The boss is very real, helped me to set up free parking in the backyard company's parking factory on the APP. The room is on the second floor and you can see the big supermarket not far away. The house is fully equipped and clean. In short, it is a very good value for money hotel.
Situated very close to Ipswich train station. A very warm welcome by the owner. My room was at the front and there is a bit of train noise, but this didn't bother me. The room was spotless and very neatly presented. The shared bathroom seemed clean too.

This new luxuriously converted barn is part of Whitehouse Farm, and has all modern amenities. The countryside around here is fantastic for dog walking and for exploring the beautiful town of Bury St. Edmunds. Cambridge and Ipswich are only a short train ride away from the next village. This spot is a beautiful quiet part of Suffolk.The oak beamed living and dining room is exceptional, with views out over the gardens and surrounding countryside. With large cosy sofa and arm chair to curl up on, plus another sofa that pulls out to create another double bed, this oversized property comfortably sleeps 6 (plus cot if necessary). There are bi-fold doors opening out onto a large patio and garden, whilst the modern kitchen is extremely well equipped with oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, as well as toaster and kettle. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.On the ground floor the large bedroom boasts a king size bed, with French doors out onto the garden, and views over the adjacent farmland. The en suite bathroom oozes opulence, with large walk in shower as well as free standing bath.
