Stayed in a twin room with a friend. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had great water pressure with instant hot water. Consumables were refilled daily, and the staff were very friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a park nearby. It's also not far from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, making evening strolls along the waterfront very convenient. You can catch a bus nearby to Taipa. Very satisfied! I'll definitely choose Rio Hotel again next time I visit Macau!

I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good. Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice! The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic! Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient. Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, with bus stops for routes 3, 25, and 55 right nearby. It's also just a few minutes' walk to attractions like Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's. As I'm a light sleeper, they gave me a room at the end of the hall, which was incredibly quiet. It's rare to find such a peaceful hotel room when traveling. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Macau. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Riviera Hotel in Macau and overall really enjoyed it. The location is great if you want to explore the old part of the city. One of the best things was the view from the room — absolutely amazing, прямо looking at the Macau Tower. Definitely a “wow” view, especially at night. Breakfasts were good and had enough variety. The hotel is also about a 15-minute walk from the metro/light rail station, and they provide a free shuttle to Border Gate, which was very convenient. A few downsides though: The nearest grocery/convenience store is about a 10–15 minute walk away, which can be annoying when you just need something quickly. Taxis around the hotel were also not always easy to find. And not all staff members speak English well, so sometimes communication was a bit difficult. Still, for the location, views, and overall atmosphere, it was a very good stay.

My friend stayed here before and highly recommended it to me! 😄 I booked online and got a great deal. The whole room has a really modern design, and I love the illuminated makeup mirror in the bathroom – it's so bright and clear. The Wi-Fi is super fast, perfect for binge-watching shows! 💃🏼💃🏼 I heard the infinity pool is a popular spot for Instagrammers, so I went to check it out. It wasn't too crowded when I went, and they were even playing music. Swimming, enjoying the view, and just chilling out to some tunes – it was incredibly relaxing! ~~~

I'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly. Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned! One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous ”Of course you have to go outside!” as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, ”Didn't I just tell you...?” and ”It'll take over half an hour to walk~” In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh.

I stayed at Hotel Metropole Macau and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. It felt quite old, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout… from the hallway all the way into the room. The odor was persistent and uncomfortable, and it actually triggered my allergies. If you have rhinitis or are sensitive to smoke, I would strongly advise against staying here, as it can really affect your comfort and overall trip. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located, with many major attractions within walking distance, and it’s easy to get around the area. Breakfast was simple but filling… nothing fancy, but enough to start your day. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness and eliminating the cigarette smell would make a big difference. Until then, it may not be the best choice for travelers who are sensitive to odors.

I've been to Macau many times, but this was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace. It's very conveniently located, with a direct shuttle bus from Macau Airport to the hotel. The staff in the lobby were incredibly welcoming, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options too. I'd definitely want to stay at Grand Lisboa Palace again on my next trip to Macau.

This was my first stay at The Parisian Macao. I'd previously stayed at The Venetian and found it huge, but The Parisian is just as big, if not bigger! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the central district of Macau, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. Rua da Cunha is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and tidy, and it offers great value for money. My only minor critique is that the perfume scent throughout the hotel is quite strong; I personally think it could be a bit lighter.

Absolutely fantastic! **Amenities:** The retro style is amazing, and the light switches are a unique touch – very Instagrammable! You can totally have a photoshoot in the room, haha. **Cleanliness:** Spotless! The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly. **Environment:** Superb! The decor is wonderful, and the location is excellent – very lively. The hotel is right behind the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is bustling with people and food stalls. It's even more lively and has better food than Rua do Cunha! **Service:** I can't praise it enough! Both front desk staff members I encountered were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. There's even a staff member on the ground floor who opens the door and directs you to the 4th-floor lobby for check-in (it's a bit unconventional). On the 4th floor, another staff member helps you with the elevator. The check-in process was so convenient and welcoming. **Breakfast:** The service and ambiance were great, but the food itself was just okay, nothing particularly mind-blowing. On a side note, I followed the hotel's recommendations in their little booklet and tried a noodle shop nearby – it was SO good! Small place, but authentically delicious (at least, I really loved it! 😋)

GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

RRockYeung1990The room decor is nice, it has a bathtub, and the bedding is comfortable. You can ask for an extra set of toiletries. The scent in the room is pleasant. The shuttle bus goes to the border gate and Grand Lisboa Palace, and from Grand Lisboa Palace, it's quite convenient to get around.

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.

YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserOn the first day, I went to check in around 2:30 PM, not realizing it was a bit early. The male receptionist who helped me was quite arrogant, a stark contrast to the friendly female staff I encountered later. I'd suggest more training for him. The cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust in the room—on the mini-bar, in the wardrobe, and on the bed. When I lay down, lint was floating everywhere. However, the hotel views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also excellent.

GGuest UserOur Macau trip got off to a fantastic start, thanks to Brian who upgraded us to a suite! The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of both the Eiffel Tower and the Figure 8 Ferris Wheel – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The room itself was stylish yet cozy, and the breakfast buffet's seafood congee and latte art coffee were incredibly comforting. The service experience was top-notch. Highly recommend!
