The Wanda Jin Suites Changbaishan boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the resort, within walking distance of the hot springs and shopping street. The suite itself is spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas, and features a balcony with a view. The underfloor heating keeps it wonderfully warm, and the breakfast offers a great variety. It was a truly convenient and comfortable stay for our family, including the elderly and children.

The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

Stayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Beyond five-star! I was traveling with my child and mother, and we ultimately chose this place. What a delightful surprise! The environment is fantastic, and my child had a wonderful time. Manager Coco especially deserves 200 points for this trip. She was incredibly enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything. Manager Coco was warm, patient, and provided thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Her travel tips and suggestions were super practical, and she responded instantly to any questions. She's both gentle and professional. The hotel environment is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the stay experience was excellent. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely look for Manager Coco on my next visit!

Choosing to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, was one of the smartest decisions I made during my Chinese New Year trip to Changchun. My experience showed that it offers excellent value for money, in terms of both its facilities and service. **Location: The Absolute Center of the City** The hotel's location is truly prime, right next to People's Square. It's incredibly convenient for taxis or ride-sharing services. Downstairs, you'll find the Zhuozhan Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, so shopping, dining, and catching a movie are all just steps away. What was even more delightful was discovering that just across the street is the former site of the Bank of China's Changchun headquarters from before liberation. For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening. **Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy** Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep. Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions. Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping. If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. Clean, welcoming, and well-located – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changchun.

An excellent stay experience. The environment is tranquil and secluded, a perfect escape for a holiday. From post-booking follow-ups, airport transfers, room cleanliness, bedding, toiletries, and turn-down service, everything reflects Park Hyatt's high quality and personalized service. The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Joy and Eric, who were meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. The noodles and pastries were particularly delicious. Afternoon tea and dinner each have their unique charms, catering to diverse guest preferences. The hotel package includes benefits provided by Wanda Resort, making it ideal for families. Looking forward to returning during ski season.

My entire stay was absolutely perfect, and what impressed me most was the service team. The Changbai Mountain hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's a natural oxygen bar, something no star-rated hotel can compare to! The family room was spacious, dry, and comfortable. The central air conditioning wasn't directly blowing at us, so we didn't feel a cold draft, yet it was still very pleasant. Both indoors and outdoors, there was no noticeable temperature difference and it felt so comfortable! No muggy heat, no constant cold breeze, just pure comfort! I highly recommend it for families with children and seniors, especially if you're coming from hot, humid southern regions. I got home this past Monday and nearly melted from the heat 🤬🤬🤬, I truly miss Changbai Mountain – just lying there felt so good! The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and surprisingly, they didn't have the typical Northeastern accent! 😢 Last Saturday, around 8:10 AM on the 18th, I accidentally spilled coffee while having breakfast at the Jinhua Resort hotel. A young woman in a blue uniform, who was shorter than the other women in blue uniforms, actively and enthusiastically helped us clean it up. There were a lot of people dining at the time. She was hardworking, diligent, and had slightly pouty lips. Her name tag seemed to have the surname Li and the character 'Ping'! When the restaurant is crowded, it really feels understaffed. The staff should be compensated better, especially during holidays. When staff feel valued and respected, and are well-compensated, they'll pass on that sincerity and happiness to the customers! The service from frontline staff is what truly matters most for customer experience! Also, a common issue with all major scenic areas and resorts is the surrounding dining options. While the ingredients are fresh and guaranteed, could the taste be improved a bit more? 😊

Traveling with my child during the summer holiday, this hotel's location is excellent. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide fantastic service 👍. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the hotel is directly across from the Floating Market, making it super convenient for sightseeing! The 'Benda Ren Seafood BBQ' near the hotel is delicious, with fresh scallops and Matsusaka crab that are definitely worth trying. Also, the 'Wu's Wrapped Rice' next to the hotel is very unique. Next time I'm in Yanji, I'll definitely stay here again!
