At check-in, we were told to leave our luggage at the front desk and pick up our room keys at 15:00, and that our bags would be sent directly to the room beforehand. However, when we returned to the front desk at 16:10, we were told the room wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait until almost 17:00 to get our keys. We were told check-out could be extended to 13:00, but at 12:00, housekeeping banged loudly on the door, saying the system showed we had checked out and they needed to clean the room. When we called the concierge, they apologized and extended the check-out time to 14:00. The hotel is nice, but the service procedures and overall coordination are still a bit chaotic.

First of all, the hotel's service was excellent with very prompt responses, which is a big plus. Secondly, I need to bring up an issue with the bed and pillows—they were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard. As for the pillows, of the two provided, one was way too soft and the other way too high. Even after requesting a latex pillow replacement, it turned out to be super-duper hard! Perhaps because I had just been hiking that day and my whole body was already sore, combined with the uncomfortable bed, I didn't fall asleep until past 2 AM, only to wake up in unbearable discomfort around 3 AM, and barely managed to fall back asleep until past 5 AM. The sleep experience was just awful. No matter how good everything else is, it doesn't matter if you can't get a decent night's sleep.

The hotel focuses on a family-friendly theme, making it suitable for little ones of all ages with very well-equipped facilities for children. The staff are warm, friendly, and patient. The complimentary snacks and amenities in the room are replenished very quickly, and the environment is fantastic—everything you could possibly need is right here in the hotel. A special mention to Trip.com for their excellent booking service, which provided a wonderful reservation experience for guests. I will definitely stay here again next time!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.

I specifically chose to travel during the off-peak period on October 6th, but there was still a queue at check-in. With over 20 staff members handling check-ins, it was clear the hotel had an extremely high occupancy rate. The hotel features a magnificent European royal style, exuding luxury and elegance. The gym is huge, easily accommodating dozens of people working out at the same time. I especially loved the swimming pool in the morning—it wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the staff were attentive. As soon as guests arrived to swim, they immediately prepared two large towels and a glass of lemonade, bringing them right to the lounge chairs. The brunch buffet is 398 AUD per person, but you can get a 10% discount by signing up for Sands Rewards. The quality of the buffet is top-notch, and I highly recommend it.

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.

Booking this hotel really requires constantly monitoring the prices, ugh! I booked 5 days and 4 nights. Seeing the pre-tax rate was 840/night, I thought it was a great deal, so I went ahead and booked it, paying 3,900 in total. Little did I know, the lowest price could drop to 700/night before tax—that's a 700 difference over 5 days! I advise everyone not to be too hasty when booking. As for the hotel itself, the receptionist who helped us with check-in was great. When I asked if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband, they managed it, and they even upgraded us to an Eiffel Tower view room. The hotel offers many free shuttle buses to various locations, but one thing to note is that many of these shuttles stop running quite early. For example, the one to Taipa Village (Guan Di St) finishes its last run at 8:20 PM, which is prime dinner time. You either have to eat early or pay out of pocket for a bus back to the hotel. However, these are just minor issues. The hotel environment and service are up to 5-star standards (excluding the Grand Buffet for breakfast and dinner—definitely don't bother trying that, it's not good). Everything else was great, and it will definitely be my first choice next time.

Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.

Overall, it's okay. The room is spacious with no weird smells, and the bed is large, comfortable, and clean. The TV now supports AirPlay, but the connection is quite unstable, so I'd recommend bringing your own HDMI cable. A charging cable is provided, but all the USB ports have been replaced with standard 3-pin UK plugs. The shower water pressure is still a bit lacking; in particular, the water temperature and pressure of the handheld showerhead are linked, meaning if you want cooler water, the flow becomes very weak. There was occasionally a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Service is pretty decent. The check-in queue moved fairly quickly, and the explanations were clear, though a 1,000 deposit is required, which is refunded on checkout day. They've added a mini-program for ordering in-room dining, which has a good variety of options, and you can also request room amenities through it, which is quite convenient. The gym has a limited variety of equipment—no core-specific machines and no InBody analyzer, just a Xiaomi smart home scale. However, they do provide foam rollers and yoga blocks. As for the view, they are currently replanting the grass at the racecourse, so hopefully it will look nicer later on.
