This truly is the best hotel in Jilin city, full of thoughtful touches. My girlfriend and I met in Jilin, and a year later, we celebrated her birthday here again. A huge thanks to the housekeeping staff who decorated our room in advance; it was such a pleasant surprise when we opened the door. The room was also very spacious with a beautiful river view. We extended our stay for another night, and the housekeeper diligently cleaned our room and replaced towels and amenities while we were out the next day. Although the hotel has some history, this dedicated and passionate team ensures it maintains its high standards. 👍

Finally got to experience the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Changbaishan! The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the stunning Changbaishan scenery. The environment is serene and peaceful, fully immersed in a mountainous forest atmosphere, allowing for a deep connection with nature's greenery. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, elegantly decorated, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that's just right – making for an amazing sleep experience. The room was spotless with no odd smells, and the hygiene details were meticulously maintained. The toiletries were of good quality, and the facilities were complete and smart, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The hotel's main highlight is its natural hot springs. The pools are clean and comfortable, and soaking in them amidst the forest creates a wonderful ambiance, soothing travel fatigue, and providing a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. The service team was warm, attentive, and responsive, offering meticulous and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, truly making us feel at home. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients, catering to both northern and southern palates. The hotel's amenities are excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both relaxing holidays and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Changbaishan. Highly recommended!

Choosing Yanji for this trip was definitely the right decision. The food in Yanji lived up to its reputation, and this hotel was also excellent. My child loved the tatami room, and we could see the entire city of Yanji from the bedside. The hotel service was also on par with a five-star hotel; the VIP manager was attentive and thoughtful, taking care of everything throughout our stay. It was a wonderful trip.

酒店环境不错，出行方便，离机场很近，一对一管家服务很周到 This is one of my excellent hotel choices made. The property is new, clean, convenient location with Wanda Mall just 10 mins walk away and their service is so friendly. From check in to check out, I had a pleasant experience. Their morning breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options, both eastern and western foods. Taxi was easy to flag now on their Main Street but DiDi was always quick too. Upon check in, they assign you a personal assistant which I found so helpful. He was quick to act on my request and replied promptly thru WeChat. Highly recommend!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Tracy at the front desk for this stay. Her service was incredibly thoughtful and warm from start to finish, making my check-in and check-out experience absolutely perfect! When I checked in, Tracy was so gentle and patient. She proactively helped me with information about local attractions, breakfast times, and hotel facilities. She even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants – truly attentive and thorough. Any small requests I had during my stay, she was there to help immediately, responding incredibly quickly. She's genuine and polite, which made me feel so welcome. The hotel's location is also fantastic, super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bedding and toiletries were high quality, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Tracy's professional and attentive service impressed me throughout my stay. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and visiting in spring offered even better value for money and an improved experience. The breakfast, as always, was fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict and the 'shaobing' (flaky sesame bread), they were absolutely amazing! This time, our room was upgraded to a suite, and Michelle was an absolute gem – beautiful and incredibly nice. She really understood our needs as a family traveling with a child, patiently explaining everything and recommending beautiful sights. [Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up] I'd love to come back to the Hyatt in summer or autumn to enjoy the scenery, beauty, and food. Oh, and I'm one of those chosen by Tianchi – I got to see Heaven Lake again! [Smiling face, smiling face, smiling face]

The hotel's location is a bit remote, but that's typical for hot spring hotels. I communicated with the front desk a few days before arrival. I sent them my high-speed rail information and scheduled a pickup at Changbaishan Station. So, despite the somewhat remote location, the hotel's shuttle service was excellent. The front desk staff were also very good. When I arrived, I had intended for the front desk to book a rafting trip for me, but it turned out the hotel's contract with the rafting company had expired, so we had to sort it out ourselves. (I had inquired with the front desk a week prior, and they said it could be arranged there. I was surprised to find upon arrival that the hotel had just canceled its contract with the rafting company.) I want to be clear, I'm not blaming the hotel; it was just bad luck. I do hope the hotel can continue to assist out-of-towners in the future, as foreigners often face difficulties booking things in China without local phone numbers. I wanted to see Tianchi Lake, but it was closed all three days I was there. Rafting was also out. So, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, I enjoyed several hot spring baths, visited the gym, and the hotel can also arrange skiing for you. We didn't go skiing because we had elderly people with us. So, staying at the hotel wasn't bad at all. There are only two restaurants: a Korean restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The food was good, but the dinner shrimp seemed to be limited. I arrived at 7:30 PM and only got two shrimp, while my dad got five. Then there were none left, and the restaurant staff didn't replenish them. The room was very large and clean. I particularly liked the rooms at this hotel. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor sections. I might return in the future.

Traveling with a baby, we decided against ascending to Tianchi Lake from the west slope and opted for Building 1 at Lanjing North Slope instead. I have to say, that was a brilliant decision! The hot spring is right in Building 1, and it's also close to the food court. Plus, the shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off is super convenient. All the staff members were incredibly nice, and our butler was fantastic! They even helped us plan out our entire itinerary.

Due to a change in our itinerary, we booked a hotel on short notice. Upon check-in, we found it far exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff was very professional, and a heartwarming incident occurred. After checking out, I was over 100 kilometers away from the hotel when I realized I had left my wallet in the room. After contacting the hotel, the staff immediately helped me find my wallet. Because cash can't be delivered by express, the waiter put the money in my card and transferred it to me via WeChat. They were very patient throughout the process, and the problem was quickly resolved. It's inevitable that there will be omissions when you're away from home, but it's very touching to meet such people! A big thumbs up to the hotel staff 👍🏻
