IMAY Etiquette - Tidal Twilight Photography: A big shout-out to the photographer! Their posing guidance was excellent, and we shot in many different locations. The retouched photos were delivered super fast, which is fantastic compared to places that take two or three days just to let you choose your pictures and another week to deliver the retouches. I posted them on my social media right away! The photographer clearly has their own unique style and vision. The sea-view room was great, for just over a hundred yuan, you get a huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Gulangyu. The indoor space is incredibly large, and there's also a big common living room, kitchen, and laundry room. It's a bit like an apartment I stayed in Australia, but much larger. The housekeeper's responses were very prompt, thoughtful, and thorough. This was my first time staying in a hotel without a front desk, and it was a really different experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

I especially want to give a shout-out and a huge thank you to 'Three Sea Dogs' for their incredibly sincere service! This was my first time in Changle, and I truly felt the kindness and friendliness of this place ☺️ I traveled to Changle with an injured left hand. Before my trip, I inquired about various things around the guesthouse, and the customer service was very patient and detailed in their replies. After comparing several places' surroundings (the beach is about a 5-minute walk away) and location (the airport is roughly a 10-minute drive), I found this guesthouse to be the most suitable. They even offer free airport shuttle service, which was a huge bonus for someone like me with some mobility issues~ Upon checking in, I was very satisfied with the room. It was spacious, clean, bright, and tidy, with a full set of disposable toiletries (toothbrush, comb, bath towel, slippers, etc.), ensuring safety and hygiene. The sea-view room offered a wide, open view, and waking up to see the ocean was wonderful! The large projection screen also made resting in the room far from boring! When it was too hot to go out, enjoying the sea view while watching a movie on the projector and ordering some local takeout was pure bliss 😎 For multi-night stays, they proactively asked if I needed room cleaning. If I was in the room when the housekeeping staff came, they would also ask if there was anything else that needed tidying up, which was very thoughtful! I particularly want to highlight how much the guesthouse helped me on my last day in Changle: The first instance was when I couldn't get a taxi. I was at my last destination, Meihua Ancient Town, and needed to get back to the guesthouse to pick up my luggage after exploring. However, there were very few ride-hailing cars around. I tried for 40 minutes and no driver accepted my order. I was so anxious, terrified of missing my flight home. When the guesthouse learned about my situation, even though it was outside their airport shuttle service area, they actively helped me contact a driver who had already finished work. Although I eventually managed to hail a taxi myself, I still want to especially thank the guesthouse and the driver for their kindness. The second instance was recovering a lost item: I left my ring by the sink in the room when checking out and only realized it after landing. I immediately contacted the guesthouse and quickly received a message that the housekeeping staff had found it and put it aside. I also want to specially thank the guesthouse and the housekeeping staff for their responsibility... Overall, although there were minor bumps in the road during my trip, thanks to the diligent, meticulous, thoughtful, and responsible service from 'Three Sea Dogs' Guesthouse, what could have been a mood-spoiling experience turned into one of my most cherished and shining memories of Changle. I highly recommend Changle to all sea-lovers, as it boasts many stunning sea views, and I even more highly recommend staying at 'Three Sea Dogs' Guesthouse. Their excellent facilities and superb service will undoubtedly enhance your travel experience 👍 I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Changle ✨

The rooms were clean and the overall ambiance was lovely. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a sea-view suite for a small fee, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, they offer a convenient round-trip shuttle service to/from the island pier.

The receptionist was very helpful and assisted us with our travel itinerary. She even upgraded our room. The room had a great view, was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was a bit simple. It would have been even better if the variety of dishes had been expanded!

The room is very spacious, wide, and incredibly clean. Any requests are promptly met. If you're coming to Jimei, you should definitely stay here! 👍 The front desk lady was super enthusiastic and her service was so good that it turned me, an extrovert (e-person), into an introvert (i-person). Highly commendable! It's also very quiet, so you won't be disturbed at night, and the rooftop is particularly cozy.

It perfectly blends refinement with relaxation, classic charm with romance, making it a unique gem on Gulangyu. Its enviable location is another highlight, situated right in the heart of the island, with Sunlight Rock, Trinity Church, Gospel Church, Gangzaihou Beach, Shuzhuang Garden, and Street Heart Park all just a stone's throw away. Every alleyway tells its own unique story and connections, with surprises forged by time around every corner, inspiring you to slow down and explore Gulangyu, and perhaps discover your own connection to its history, culture, and natural beauty. What also makes 'Green Wonderland' so enchanting is its rich human touch: the refined and charming front desk attendant, the wise and easygoing head butler, the gentle and bright auntie, and the boss, a calligraphy artist behind the scenes. From the moment you walk in, you feel a deep sense of warmth and friendliness, a blend of classic and modern, like coming home. In this autumn season, with warm sunshine, gentle breezes, birdsong, and floral scents, my short stay at 'Green Wonderland' will become a beacon in my life, warming my world. I'm so grateful for such an exquisite and captivating place on the beautiful Gulangyu Island!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! As soon as we landed, hotel staff were waiting at the airport to take us to our pre-arranged shuttle. I thought it would be a bus, but it was a private car – talk about a VIP experience! Bottled water was immediately offered, instantly relieving the heat from our journey. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade during check-in, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Our room's balcony faced directly onto the pool and the sea, offering a wide and therapeutic view; every room boasts stunning 180° panoramic ocean views. The infinity pool seamlessly merged with the seascape in the evening, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The dining experience was superb! The pork chop at the restaurant on the first basement floor was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the creamy pasta had a rich, milky flavor. The freshly squeezed juice at breakfast was refreshing, and the complimentary afternoon tea was made to order, with crispy pastry and exquisite, art-like presentation. Both the buffet breakfast and the fresh seafood at the 1697 restaurant were fantastic – you really can't go wrong with anything you order. The amenities were plentiful, and the service was impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the lobby manager patiently explained things and assisted with arranging our Gulangyu Island trip for the next day, reminding us to book ferry tickets. We didn't have to worry about a thing throughout our stay. Swimming in the pool, enjoying the sea view, savoring delicious food, and watching the sunrise 🌅 – we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xiamen!

The hotel is excellent for families. The outdoor pool is large, with different areas and slides for children. The soft play area was clean and fun for them to play too. The location next to the beach was perfect and it was a short taxi ride into downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter left her teddy bear in the room when we left and they arranged to send the bear to our home address. We would stay there again!
