5-Star Hotels in Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Every thing was perfect, but I wished there was streaming in the TV like Netflix.

This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It offers a rich variety of cuisine, including Chinese, Indian, and British options. The Arabian dishes are particularly good at satisfying a craving for Chinese food amidst the local flavors. The location is excellent, comparable to staying in Lujiazui, Shanghai. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. Special mention goes to Jinto and a few others from the breakfast team who were efficient and perceptive. Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasure. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The high-floor rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Dubai, extending to the sea, and you can even spot the Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm

Located right at the entrance of Palm Jumeirah, the views are absolutely stunning. The room itself was great overall, though the bathroom in our suite had a slight drain odor. We were charged per room upon arrival, which was higher than the amount stated during booking. Ctrip proactively covered the difference, which just goes to show how transparent and reliable major platforms are.

A truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup. The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~

Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel is a great choice for families visiting Dubai. With its excellent facilities, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere, it made our trip both relaxing and memorable.

My stay at Asiana Grand Hotel Dubai was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all the details are beautiful. The location is excellent, especially since it's very close to Dubai Airport, which was incredibly convenient for me. The staff are respectful and cooperative, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere within the hotel is calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I recommend the hotel for families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport.
