Facilities: Relatively clean. Environment: Beautiful. Service: Very good attitude. Hygiene: Clean. The location is also great, with plenty of taxis right outside the entrance. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the room is tidy. It offers good value for money and is very welcoming to mainland Chinese visitors.

This is my second stay in a King's Fireworks Seaview Room. This time, the room wasn't as good as the last. Previously, the bed faced the window with the view directly, but this time the view was to the side of the bed. I'd like to thank Orange for helping me switch rooms; his response was incredibly quick. After checking out and storing my luggage, I went downstairs to the supermarket and bought a lot of things. When I was checking out, I figured I had a bag in my backpack, so I didn't buy a shopping bag. When I came back up to get my luggage, Orange saw me struggling with all my purchases and immediately came over with a hotel tote bag for me to use. He's fantastic!

There are tons of convenience stores and local eateries nearby, so no detours needed when you head out. 🛏 **Rooms are Clean & Comfy:** The entire place is neat and odor-free, the bedding is comfortable, and the branded orthopedic mattress offered an amazing sleep experience. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure; the toilet is a bit small but perfectly fine for women. 👩🏻‍💻 **Excellent Service:** The front desk staff are young and energetic, enthusiastically recommending routes throughout my stay. They offer thoughtful touches like complimentary same-day luggage storage and umbrellas during heavy rain, which made my stay very reassuring. 💡 **Bonus Points:** Each floor has a unique Five Elements design, the WiFi is stable, and the value for money is truly high for the Senado Square area. The service attitude is fantastic, the hygiene is top-notch, and the decor is beautiful and elegant. It's super conveniently located right near Senado Square! You get complimentary mini-bar access (once per stay), including snacks, red wine, and drinks. You can even try your hand at pour-over coffee, which is a really cool experience! We booked a twin room, and the window offered a view of the famous Ruins of St. Paul's, which was absolutely brilliant! They also noted that it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even sent a small cake! I was so delighted!

We spontaneously decided to visit Macau during the May Day holiday, and since we were traveling with a child, I looked for a hotel with convenient transportation. We entered through the Hengqin Port, took bus 25B to Grand Lisboa, and then it was just a few hundred meters walk to the hotel. The hotel's decor had a very authentic Macanese style, with a quaint charm. The room was spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness was excellent, with no missed spots and a very clean carpet. The breakfast, in particular, was truly outstanding. It felt like a proper breakfast restaurant, offering very authentic Macanese dim sum with substantial ingredients. Each person could order two steamed dishes and one noodle dish (rice vermicelli or regular noodles). The cream bun was delicious, even better than those from a bakery. The beef brisket ho fun was also very flavorful. The beef tripe and curry squid were fantastic, and the shrimp dumplings were packed with whole, large shrimp. It was truly excellent. Even at check-out, my child said they hadn't had enough of the breakfast yet.

Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.

The breakfast was very mediocre and didn't match the hotel's class. The environment was nice with great views, but the king-size bed room we got had a poor view, located in a corner. Also, the service attitude was just okay. Getting up and down floors was inconvenient as you had to walk around a lot. The front desk only allowed check-ins at 3 PM, and having a group of people waiting in the lobby wasn't ideal.

Holiday Inn Macau is super convenient to get to. The hotel itself is great – very clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful; I forgot my phone charger, and they immediately sent someone up with one. Breakfast was good too, and it's excellent value for money. When I checked out, the doorman even helped me call a taxi. Five stars!
