The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making the location super convenient. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, plus all sorts of little shops right inside the station, which is really nice.
The hotel is located in the mountains and offers a free shuttle service from the train station. Dinner was superb, featuring delicious Saga beef. The rooms were spacious, the onsen (hot spring) was excellent, and there was also a shared lounge area.
Choose this hotel for this stay. The hotel focuses on minimalism, high privacy and audio-visual experience. The design style combines light and shadow with retro furniture. The location is excellent.
Because the hotel has no counter staff, the hotel will provide a password before arrival. After entering the password, check in at the tablet at the entrance.
2 free private parking lots for self-driving passengers to carry Li
The hotel provides elevators. It is very convenient to go up and down the floor.
Free ice and warm drinking water and spare parts and tea bags in the lobby
Pajamas available in room Washing machine and dryer available on 4th floor for passengers to wash clothes
The only fly in the ointment of this stay in Room 303&307 is that the faucet in Room 303 is still the faucet separated from the old type of hot and cold water. If you can replace the new type of hot and cold water mixed faucet in Room 307, it is more convenient to use.
It is a hotel that is easy to use at a central location and not bad price of about 4000 yen per person in Karatsu, where accommodation prices tend to soar for some reason. The appearance is old, but it seems to be renovated, so there is no problem with use.
The sanitation work is good, very clean, but the house is made of iron, the insulation performance is not good, and there is no air conditioning in the public parts, just when the cold air arrives, it is frozen enough.
The hotel room was spacious, and they even added a crib for a child in our standard twin room, which was very thoughtful.
Environment: The hotel has an elegant ambiance with a vintage feel. The decor and facilities are retro, and they even use keys instead of room cards.
Beyond accommodation, the hotel also has meeting and banquet halls, and a chapel ⛪ that can be used for weddings. The chapel's exterior resembles a carp with its mouth open and tail raised, which is quite unique.
Service: The hotel staff were warm and attentive, providing detailed explanations of the surrounding area and how to use the various facilities.
Dining: Dinner, included in our package, was served at the hotel's first-floor restaurant. We ordered the Saga beef set meal, which was absolutely amazing. It truly lives up to its reputation as a renowned cut of beef; it was incredibly tender and juicy, almost like liquid flowing into your mouth. The restaurant service was also very friendly and attentive.
Location: It's a convenient 5-minute walk from Saga Station, and there are bus stops nearby connecting to various parts of the city. There are also children's parks and green spaces nearby, making it a relaxing place to enjoy local life.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserNeed a car to reach the place, but it's easy to find via GPS. The hosts have been very friendly and guided us well. The kids had fun walking the goats, feeding the chickens, and helping with the cooking.
It's a good place to destress and feel nature once again.

GGuest UserI came to Saga to take a picture of the Taiqiao Jinja Nokai Chutori, but I came here when I found the cheapest place nearby.
As soon as you arrive at the hostel, the boss will be kind.
”This is my first time for Korean guests.” ”It's a long distance from here to Daracho, so my daughter will take me by car.”
Also, if my daughter, Ami, takes pictures until late at night, the bus may be cut off and it may be difficult.
The room I was assigned was large enough for a trip alone or two and tidy
Especially the cool harbor view outside the window was quite elegant and nice
The bath was two cave baths on the first floor and a large bath on the second floor, and the atmosphere of the cave bath on the first floor was quite good.
The sound of water falling from the ceiling and the resonance of the cave were amazing.
The villagers also greeted me kindly when they met their eyes, so it seemed to be a good place to travel and talk to people.
I want to tell someone else this feeling, so if I have time with my friends or family, I would like to stay at this property again.
GGuest UserThe hostel facilities are more retro, the price is flat, the location is close to the attractions, the Tangjin City can be seen across the river in front of the door, there is a funny Taigu self-tone clock across the street, and a small person knocks too drums every hour. Don't knock until late at night.
YYouribenThe room wasn't small for Japan, and it was very clean. The front desk staff were especially welcoming and patiently introduced various local things. I must mention that the grilled fish for breakfast was particularly fresh and delicious. I stayed for two nights and had breakfast twice, and the dishes were different each time. I would definitely go back for more.
Ffly_iceWe stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights this time, and I lived in a tatami room full of Japanese style.
The hotel has a public restroom and a bathroom. Although it doesn't have a private bathroom, the sanitation condition is good. The hotel provides a full set of toiletries, including face towels, bath towels, and disposable toothbrushes, which greatly facilitates our daily use.
It is worth mentioning that the hotel owner is very honest, sincere, and enthusiastic, and his cooking skills are really praiseworthy. What touched me the most was that even at half past eight in the evening, the owner still took great pains to prepare dinner for us. It's truly precious to enjoy such warm and considerate service in a foreign country.
