2-Star Hotels in East Java, Indonesia

The room was clean and the A/C was cold. It's located in a residential area, but finding the entrance was a bit confusing.

I've stayed here before and like last time everything worked well and the bedding was comfortable enough for such a short stay. They gave me a coupon for a discounted dinner meal at their coffee shop that included a free iced tea. The breakfast was sparce but okay for the price. The best thing about this hotel is its great location outside the domestic terminal.

Bermalam disini saat nungguin orang tua di rawat di icu siloam. Jarak dari rmh sakit cukup dekat. Harga bersahabat cuman jendela kecil dan kamar mandi perlu dibersihkan lagi. Kebetulan kamar saya AC juga airnya netes2.

The hotel is in a good location in the city centre. The hotel is clean and comfy. Andreas who works in there is an absolute saint. He speaks greats English and even insisted on taking me on a city tour which was very touching and sweet. There’s a good restaurant across the road and a circle K shop next door!

Worth every penny, great location, amenities, water pressure and hot water is all excellent. The breakfast option was a bomb, didn't expect they provided great food with a variety of choices. Kudos 👍👍👍

Nice accommodation for transit or sleep in for next day flight. However bathroom cleaniness need to be improve. I would like to reccommend this to my friend when the toilets cleanliness are improved

Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star. This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came. When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport. As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain.

I chose this hotel on the principle - next to the airport and inexpensive price. To the airport 10-15 minutes on a moped or car. It was necessary to meet the guide to the Bromo volcano at the airport. In the room, the air conditioner and the soft bed, there is a shower bathtub. They provided a piece of soap but forgot about the towel. Inside everything is new except the bed. The same bed since the purchase is still in the factory polyethylene. There is a TV on the wall. There is a window, but not on the street, but in the corridor. In general, I wasn't crazy - I was arranged. Near a bunch of ordinary varungs - there is where to eat. There is an opportunity to leave the luggage.
