Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors.
Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible.
Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues.
The room was very spacious and offered great value for money.

We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM for two rooms, but one room wasn't ready until almost 6 PM. Honestly, I was quite surprised by the inefficiency; they really need to improve their speed. Upon entering the room, you could tell the hotel is a bit dated, and none of the facilities are smart. Our sea view room was located on a side with a vertical orientation, and the floor wasn't high enough, so we could only see a tiny glimpse of the sea diagonally. There are many outdoor pools and children's play facilities, but unfortunately, the water isn't heated. Due to the weather, we couldn't swim outdoors and had to use the indoor heated pool. The hotel provides sand-digging tools, and the beach is accessible through an underpass tunnel right outside the hotel. It was very crowded during the May Day holiday, but on a good day, you can still see the blue ocean. The hotel service isn't proactive; if you don't ask, they don't offer. I had noted in my order that we needed children's amenities, but they weren't in the room, so I had to call to have them sent up. Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM; the variety is quite rich, and the taste is decent. My child's favorite was Uncle Mario, who gave out balloons.

The environment and scenery are great, and it's close to the beach. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. Puff's service was amazing, and they even upgraded our room type. It's close to the airport and offers free pick-up and drop-off, which was a great experience!

The location is fantastic, the room is clean and bright, and the facilities are complete and high-quality. Staying here was so reassuring! Hygiene, service, environment, and value for money were all top-notch – the value for money is truly exceptional! I'll definitely prioritize this place next time I visit and have already recommended it to friends. I sincerely recommend everyone stay here; you won't be disappointed!

## Review
**Facilities:**
1. The family sea-view room is long and narrow. Upon entering, there's a small bed, a sofa, and a desk, equipped with a TV and a separate bathroom (no shower). Further inside is the sea-view balcony king room, which has a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a bathtub. However, there's no sliding door between this room and the entrance room, and having two TVs feels a bit redundant.
2. The light switches are imprecise and a bit old. There's no separate switch for the entrance hall light! The central air conditioning makes noise if set to medium, with the baffles rattling loudly.
3. The number of robots is insufficient for a hotel of this size. For deliveries and takeaways, we often had to go downstairs to pick them up ourselves, or wait in a long queue.
**Cleanliness:**
Overall, the cleanliness was good, and housekeeping was prompt.
**Environment:**
The sea-view balcony offers a great view, with a distant sight of Little Kinmen.
**Service:**
The service was good and responses were timely. Overall, as a business-oriented hotel, it's a decent choice for families. The hotel also has dedicated children's play facilities, a swimming pool, and free sand-digging tools available for borrowing. A quick complaint: the hotel's food has a strong local flavor, but it needs to accommodate both northern and southern palates. Also, they should reduce the use of frozen and pre-made ingredients, as this significantly lowers the dining quality. I believe most guests, especially families, expect food that matches the hotel's quality. Quality shouldn't be sacrificed to cut costs; the price can be raised slightly instead.

This place is so nice, walked in and was instantly pleased. The location is great too, very close to the airport. So great for layovers, hail your cabs online because the drivers at the airport were trying to scam me saying it was 50-100 yuan and very far away but it only took 8 minutes to get here from the airport and with the app I use it cost me only 11 yuan.
Very spacious, clean and super comfortable. The projector in the room also and added plus.

On a business trip to Xiamen, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Xiamen City Plaza, and the experience was truly superb.
First off, the location is excellent, and transportation is incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to both the airport and the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, making it perfect for either business travel or a vacation. The hotel's facilities are new, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. For someone constantly on the go for work, getting a good night's sleep is truly essential.
I especially have to commend the service! From the moment I walked in until I left, every staff member was smiling, warm, and attentive. Check-in was highly efficient, and they thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and Wi-Fi connection details. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including local Xiamen specialties and Western choices, all tasting great.
Overall, this was a truly perfect stay. The next time I come to Xiamen, whether for business or bringing my family for a trip, this will be my first choice! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their dedicated service; keep up the great work!

There is free parking, the first choice for self-driving tours, the geographical environment is good, the view is wide and unobstructed. The staff is polite and welcoming, explain the precautions in detail, the rooms are warm, comfortable and clean, and the price is very high.

I originally chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I booked a city-view family suite, and surprisingly, the room also had an unbeatable sea view. The hotel breakfast was also beyond expectations – the Chaoshan-style breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the Sichuan-Chongqing pork intestine noodles were unexpectedly delicious. The blueberry bread was also very generously filled and tasted fantastic when toasted, though my appetite was limited!
What I particularly loved was the hotel's fantastic support for concert-goers. The shuttle service was also very thoughtful; staff contacted me in advance before check-in to confirm and provided various helpful tips. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Xiamen. Please keep up the great work!

Years ago, I used to visit Xiamen (Lüdao) quite often, and some details just slipped my mind. You truly get a deeper feel for a place once you've genuinely integrated into it. In December 2023, I stayed in Xiamen for almost half a month due to training. My lasting impressions of this typical tourist city were the difficulty of getting a taxi, the narrow roads, and the tour groups everywhere. This time, on our way back after a food trip to Chaozhou, we decided to be smart. To avoid the massive crowds on Xiamen Island and Gulangyu, we chose to stay in a guesthouse in Jimei Study Village. We figured that since faraway tourists mostly flock to Baicheng Beach and Zhongshan Road, the sights outside the island hadn't yet gained widespread fame, so we should be able to enjoy plenty of peace and quiet.
Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. Banana Bay, Dragon Boat Pond, Dashe… everywhere was packed with people, and all entrances and exits had traffic controls in place. At first, everyone grumbled when they saw shared bikes were prohibited. But once you walked through the narrow alleys, you understood the administration's good intentions. After a stroll around, I felt that compared to the noise and disorder of Zengcuo'an and Shapowei, Jimei Dashe was much more orderly and clean. The small shops also had their own unique charm, no wonder it has become a new popular spot for Instagrammers.

AAnonymous UserThe room was decent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the seaside and the ferry terminal. It's right next to Zhonghua City, and just a 5-minute walk to Zhongshan Road, though I wouldn't recommend Zhongshan Road as the environment isn't great. The Botanical Garden, Huli Mountain Fortress, Xiamen University, Baicheng Beach, the Coastal Road, and the 'Sea View of Kinmen' tour from Heping Wharf are all worth visiting. Definitely avoid the offshore cruises recommended by people on the street – they're usually from sketchy companies. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the soy milk and fried dough sticks were a bit cold, and I couldn't get used to the duck blood in the oyster vermicelli soup.
AAnonymous UserSpecifically booked Conrad for my trip to Xiamen. The hotel boasts an excellent location, offering breathtaking sea and city views from its high floors. The rooms are generally clean and fresh, with a well-thought-out layout, soft bedding, and good soundproofing. The staff are warm and professional, always promptly attending to our daily needs. The hotel maintains its overall high-end standard, and its proximity to shopping areas makes getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xiamen.
GGuest UserWhat a waste of a good location, the service was absolutely disgusting, I'm never coming back! I was traveling with my child and had a reservation. We arrived at 1:30 PM, only to be told there were no rooms available and we had to wait. Fine, I'll wait. But when I asked when a room would be ready, they said they didn't know, just 'before 3 PM,' with a totally impatient attitude. Finally, at 3:26 PM, they told me a room was ready... Okay, I swallowed that. But then they insisted I provide my infant child's household registration or ID? My kid has been on planes and high-speed trains without needing an ID, why is it different here? I even endured that. The worst part was the staff member's even more atrocious attitude. She threatened me, saying if I didn't show the child's ID, she'd call the duty manager!! Are you kidding me? Am I here to be threatened by you? I've stayed in 95% of five-star hotels all over the world, and none of them have such unique requirements. If your rules are different, can't you just explain it properly? Why threaten guests???? Why don't you just call the police and accuse me of child trafficking??? What a joke!!!!!!!!!!
MM401720****Choosing the right accommodation was absolutely crucial for this trip! First off, I have to commend the location – it was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and finding great food, whether on foot or by public transport. It saved so much time on commuting, leaving us stress-free.
The room itself was a pleasant surprise; spotlessly clean, with soft bedding and a fresh-smelling bathroom. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable.
But what I want to praise most is the service, especially the gentleman at the front desk. He was not only super friendly but also very responsible. During check-in, he patiently answered all our questions and proactively gave us detailed recommendations for must-see attractions and hidden culinary gems. He even advised us on how to avoid crowds and which places offered the best value for money, which really helped us plan our itinerary, especially as first-time visitors!
Overall, the experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and will recommend it to any friends planning a trip here!
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. As a member, I even got a free room upgrade. The hotel facilities are excellent; my child loved the VR goggles to explore the lobby and feeding the fish by the entrance. The infinity pool is amazing! It's also conveniently located near Huandao Road, perfect for a seaside bike ride, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserAs a former hotel manager, I genuinely highly recommend this hotel!
**Facilities**: Apart from not having smart toilets, all the hardware facilities are excellent. The room is very spacious. The bedding is incredibly comfortable (slept wonderfully, it's not the dry, hard type but soft like a cloud), the desk and chair are fantastic (I worked from home all day and loved them; the height and backrest are very back-friendly for remote workers), the cups and coffee machine work great, and the mini-fridge is powerful.
Ordering takeout is also convenient. Although there isn't a robot delivering to the room, walking a bit extra is acceptable.
**Hygiene**: Reassuring.
**Service**: Every staff member I encountered was polite and enthusiastic. They upgraded us to a deluxe king room, and the customer service center was quick to respond to our needs. When I mentioned someone running around upstairs was disturbing my work, they promptly intervened. When they said a housekeeper would come at 1:30 PM, she was right on time. The housekeeper even asked if vacuuming would bother me while I was working... It really shows how thoughtful they are!
**Environment**:
It's right by the Binhai Romantic Boulevard. You can rent bicycles, rent tents for tea, and there's also a sightseeing cart for 20 RMB per person that takes you on a tour along the beach. It's very pleasant!
Overall, highly recommended, and I'll definitely come again!
GG-Y-QIt's the off-season in Xiamen, so hotel prices were relatively cheap, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room. Breakfast was at the Marriott and had a great variety. This is my third time staying at this hotel... However, today when I tried to extend my stay, the front desk deliberately made things difficult, which was a bit frustrating.
CCherry KenThis stay was truly satisfying, exceeding my expectations. We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests.
Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare.
What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized.
Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience.
Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. This is a hotel that truly delivers on ”customer experience.”
A highly satisfying stay, strongly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xiamen. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
GGuobao^_^Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too.
Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room.
For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills.
Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it.
It's a really adorable doll 🥰
KKekefen~The hotel is located in Xiamen city center, very convenient for getting around, and within walking distance to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The housekeeping staff were polite, and the room was relatively clean, but the facilities are outdated. The toilet flush button was very difficult to use and even broke once, requiring a repairman in the middle of the night. The rooms are very close to each other, so soundproofing isn't great. Breakfast offered a good variety, but some of the fried food had a stale, rancid smell. It would be great if the front desk receptionists were more professional.
