The price/performance ratio is very good. Quiet. My reservation number was almost midnight when I was waiting outside, so it was easy to get the room back.

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience

去雷恩大學上兩個禮拜的法文！在這邊住了18天。 還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。

J’ai très bien aimé c’était ma premier fois dans la région est à l’hôtel, j’ai aimer l’accueil de l’hôtesse elle était très sympas elle ce reconnaîtra sûrement Dans l’ensemble l’hôtel était très bien il est bien située proche de tout commerce. Un petit souci de lit notamment les matelas bouger j´etait obliger de remettre en place à chaque fois sinon tout était bien.

酒店位置不是很方便提著行李箱從汽車站步行到達，房間設施佈局緊湊，有點像是住在膠囊酒店的感覺…還有衛生間的味道有點酸，床睡著有點癢，令人感覺清潔不是很完善。
