The hotel no longer offers a free shuttle to the Border Gate (Guanzha). My request for a room facing the park couldn't be accommodated. However, it's quite convenient to walk to the Lighthouse, Lou Lim Ieoc Garden, and *** from here. The rooms are clean and soundproofing is excellent. You have to ask the staff specifically for slippers. It was renovated in 2016, so it has a bit of an older feel, but it's very well-maintained and offers good value for money. The buffet breakfast restaurant has a nice view of the park.

During Christmas, prices were soaring everywhere, but Holiday Inn Express was incredibly fair, maintaining its usual stability. The location is very convenient with easy access to transportation. The staff are enthusiastic and the hotel breakfast is delicious. The room rate offers excellent value for money.

Arrived from Senado Square in the early evening after a 20-minute walk through several alleys, finding a quiet spot. You can see the Macau Tower right from the hotel entrance on the roadside. The hotel is located halfway up the hill and is clean. My room, which faced the mountain, seemed newly renovated, was very comfortable and spacious. There were shuttle bus reminders in the lobby. That evening, following Baidu Maps, I walked less than 800 meters down to the street for dinner and discovered the stunning night view of the peninsula, with drone shows and the International Light Festival ongoing, creating a strong Christmas atmosphere. Walking back on a different path, I realized how convenient the location truly is. The next morning, I walked to A-Ma Temple Station; the walk up the hill was refreshing, and the surrounding area was full of villas. I'm really pleased I chose this place; it offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose it again next time.

The way they presented the toothpaste and toothbrush made it look like a fancy cosmetic set, haha. On the first day, I won a high-end buffet meal. It was a bit pricey, but the quality was a step above your average buffet, with unlimited lobster, oysters, and abalone. However, I wouldn't recommend it for people who don't eat a lot, as it's quite expensive. **You could give it a try though.** The kids loved swimming. On the second day, we went back to play a couple of rounds, and ended up losing several thousand.

This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!

The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus! While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help! I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a classic, old-school charm in its hallways and rooms. Since my check-in was on the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave me mooncakes. The breakfast tasted pretty good.

AAnonymous UserThe rooms are four-star, but the lobby and the entire hotel complex feel like a five-star. The amenities are L'Occitane, which is nice. There are three breakfast restaurants to choose from. I've always been curious about what a L'Occitane hotel would be like, but it turns out it's just the toiletries, haha. Many hotels that aren't called L'Occitane also use their products.

AAnonymous UserMy stay began wonderfully with a free upgrade to a suite room and a lovely interaction with the receptionist. She was very amiable, and gave me a hotel map and guide book for Macau. Although I only stayed at the Londoner Grand for a night, I came back regularly to dine at the restaurants - especially Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Everything I ate while at the Londoner, including the complimentary fruit and sweets they brought to my room, was phenomenal and well-prepared. The room itself was so cozy, spacious, and clean. It was equipped with lots of amenities and electronics and had a lovely view of Cotai ***** and the Eiffel Tower at The Parisian. And I especially enjoyed the room's massage chair after a long first day of walking and exploring! The convenience of the location and the beauty of the hotel interior and architecture of the exterior speak for themselves. So much more can be said about the service, amenities, and overall experience that the Londoner provides, but I'll have to save that for my next review when I can hopefully visit again!

BBen2AI booked this hotel through Ctrip, and it allowed me to pay upon arrival and cancel for free until 6 PM on the check-in day. This is a great improvement compared to a previous experience where I prepaid and couldn't cancel or get a refund. I stayed on the top floor, the 11th floor, this time. It was clean, tidy, and had a great view! Thumbs up!👍

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Cotai *****. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, providing a very comfortable environment from the moment I walked in. I was also pleasantly surprised that my room was already prepared for an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which made my arrival seamless. Since the hotel is quite grand, I appreciated the friendly staff who proactively guided me to the correct lift lobby in the opposite wing. To top it off, the departure process was incredibly efficient; I used the express check-out by simply dropping my key card into the machine for a completely hassle-free experience. I look forward to staying at The Parisian Macao again!

AAnonymous UserGrand Lisboa Palace Macau: An Opulent Encounter Traversing East and West Fantasy The moment you step into the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, it's as if you've opened a door to another dimension. In the lobby, a towering, multi-story glass dome brings the sky into view, with sunlight refracting dazzling halos through crystal chandeliers, and an indoor garden stretching out like a verdant carpet underfoot. This is more than just a hotel; it's a miniature resort kingdom blending Eastern charm with European palatial aesthetics. Our journey began in a 'Karl Lagerfeld' themed room. As the world's only hotel space personally designed by the late fashion maestro, every detail in the room exudes his unique interpretation of 'modern oriental.' Sleek black and gold furniture, Chinese embroidery on silk wallpaper, and contemporary artworks on the walls create a fascinating dialogue. The bathroom is equipped with Bulgari amenities, and an aroma diffuser next to the deep soaking tub helps melt away travel fatigue in a fragrant mist. The biggest surprise was the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows – directly overlooking the hotel's central 'Verdant Wonderland' garden. Drawing the curtains in the morning, the dew-kissed lawn and Baroque gazebos were serenely picturesque in the morning light, making it feel like living in Alice's Wonderland. The dining experience was equally unforgettable. 'The Buffet at Grand Lisboa Palace' on the third floor offers a global culinary journey with open kitchens, from authentic Macanese African chicken to Japanese sashimi and French pastries, all boasting impeccable freshness. Meanwhile, 'Mesa' on the second floor, crafted by Michelin-starred chef José Avillez, presents creative Portuguese cuisine. Their signature 'seafood rice,' simmered with saffron and fresh seafood, offers a taste of the ocean's sweetness in every bite. For a ritualistic afternoon tea experience, head to 'The Grand Pavilion Bar,' which hosts Asia's first Versace-themed palatial afternoon tea. Macarons and sandwiches are served on gold-rimmed porcelain plates, paired with the specially concocted 'Oriental Charm' cocktail, with even the straws adorned with hand-embroidered ribbons – every detail speaks of luxury. The hotel's entertainment facilities are truly a 'one-stop vacation paradise.' The indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools on the third floor are a favorite for families, with 29°C water ensuring children can splash around without feeling cold. The gym is equipped with the latest Technogym machines, and floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic garden views, making workouts feel like exercising in a forest. For art lovers, the hotel's 'Virtual Palace of Versailles' exhibition is a must-see – it recreates the splendor of Louis XIV's palace through 3D projection and scent technology. As the light from the Hall of Mirrors dances on the walls and the scent of orange blossom wafts through the air, you might momentarily believe you've traveled back to the 17th-century French court. Regarding transportation, although the hotel is located in the eastern part of Taipa Island, it offers seamless connectivity to the Border Gate, ferry terminals, and major attractions via free shuttle buses. We took a bus to the Ruins of St. Paul's, a mere 20-minute ride, and on the return, we even found the hotel's 'night special line,' avoiding the inconvenience of late-night taxis. It's worth noting that while the hotel staff primarily speak Cantonese and English, the front desk specifically employs 'Guest Relations Ambassadors' fluent in Mandarin. From luggage storage to attraction recommendations, their service is meticulous, even preemptively providing a universal adapter we temporarily needed directly to our room. Of course, even a perfect journey can have minor imperfections. While the hotel's 'New Yaohan' shopping mall offers a comprehensive range of brands, some stores close relatively early. For late-night shopping, you might need to venture to the nearby Wynn Palace. Additionally, due to the hotel's grand scale, it's easy to get lost in the hallways during a first stay; we recommend picking up a floor guide to carry with you. On the day we left Grand Lisboa Palace Macau, the front desk presented us with a customized 'GLP Club' membership gift box, containing exclusive hotel aromatherapy products and postcards. Looking back at this golden-domed edifice, I suddenly understood why it has become a new landmark in Macau's hotel industry – it’s not just a place to stay, but an immersive experience of aesthetics, culture, and life. If your desired travel isn't just about 'checking off attractions' but also about finding a serene haven of luxury in a bustling city, Grand Lisboa Palace might just be your answer.

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

GGongshangjiaohuiyuOur trip to Macau was absolutely wonderful this time, and my family and I were very pleased with our choice of the W Hotel. We arrived just after 1 PM, and while there was a queue for check-in, the concierge was very attentive in helping with our luggage, so the wait wasn't long at all. The front desk lady quickly arranged a room for us. The room itself was very comfortable, with a lovely view of the tower. Housekeeping was excellent and always responsive to our needs. My child had some specific requests regarding the internet, and a staff member promptly came to assist. They also asked if we wanted turndown service. The dinner buffet at 'Tastes' restaurant was fantastic. What really stood out was when my child, who loves lobster, asked if they could make it with butter, and the chef actually prepared it especially for us! A lovely young lady brought it over and even asked for our feedback on the taste. Of course, the chef's skills were superb, and all the other desserts and dishes were delicious, and the ambiance was great too. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent. Just a right turn from the lobby guest elevator, you'll find a coffee shop and a Don Quijote supermarket. Across the street is The Parisian, and a short walk further brings you to The Londoner. This whole area is vibrant at night, making it very convenient for post-dinner strolls and shopping. At check-out, the concierge was equally thoughtful, helping us call a taxi and load our luggage. Macau isn't a large area; a taxi from the hotel to Gongbei was just over 100 MOP, and it would be much closer to Hengqin Port. Overall, the hotel's facilities and service during our stay were impeccable, highly recommended!
