"When I checked in, the person in front of me took a long time to sort out/find a solution. I waited quite a while, even though there were other staff members who should have been able to help me. The hotel interior seems to be heavily inherited; these days, the TVs are still manual. The chairs in the room are already unusable."

GGuest Usernew hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation. wifi connection was very slow. smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account.

VViajeroslowcosterosWe booked this hotel for 1 night and finished happy with the room and service. The next morning we also got a taxi to go to the city center because we did not get any grab or gojek. The room is large and air-conditioned, good price quality.
