This hotel is perfectly located, just 5 meters from Nankai Line station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. What truly sealed the deal was the unbeatable price – excellent value for money! The ground floor's lounge area is a great perk, offering complimentary water and beverages. The female shower rooms on the first floor were also a pleasant experience. All the staff were very friendly. They even provide free pastries in the morning. It's an ideal choice for a transitional stay on your first or last day when traveling to or from Kansai International Airport. I stayed here twice, each for one night. One of the rooms had a slight odor, but the other was fine. You can hear some noise from the street, adjacent rooms, and the hallway, but it's manageable with earplugs.

The location is very convenient, right in front of Zoo-mae Station and within walking distance to Tennoji. The room was very simple, just a tatami mat. My room had ventilation, but the heater wasn't working, so the room was quite cold. The restroom was shared by both genders, and there was only one... The shower situation was the most inconvenient. Women could only use the bathroom for one hour, from 9-10 PM. Because there are more male guests, men had a longer shower time (5-9 PM).

Fantastic atmosphere! The room was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept it nice and warm, so I had a really solid night's sleep! There's a lounge area with free drinks (see p4), which was a thoughtful touch. Plenty of convenience stores and vending machines nearby, and transportation was super convenient; I mostly used Honmachi Station. They provide free towels and slippers, and the bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and even toner/lotion! You can also borrow hair oil and curling irons. Plus, free breakfast is included. Even though I didn't get to try the breakfast and some of the amenities, I highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks to this spot, my solo trip in Japan felt so much warmer!

After checking in, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's only a few dozen meters from Exit 8 of Dobutsuen-mae subway station, and about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station for both JR and Nankai lines. This makes it perfect if you have an Osaka subway pass or a Kansai JR Mini Pass, as you can get from the airport to the hotel by JR or Nankai in under 200m walking. Although the hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, often referred to as Osaka's 'slum area,' I was a bit concerned about safety before arriving. However, the hotel is right next to a main road with a lot of people around, so there's actually no need to worry. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I booked a single room with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Despite being shared, they were very clean, and the hotel staff were constantly cleaning them to keep them spotless. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're on a budget and want a bit of private space, I highly recommend this place – it's much better than many hostels.

Stay for 2 nights here and quite satisfied with their service and room conditions. We were arrive by 11:30 AM and the staff allowed us to check-in the room though it supposed to be 2 PM. The location is just 2 minutes walk to shin-osaka station which very convenient. There is also familymart nearby! definitely will stay here again when I comeback to osaka. Thank you!

The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels.

I stayed for a total of 13 nights. The hotel is very close to Dobutsuen-mae, which makes it extremely convenient. The room is small, but since it’s a private room, it’s perfectly fine. The room, toilet, and shower areas are clean and well maintained. Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, quite close to the subway station and tourist attractions. However, the surrounding area is a stark contrast to Japan's usual order and cleanliness, with homeless people and trash everywhere. On the bright side, the hotel itself is very clean, and having a police station directly across the street makes it feel safe. The only inconvenience is having to take the elevator all the way down to the ground floor every time you want to shower. On another note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage storage, which was a big plus.

1. Opposite exits 17/18 of the subway station, you'll find the Senba Center. Its basement has a food street with small eateries, offering prices more reasonable than tourist areas. 2. I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many guests. There was no wait at check-in or check-out, and I didn't experience the 10-minute elevator wait some others mentioned. 3. The bathroom is indeed tiny. When you sit on the toilet and close the door, your face is almost touching it. 4. This is a new hotel, so the facilities are new, and the design is simple and bright. It even has Type C charging ports. 5. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay. However, on the first day, when I opened the curtains, I noticed that the kettle, illuminated by the sunlight, had dust on its body.

SSYL94I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really good overall experience. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Dotonbori. You just need to cross the road to reach Shinsaibashi, which made shopping and exploring extremely easy. There are also multiple exits of Namba Station nearby, so transportation is very convenient. The area is lively and full of food options, convenience stores, and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels comfortable and a good place to rest after a long day out. I really enjoyed my stay at Acro and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms and floors have been renovated, and they are indeed much cleaner and tidier. However, the downside is that none of the doors have locks; instead, you get a wooden sign to hang on the doorknob. This can lead to people accidentally trying to open the wrong door. It's a hassle having to lock my luggage every day or send it downstairs for storage. The wardrobes and desks in the room have been removed. While I can manage without a wardrobe, not having a desk is really inconvenient. The air conditioning in the hallway on my floor wasn't turned on, even though it was below zero degrees. Each room only had a small heater, which was very loud and noisy, making it impossible to keep on all night. Almost every time I stay on the women-only floor, there are men staying on it, and this time, someone even tried to open the wrong door. I was also asked to pay an extra 500 yen for the specific room I requested at the front desk, which has never happened before. Overall, my experience this time was pretty mediocre. I also have to complain about the Wi-Fi; it only works in the lobby. I've never been able to connect to it in my room.

GGuest UserYou can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness here. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.

HHunshiCC 1.0This hotel is perfect for solo travelers visiting Osaka for a shopping spree. The rooms are simple, just right for catching some sleep, but don't expect many amenities – you'll need to bring your own. The lounge area on the first floor is quite spacious, offering a small kitchen, vending machines, washing machines, and free luggage lockers. In Osaka, where hotel prices are skyrocketing, especially with Tennoji right next door making transportation convenient, this place is an absolute steal for the price. Excellent value for money!

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. Let’s start with the positive aspects first: The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy. Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated. Now, onto the things that bothered me: First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant. During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while. That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well. Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic. Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm. One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside. I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

NnomadsenseiIt is near the shopping options hence too many foreigners. It is near Shinsaibashi and then you may end up in Dotonbori. Hiro-san and Naomisan were genuinely friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately, making up your bed is a little difficult if it is an upper bunk bed. I would appreciate an improvement that would be helpful for all future guests. Some inexperienced travelers think they can talk loudly even past 11:00 p m. because the lights are still on at that time. Also it would be super helpful if hallways and elevators had Chinese and English reminders to not use such big voices past certain hours
