The Le Xuan Hua Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor serves authentic Qian cuisine, with sour soup and stir-fried pork that capture the local flavors. The special Cili (Rosa Roxburghii) cocktail at the Le Bar on the 55th floor is incredibly creative, and the Executive Lounge provides all-day afternoon tea and evening hot food. You can enjoy a grand meal while watching the sunset and savor all of Guiyang's specialties without even leaving the hotel. The dining quality truly lives up to five-star standards. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant environment, offering a garden-style accommodation experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless, and the butler service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. What really blew us away were several things: ① **Personalized Butler Transfers**: We didn't have to handle our luggage at all. The complimentary high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, even for our group of four, was in a comfortable business van. ② **Excellent Food & Drink**: The afternoon tea was incredibly generous, and the breakfast was of high quality. ③ **Unique & Abundant Beverages**: There were about eight or nine different drinks available. We could enjoy unlimited refreshments just by visiting the front desk. Every time we returned, the staff thoughtfully asked if we'd like anything to drink. They even offered unique glutinous rice wine and Cili juice. ④ **Attentive & Warm Service**: The butlers were incredibly welcoming upon check-in, check-out, and whenever we returned. They’d greet us with phrases like ”Have a pleasant journey,” ”Enjoy your stay,” and ”Have fun!” They were also proactive in answering our questions about getting around and providing recommendations. ⑤ **Superb Room Comfort**: This is arguably the most crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and we were truly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The views were great, it was clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided were high-end. From Dyson hairdryers to toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and bath towels, everything was of excellent quality and very effective. ⑥ **Engaging Evening Entertainment**: The complimentary folk song performance at 8:30 PM was fantastic. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the distinctive local melodies. Thank you, Biyin, for all the services provided during our trip. It's like the ”Haidilao” of guesthouses – full of unique character, great ambiance, and exceptional service. It even surpasses the best in the service industry, like Macau, leaving a lasting impression. We'd repurchase without hesitation! If you're visiting Zhaoxing Dong Village, this is a no-brainer.

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. I have to say, because of this hotel, I spent a whole day in the room. The room was absolutely fantastic. The front desk upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view, offering a panoramic cityscape of Guiyang, which was stunning both day and night. The facilities and service are 100% on par with international five-star standards. The location is right in the heart of Guiyang, making it very convenient to get to several highly-rated restaurants and cafes. It's also great that the hotel now has robots delivering takeout directly to your room.

The room was quite clean, and the customer service, especially Xiao Man, was excellent! She gave us very detailed tips for hiking. The hotel is right next to the scenic area entrance, which makes hiking super convenient. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also great; even if you're not hiking, it's a very comfortable place for a summer getaway. 😌😌😌

Everything about this hotel is fantastic – the ambiance, cleanliness, comfort, service across the board, and the dining. I'd been wanting to experience it since last year but never found the right opportunity, so I was thrilled to finally make it! On our first night, we were in a room on a lower floor, and the noise from the plumbing upstairs disturbed our sleep. After providing feedback to our butler, we were upgraded for free to a balcony room on the top floor, which was more than double the price – kudos to them! The hotel also offers all-day dining; breakfast extends until 1 PM (this is the first time I've encountered this in all the hotels I've stayed at over the years!), which is incredibly thoughtful for guests who like to sleep in, truly allowing residents to relax and rest. In the evenings, they even offer sweet soups and late-night congee – simply amazing! The snacks, drinks, and fruit in the room are also plentiful and completely free. When checking out, the hotel even gave us a gift to apologize for our disturbed sleep on the first night. They genuinely care about every guest's experience and are incredibly thoughtful! I will definitely be back!

Environment: The hotel is the best viewing platform. You can view the bridge in the room. It just happens that you can see the light show on the front. There will be more mosquitoes at night. Facilities: The TV cannot be screened. Tencent has no members. You have to charge your own members to use it. There are floor towels in the bathroom, no floor towels next to the bathtub The observation deck on the sixth floor is currently not open. Welcome fruit: You have to call and ask to send it. There are many types of fruit and nuts. Breakfast until 11 o'clock, the overall look is quite rich, the taste is not bad, the bacon is too hard There is a self-service drink in the lobby. You can also diy yourself. It is very innovative. It is suitable for punching in and taking pictures. Dinner: It is on the set menu. The dishes and taste are not bad. Rice is a bit sloppy. Overall, it is OK, but as a five-star hotel, there are still a lot of service staff. The service staff is warm and polite but not professional enough. I feel that the whole hotel depends on a person in charge to solve the problem. Someone smoked in the hotel lobby, didn't see the smoking ban sign, and no one stopped it.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to popular snack streets and landmark attractions, saving us the hassle of taking taxis. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively helped us plan a two-day itinerary and recommended affordable yet delicious local restaurants. Our lake-view room overlooked the lake, and after the rain, the green mountains and clear waters made the air feel exceptionally fresh. The only minor downside was that the bathroom drainage was a bit slow, causing water to pool during showers.

They provide three meals a day, so you don't even need to go out for food, and they offer free laundry service. **Hygiene:** Very clean, with thoughtful little amenities like disinfectant wipes and toilet seat covers. **Environment:** Great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient access to anywhere you want to go. **Service:** Every staff member was very enthusiastic. **One small area for improvement:** The air conditioning was a bit noisy.
