Its ny 2nd time stay in sogo tarlac.i am praising all the staff for thwir warmth greeting and politeness.the hotel itself is so clean...the room i stayed is neat and properly organized.i don't take pictures while im staying.
Newly opened hotel in Angeles, Pampanga. I had a pleasant stay at Mango Suites Angeles. The location is very convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day.
One downside is that you need to wait around 5–10 minutes for the shower water to warm up.
Staying in this hotel is highly recommended and convenient near in mall, drugstore and fast food and amusement park. Employees are so nice and polite and their service. and my child was truly amazed to their feedback when they want to talk to them. I enjoyed staying in their hotel..
About a 10-minute walk from SM Mall, located two streets in from the main road. The room is clean. The view from the window is exactly as pictured. Amenities are limited to a bath towel, toothbrush, disposable shampoo, and bar soap, so be sure to bring anything else you might need.
The location is excellent. Less than 1km to Plaza Mayor de Balanga. Close to cafes, food park, night market, and other fast food chains. You can ride a tricycle as soon as you get out of the vicinity. They're quick to respond with calls and online inquiries. The facilities and essentials supplied are almost like those you'd expect in a hotel. The shared bathroom is not a downside as I expected initially. They are actually well-maintained and comfortable to use. The front desk almost has everything you might need in any situation: medicine, alcoholic drinks, games, trash bags, paper cups, etc. There's a water dispenser, too, to fill up water containers. The free breakfast is very much appreciated. It was already prepared as early as 6:30 AM, and you can choose to take them out. The food is nice, too. Well recommended for solo travelers or friends who are staying for a few days in Bataan.
It was worth travelling here! The place is great, very serene, not crowded. The Manager and the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs. Aside from the beach, you have other fun stuff to do here, like dragon boat ride, volleyball in the sand, table tennis, karaoke at the bar.
The room is spacious and clean, they got fresh and crisp bedding.
Food orders in their restaurant are good, served on their dining tables beach front which added to a more enjoyable experience.
This place is truly recommendable 👌🏻
Booked 5 standard rooms for my family. We stayed overnight. Decent hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, but can hear noises coming from the street. They didn't provide toiletries only towels. We stayed here because it is near to Clark airport and to Aqua planet
Our first room smelled so bad due to an issue with their piping. We had to transfer to another room because of this issue. Bathroom was ok, but only had half closure on their shower area -- water tends to spill over the toilet and sink area. Hotel seems like new but the doorknob in the bathroom kept falling off. Stairs going to the loft area was too steep, it made going up and down the stairs pretty difficult -- especially if you have your baggages with you. Food at the restaurant was so-so, i can say try other restaurants. Staff service and cleanliness are 100%!! totally welcoming and accommodating. Hands down to their staff.

GGuest UserOur experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest.
Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room.
There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous.
There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell.
Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.
AAnonymous UserJamjens Lodge is a simple, cozy place that’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed stay. The lodge has a laid-back, homey feel, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the basics you need for a pleasant stay.
One of the highlights is the friendly and accommodating staff—they’re approachable, helpful, and genuinely make you feel welcome. The location is convenient and peaceful, ideal for travelers who prefer a more low-key environment rather than a busy resort vibe.
Overall, Jamjens Lodge is a good value for the price, especially for guests who appreciate simplicity, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. A solid choice for a no-frills stay where comfort and friendliness matter most.
IINFINIVAN, INC.I recently stayed at Samba Blue Water Resort in Olongapo City, Zambales, and I’d like to share my full experience. From the peaceful beach atmosphere to the accommodating staff, it was a stay that truly stood out — both for its strengths and for a few areas that could be improved.
The moment I arrived at Samba Blue, I could tell this wasn’t just another commercial beachfront resort. It had a laid-back, local island vibe that immediately made me feel at ease. The entrance was welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the staff made me feel like a valued guest from the start.
I stayed in one of their rooms and it offered a good balance of comfort and nature. The space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had the essentials I needed for a relaxing beach getaway.
The sound of the waves in the background and the breeze flowing through the resort made it easy to unwind. If you're someone who enjoys a more ”back-to-basics” island experience, you’ll probably love the rustic charm.
The beach area is the real highlight. The shoreline was clean, and there were enough shaded areas and cabanas to relax in. I loved that the resort maintained a peaceful, non-crowded vibe, even though there were several other guests staying at the same time.
The pool area and sun deck were well-maintained, and I enjoyed the acoustic night setup they had on the weekend — it was a perfect way to end the day with some live music under the stars.
They also offer water activities like jet skiing and banana boat rides, which add excitement if you’re in the mood for adventure.
Aalterego982nd time here. We checked in on Sunday, April 27, almost 2pm. Around 1:50ish. I went to the front desk. But the two women there didn’t attend to me right away because they were busy with something. That took around probably 3-5 minutes. Then a guy outside the front desk area asked me if I was checking in. I said yes, (obviously) that’s why I was there. He told me to just wait and that they’d call me.
We had a lot of stuff with us since we came all the way from Taguig and DRT. My partner told me to mention that we already had a reservation. So after a few minutes, I approached again. The girl said, “Ay, meron na po pala kayong reservation, ma’am,” and then she took my name. Shouldn’t she have asked me that from the start? Instead of just assuming I was a walk-in and ignoring me at first. It felt like I was the one who should be shy to talk to them because they seemed so busy.
Anyway, fast forward, the key card was sorted and we were heading up. But here’s the worst part: From the elevator all the way to the hallway on the 3rd floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong and nauseating. 😣
The room itself was fine. Premium room. Had a TV, the aircon was okay, and there were toiletries. I just wish the front desk staff would be more proactive in asking guests, and I really hope they can make the elevator smell better, no cigarette odor, because it’s really dizzying, especially for nonsmokers. It felt awful.
TtitotintinThe staff was really friendly and helped us so much. The room was clean and the bathroom was quite big. The location is a little far from the beach but you can find try cycles just in front of the hotel. The price is reasonable for what you get.
