is affordable and it is a very good travel experience!

-Cleanliness was perfect! My room and other rooms I saw were perfectly clean. The corridors, common area, showers, toilets and powder room were perfectly clean. -Front desk was welcoming and served lemon water upon check in. -Facilities were nice. There are powder rooms at every corner so guests don’t have to walk all the way to the three toilets and three showers which felt like a maze. Laundry, dryer and garment steamer are available but they might need a china number to access unless you can pay the staff to pay it for you and there’s a laundry drying area at the verandah. There is a fridge and two microwave at the common area. I love their lemon water dispenser at the lobby. -Amenities wise, towels, slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush have to be purchased from the vending machines in their showers, but shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are free. Several cold and hot water dispensers are around and paper cups can be found in the shower, kitchen and powder rooms. -Location wise, there’s many food eateries throughout the whole building (one very affordable eatery opens 24/7) and many more at the streets around the building. There are two MRTs was about 10mins walk away. -Only drawback was that the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, even after the staff adjusted the temperature from their system. I asked two other guests and they said the same. Opening the door like some other guests made my room less stuffy but my corridor was at the end corner so it was not as cold as the central corridors. The common room was also not cold at all but not hot either. Overall, it was okay and bearable, not stuffy, just not cold. Showering cold helps a lot too. I still slept comfortably at night without blankets and the room was slightly cold during mornings. Price wise, can’t complain since my priority is cleanliness, privacy and price only. But one person said their room was too cold, and another one said their room became cold after the staff adjusted the temperature, so maybe it depends what room you get/negotiate. -Photos of the window room have mirrors but mine didn’t have it, sadly. -Price wise, totally worth it. Can’t meet service this perfect at such low price elsewhere. Would definitely come back!

The best Hanting Hotel that we have stayed this China trip! Very well located and well served by their subways. Lots of malls nearby! The breakfast spread is marvellous! The staff there are fantastic! Thank You!

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very close to Mrt Station Pengbu exit C. ( only 1 stop from Hangzhou East Railway station. Can reach Pengbu from line 1 or 4) You only need to walk less than 5 min to reach hotel. This is more like a studio apartment, without receptionist. So, you better contact hotel befor arrival. Hotel will provide information about building ( there are several buildings, in the apps it's stated 2nd building, but we got 3rd building), room number and password to open the door. Facilities are complete, only no TV. The washing machine is good, also serve as dryer. You can also ask for room cleaning. . If I come again to Hangzhou, will stay here again.

Still consider clean but able to see stained of renovations. The staff doesn’t seems to be very friendly, making me feel uncomfortable. Also there’s a night where no electricity, there’s no apologies or compensation from them at all. And the room only provides two bottles of drinking water a day, we asked for an extra bottle but given and unfriendly attitude. Location wise is 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station. And there is no waiting area for the taxi which cause slightly inconvenience especially during raining.

I came to Hangzhou for business and chose this hotel. It was quite good. The front desk service was very good. They enthusiastically selected a satisfactory room for me and I slept well. When I left, they also said goodbye warmly, which was very heartwarming.

The hotel is greatly located in the centre, near access to the markets, surrounded by many restaurants, the room cleaning is not good, u have to push them do it all the time. Checking in using the app is the best option. Late night comings are ok, no interruptions. You will get many cards of girls slipped under your door, those who know know haha.

It is an excellent hotel in the heart of the international market near district 2 ... sparkling cleanliness with amazing staff...my two days booking ended with 12 days in split booking... free breakfast and free laundry service available... BEST.... hotel

Good location normal service Rapport quality price but the breakfast only Chinese food that you can not even eat Foreigners friendly

The room was so old but the location is very near to futian market. Everyday cleaning the room and the stuff is helpful. The first day i found that the warm water cauldn't use in the bathroom the stuff helped me to change the room. May be I suppose choosing this hotel for the next time. Near the hotel there is a small night market where you can buy many fresh fruits and juices for the chippest price and try to eat national foods of Chinese people.

The room equipment is seriously aging, and the room type and reservation are inconsistent.
