Posted on Aug 27, 2026|Deluxe Twin Room (Bond Tower)
Guest UserThis is my second stay at The Londoner Macao, the first being in October 2025. Last time, I stayed in the Suites by Parisian building, but now you can only book the Bond building through Ctrip. The downside of the Bond building is that it's further from the central area and the views are mediocre, you can't see the Eiffel Tower. The room size is moderate, not particularly large, so those who prefer spacious rooms might find it a bit cramped. The minibar was empty, and the toiletries are no longer BYREDO. Now for the positives: the hotel was newly renovated in 2025, and the decor and quality are excellent. The furniture and facilities are very new, the slippers are incredibly thick, and they provide plenty of complimentary bottled water, I believe it was 6 bottles. There are two outdoor pools, one on the 4th floor and one on the 8th floor, and you get a complimentary drink when you enter the pool area. The hotel service is good; checking in on a Sunday took less than 30 minutes, and our luggage was delivered to the room beforehand. It's definitely worth trying for those who haven't stayed here before!

Guest UserOur 3-day, 2-night trip to Macau was made perfect by our stay at the L'Occitane themed hotel. Both adults and children were absolutely delighted! The hotel lobby had a lovely, soothing fragrance, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. And of course, the L'Occitane toiletries were excellent!

Guest UserThe hotel is great for its location except that it’s not one of EE bus stop from HK. The room first assigned to us was on high floor but has an awful smell of urine. Therefore we demanded a room change which was ok but on a lower floor and smaller room even though it has better view towards the Eiffel Tower and Londoner.
Buffet Breakfast variety was great with western, Chinese, indian etc.
The water park was amazing with both indoor and outdoor zones which can spend a whole day, though with additional expenses.
The indoor playground on 3/f was ok but not value for money though it’s a 3 storey high playground.
Overall staff don’t smile and sometime kind of rude except the staff at the Gala restaurant.
Last but not least, maybe because of water saving device, water flow was weak to the extent that it takes quite some time to even heat up the water on the wash basin.
Overall if coming for water park, it’s worth staying at the hotel as it directly connects to it which is convenient.

JiulongkundinuoThe service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

Guest UserThe location is key, with a nice surrounding area and a bus stop nearby offering routes to various places. It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is beautiful, and the service is top-notch, especially Johnny.NG who was incredibly patient and thoroughly explained all the hotel amenities and services. A big thank you also to Harry for upgrading us to a family room, which made our three-day, two-night holiday with our child absolutely wonderful! The hotel's water park and swimming pool are also gorgeous, and our child had an amazing time there!

Piaoliangdetaiyang633This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever in the area. It's incredibly convenient. There are several large supermarkets downstairs, and a bus stop right there. The border crossing is only a seven or eight-minute walk away. Plus, it's not expensive.

Absolutely loved it and very satisfied! This time, I stayed one night at Grand Lisboa Palace and one night at Studio City Celebrity Tower. You really don't know the difference until you compare them, and the difference was astonishing.
On this trip to Macau, I stayed at two popular hotels: Grand Lisboa Palace and Studio City Celebrity Tower. My overall experience was quite polarizing.
First, let's talk about Studio City Celebrity Tower. It has a youthful, entertainment-focused style, but after staying there, I found it to be rather 'average.' While the room design was novel, there was nothing particularly stunning about it. The space and comfort were just decent. The service and facilities were acceptable, but for the price, it didn't leave a deep impression. It felt like a place you stay once and move on; I wouldn't necessarily choose it again.
Grand Lisboa Palace, on the other hand, was a real surprise. The overall decor is European luxury, and everything from the lobby to the rooms felt high-quality with great attention to detail. It was very photogenic. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall stay significantly exceeded my expectations. Plus, the price was relatively reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
In conclusion, if you're just looking for a standard, convenient place to stay, Studio City is acceptable. But if you want a 'resort-like' feel and prioritize the overall accommodation experience, Grand Lisboa Palace is a much better choice. Next time I visit Macau, I'll definitely rebook at Grand Lisboa Palace. Also, Grand Lisboa Macau offers even more budget-friendly options!!

When checking in, I asked the front desk staff, ”I heard Morpheus is a seven-star hotel, the best in Macau,” and they replied, ”Yes.” I told them I hoped it wouldn't disappoint. The review section is full of positive comments, with many saying the service is excellent and it's the pinnacle in Macau, but I didn't find it to be all that.
1. The doorman didn't help with my luggage, even though I only had one bag. After getting out of the car, I took a call, but my body was facing the counter. A lobby manager patiently stood beside me, waiting for me to finish the call, then asked if I needed assistance. I said I was checking in, and he led me to the counter. During this, there were no hot towels or welcome drinks offered. To be honest, I've stayed in many hotels in Macau that don't offer these, so I thought this supposed 'best' hotel would be different.
2. I read guest reviews saying that someone would escort guests to their rooms after check-in, but I wasn't. The hotel's response was a lack of staff, but there were dozens of staff members in the lobby at the time. (See photo 1, you can count them).
3. After exiting the elevator on my floor, I was looking for my room. A staff member was cleaning the elevator but didn't greet me or approach to ask for my room number or if I needed help.
4. The screw on the right-hand drawer of the mini-bar was loose. After pulling it open, I couldn't push it back in. I called housekeeping to check it out. They said they would inform maintenance to come as soon as possible. I asked for an ETA, but there was no clear answer. Finally, I told them to just report it and not send anyone, and they could fix it after I checked out.
5. I rarely eat breakfast, but since this was a highly praised hotel, I naturally wanted to experience it. They seated me at 10:30 AM. At 10:35 AM, after confirming I could still order, I ordered Eggs Benedict, shrimp wontons, and black truffle siu mai. Photos 3, 4, 5, and 6 show their serving speed (with timestamps). After ordering, I went to the buffet area, got some fruit, poured a cup of tea, and waited for my food. It took a full 23 minutes for all my dishes to arrive because a manager noticed I had been sitting for a long time without much food. He came over to check on me, realized my order wasn't complete, and then rushed to expedite it. I intentionally didn't say anything because I wanted to see how long it would take for them to notice; I was timing it the whole time.
Regarding the above complaints (points 1-4), I called guest services, and Winnie was assigned to follow up. I want to commend her for her patient listening and incredibly swift response. She immediately apologized and compensated me with Executive Breakfast on the 30th floor, a fruit platter, and executive car usage.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient, with a shuttle bus regularly picking up guests right outside. The pool was nice and not too crowded, though a bit small. The buffet breakfast didn't offer many Chinese options and was pretty standard; for the price, it wasn't great value for money. Overall, the stay was good, but a minor drawback was that there was no car to pick us up at the border gate. We had to take a shuttle bus from the border gate to Galaxy and then a taxi to the hotel.
