”Excellent hotel! Yoho Treasure Island Macau. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially Sir Dhon and Sir Patrick (Bellman) The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view. The pool area is so lovely and peacefuI. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.”
We appreciated our stay at the hotel, as the room and facilities were generally good, especially the swimming pools. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, making for a pleasant experience. However, we did encounter an issue with the flushing toilet, which seemed to require some maintenance. The thin toilet paper provided was even not suitable for disposal in the toilet. We needed to go to the washroom in the lobby. We thus recommend that this be checked for future guests to ensure a better stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and hope to see improvements in these areas next time.
Pros,
- Stunning view with cleaned windows - unlike others without proper maintenance.
- Functional AC & temperature control
- Clean bed/washroom with sufficient toiletries
- 5 restaurants with different types of cuisine
- Gym & outdoor pool
Cons,
- Bit far and no shuttle from HZMB Macao Port. Not much to walk/visit around the hotel area.
- cockroaches(alike)/insect was found on the bottom of the pool, though lifeguard took immediate action, still a big minus
- we arrived earlier than we expect and understood the check-in time not available till 15:00 but the receptionist kept repeating the check-in time without other solutions nor asking us to take a seat/wait/whatever.
It sounds like, not my problem that you arrive earlier, and bothering him to check out other customers which they had no customers to checkout at that moment.
Overall,
Reasonable price, stunning view and well equipped gym. We had a wonderful stay last year but not this time with such reply from the beginning of the stay and poor pool hygiene.
The location is next to Sands and fisher wharf, a a Thai restaurant at fisher wharf is yummy.
2 bed room 1 living room suit is awesome! 3 washroom and one big dressing room!
Master bed room air-con might have some prob but everything else are sound.
You might need a cab for transportation but all-in cost justified considering the room rate.
Highly recommended
The room is big, bright, beautiful and clean.
The mini bar had lots of variety of drinks.
The dressing gown was so soft and comfy, sleeper were comfy too.
Definitely will come back to stay again .
Location was at the Cotai side.
Not much shopping within the parisan hotel. Can walk over to venetian hotel for shopping.
Macau offer free shuttle service to various places. Otherwise taxi is also very convenient.
Payment can use Alipay. Otherwise bring MOP or HKD.
This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Good location and close to San Malo and Saint Paul ruins as well as the bus stops. The room is also clean and comfortable. With the price it's a good deal.
First thing first - this is my very first time staying in an old local hotel in Macau. I normally stay at the Sheraton Coltai because of my Platinum status. In the past month, I stayed in this hotel twice within a month solely because my friends have ****** room voucher which costs something like USD 75 per night including tax and they like to use the ****** here. I was very skeptical staying in a local hotel but with this price, my expectations were very low. Yes, the rooms are quite dated but they are clean.
Room clean and nice breakfast also good , l like that turn down service :) hotel its easy to get around from here, and just short walk there are lots of delicious local restaurants
Convenient Location & Easy Transport Access.
One of the best things about Rio Hotel Macau is its accessibility. Not far from the hotel, there’s a bus stop that provides easy access to Barra LRT station, making it simple to explore Macau’s attractions. Whether heading to the Historic Center, Senado Square, or the casinos, transportation was hassle-free.
Rio Hotel Macau offers luxury, space, and convenience at an excellent value. If you’re looking for a luxorious stay with easy transport links, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

FFUNG HSThe overall experience is good as being a L'occitane's fans.
Love the atmosphere here and the service are great.
The nearby shopping mall that connected with the hotel provide another entertainment area.
Will come to visit here again!
HHelen HSUThe room is nice, jz the check in time takes a bit longer than expected. Location is really good jz it is too big, hanging from one place to another takes a lot of time to walk.
The room is really new and tidy and can see the water fountain from wynn palace
It is the Londoner Grand not Londoner, have to find the cartridge

ААндрей КолпаковNot a bad hotel, but a little “cold” as far as coziness is concerned.
Really liked the “smart” socket at the head of the bed. Probably the best socket of the whole trip :)
The restaurant is Chinese, with no translation into any languages and with staff who only understand Chinese. I did not understand the menu and did not order anything.
The staff is friendly, ready to help: for example, I had a torn bag - they gave me a new souvenir bag (but it also tore after a couple of days :) ).
From the historical center a couple of kilometers away, from the ****** even further, but very close and convenient for those who are further on the bridge to Hong Kong (just one, though very long, stop on the bus x101).

RRBMNTZAbsolutely a top notch hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and complete. Huge bathroom, including a Japanese toilet. Shower has standard shower head and rain head. The matras on the king size bed is comfortable and firm. Fresh water, coffee and tea are free, the mini bar has more options to fulfill your needs. The breakfast has a wide variety of options: all of the world’s kitchens are present. Fresh and delicious. Enough restaurants around, huge water park, cinema, spa and shops. Enough facilities to also give your children a good time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, well-organized, and sufficient for our stay. It has a convenient location near the ferry terminal, though it’s not the best spot if you want to be close to major attractions — you’ll need to walk a bit. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The ****** had a somewhat dated vibe, and we didn’t have time to check out the pool, but note that you’ll need to bring a hair cap if you plan to swim.
GGuest UserThe hotel location is so convenient to access, and walkable to Ruins of St Paul and Lisbo ****** as well as local restaurants. The hotel front desk team offered us free upgrade to Superior Suite - spacious living room and bathroom. The room is tidy and comfortable. We will stay here for our next visit.
