Very good experience

We had a great stay at Sangzor Hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable. They also allowed early check-in. Breakfast was amazing—especially the fresh fruits. The hotel offers luggage storage as well. The location is perfect: just a 2-minute walk to Registan Square, Bibi-Khanym, and Siyob Bazaar, with plenty of nearby stores. The road in front of the hotel isn’t passable by car, but you can easily walk through a small alley at the back—only about a minute.

Great location. The city's main attractions are within walking distance: Bibi-Khanum, Siyob Bazaar, Registan, Afrosiab, Shah-i-Khinda. Near the hotel there is a pizzeria, a restaurant serving Uzbek cuisine, and a pilaf place called Kohinoor, where you can enjoy pilaf not only during 11.30-13.00 as is customary in Samarkand, but also in the evening. There are also several minimarkets nearby, one of which, if you exit the hotel to the right, has a fairly large selection of beer, which is even more rare in Samarkand than evening pilaf. We had a pleasant stay at this guesthouse. Its location was excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The owner were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

An excellent hotel where everything is done with love. A very convenient location. I wanted to stay in an authentic hotel, as if we were visiting friends. And that's exactly what happened. The hosts were very welcoming. The room was clean. We checked in early in the morning without any problems. We are very happy we chose this hotel. Thanks to the hosts.

A really good hotel with a great location. It’s very walkable, about 2 km walk to Registan Square, and surrounded by plenty of markets and local restaurants. Everything we needed was right in the area, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The bed was super comfy and the room felt very cozy, perfect for resting after a long day out. Overall, we loved our stay here and would happily choose this place again. A solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a nice local vibe.

You can't take a taxi to the front of the hotel, but there is no inconvenience as you can get it close by. Registan Square is about a 5-minute walk away. It is a very convenient hotel for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was large in number, and there were dishes using vegetables such as eggplant and cauliflower that I had never eaten anywhere else. All were delicious.

The place is amazing! It's located in the center, but a little hidden, so it's always quiet there. It is very comfortable and the atmosphere there is nice. It’s like being in a village with your grandparents. If I come to Samarkand again, I will definitely stay at this place.
