Grogu on the road
Yesterda I stayed at Ace Capsule Hostel in Osaka, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone looking to try capsule-style accommodation, very good.
First and foremost, the entire place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The capsule beds themselves were surprisingly comfortable, providing a cozy, private space that made it easy to get a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
What really stood out to me were the excellent amenities. The hostel truly thinks of everything to make your stay hassle-free. A major bonus was that they provide both a small towel and a big towel for guests, which is incredibly convenient and saved me from having to pack my own. The shower facilities and common areas were also spotless and fully stocked.
Between the comfort, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful perks, this hostel offers incredible value for budget travelers and solo backpackers in Osaka. The location was perfect ! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and classic Japanese capsule experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

Right next to Shin-Imamiya subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff rotate, with two people on duty at a time, including locals, Chinese, Koreans, and Indians. There's a women's shower on the 4th floor, men's showers on the 6th, and a men's bathhouse and microwave on the 10th. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and places to eat nearby. The room was super small, but quite clean, and they provided towels and plastic slippers. Because it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise. Plus, there's some noise from motorbikes speeding by. I stayed for 3 days, and there was hardly any noise from other guests.

S.RatnesriThis is hand down the best accommodation ever
Its our first time in Osaka, Japan, and the host was very welcoming and patient with us. Although most communication was done via email, they were very professional and responsive. The room was lovely and cozy , it had all the necessary amenities one can ask for. The location was good too, only a 5 min walk to Shin-imamiya station, which was very convenient commute to Namba and other area. Highly recommended 👌

Guest UserFirst hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

Guest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with super convenient transportation and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The lobby is grand and bright, and the rooms have excellent natural light and views. The mattress and pillows are incredibly comfortable, a real blessing for anyone who prioritizes good sleep. Not only are the facilities top-notch, but the service is also impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station. The staff service is good, but the cleanliness is substandard. Free room cleaning is offered once for stays over 3 nights. I stayed for 4 nights, and on the third night I developed a rash on my neck, back, and legs, and scabies appeared on my fingers. Guests should consider this.

I ended my stay early for a couple of reasons. One; the mattress in my pod was too short and my feet hung off the and. I’m nearly 6 foot. Also, the guy in the pod next to me was snoring very, very loudly all night. Sue the manager kindly let me switch to another pod but I was still uncomfortable so she allowed me to check out early. Also, the place is very cramped and cluttered. Stuff everywhere. It just didn’t suit me. But Sue was unbelievably helpful, kind and understanding.

LandoXThe hostel is conveniently located near the metro station. The area outside is a bit like a bar street, but once you step into the hostel, it feels new, modern, clean, and comfortable. There are several common areas on the ground floor and upstairs, which are great for chatting, using your phone, or working. They also have a shared kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.
The dorm room had a bit of a strange smell, but it felt clean. The beds were spacious enough for a comfortable sleep, and each bed had its own private locker.

Guest UserThe single room is great, but you have to go to the first floor to shower. There's an elevator for convenience. They only provide towels once, unless you stay for more than three days, otherwise you'll have to buy more. The room has a fridge and a TV, and I absolutely loved that it has DMM TV. The mattress is a bit small, like a single bed, but it has a rail so you don't have to worry about falling off. I didn't see a water dispenser, so it seems you either have to boil your own drinking water or buy it outside. Also, the location is more of a local residential area, so if you're a woman traveling alone, be careful on the streets as there are quite a few drunk people around.
