On a business trip to Macau, I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and I'm so glad I finally settled on the Grand Lapa Hotel due to its convenient transportation. The hotel boasts an impressive architectural style and an excellent location with plenty of amenities nearby. The abundant breakfast was particularly satisfying. The staff were very helpful and always willing to assist. One day, my room card wouldn't open the door, and it turned out the room lock's battery had died. First, a bellboy accompanied me upstairs to check, and then after about a ten-minute wait, two technicians arrived to fix it, which they did in just a few minutes – very efficient. The bellboy was also very quick and efficient in helping me call a taxi and with my luggage. I brought my own bedding as I was worried about mosquito bites in Macau, but the hotel's bedding was actually very clean. It has the advantages of an older hotel (excellent location) while mostly avoiding the drawbacks (outdated facilities). Although the style is from the 80s or 90s, the carpets and bathroom facilities don't show their age. Great value for money!

Our stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, shops, and local restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience smooth and enjoyable. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hong Kong.

The suite was very clean, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. There's a balcony with a window that can be opened, which is very important for the elderly. We swapped our hotpot reservation for an afternoon tea, and it was very generous. The morning tea, with the discount, cost just over 150 RMB. Freshly baked bird's nest egg tarts came out at 10:30 AM. The quality of the food was good, and it offered great value for money. It's convenient for getting to all the major attractions like St. Paul's Ruins, The Parisian, and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal.

Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall. If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.

The room was spacious and well-furnished. I really appreciated the complete set of complimentary toiletries provided, and the slippers were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, though it would have been even better with a bathtub. They offer a shuttle to the border crossing, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel front desk staff were warm, friendly, and quick to respond to guests' needs! The night view from the 21st-floor scenic room was particularly amazing! Plus, there were plenty of free snacks and drinks in the room!

The living area, bedroom, and bathroom are clearly separated, so it never felt crowded even with friends over; - The bedding was so soft I could 'sink in and never want to get up.' I slept for one night and surprisingly had no back or neck pain (a huge plus for someone with neck issues like me!); - Attention to hygiene was top-notch: the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, high-end toiletries, and towels so fluffy they could 'bounce off.' Not a speck of dust could be found even in the corners – a dream for anyone with OCD. 【Amenities: All Your Food, Drink, and Fun Needs Covered】 At the Venetian, the main draw is being able to 'have a blast without even leaving the premises': - The Gondola ride is a must-try! Sitting in the swaying boat, listening to the gondolier hum Italian folk songs, and passing by European-style buildings along the 'man-made canal' truly makes you feel like you're in Venice for a moment; - Shop 'til you drop at the mall: home to luxury brands like LV and Gucci. When you get tired, you can pop into a cha chaan teng for a bowl of noodles or head to a trendy café for some industrial-chic photos; - The recreational facilities are amazing: the heated pool offers spectacular views (you can swim while admiring the Macao Tower at night), the gym has more equipment than a personal training studio, and even the aromatherapy scents in the spa area are incredibly therapeutic~ 【Location: Prime Macao Buffs Aplenty】 The hotel is located in the heart of the Macao Peninsula, with incredibly convenient transportation: - It's a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. After sightseeing, you can also check out the colorful houses on Love Lane nearby; - A 5-minute taxi ride to the Grand Lisboa/Wynn Palace if you're in the mood for some gambling; - Surrounded by a plethora of food options: old-school pork chop buns, authentic Portuguese cuisine, popular ice cream parlors... You can easily sample all of Macao's flavors on foot~ From hardware to service, from experience to location, The Venetian Macao has ingrained 'high-end vacation vibes' into every single detail! I'll definitely be back for a second visit next time I'm in Macao~ I genuinely recommend it to all travelers seeking quality and a sense of occasion!

During our stay, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, quickly resolving any minor issues. The staff in departments such as the pool and housekeeping were also very friendly. However, the restaurant staff's attitude felt a bit stiff, a stark contrast to the warmth of other departments, and we hope this can be improved in the future. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel offering both a great location and excellent service!

The soundproofing is excellent; it's not noisy at all, even though it's by the road. Environment: There are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. Service: The staff are all very enthusiastic and can even help call a taxi. Price: Compared to other hotels, the value for money is excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The location is great, very close to Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel. There are bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around. The hotel's cleanliness is good, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The front desk service and luggage storage were both good. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; you can hear conversations from next door very clearly. 😊
