The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

The unit we chose is ok except the hall is a bit dull cos no window view/sunlight. But we appreciate the kitchenette and cutlery avail is very convenient. It will be good if the TV has local free to air channel like those in Singapore and we wont mind paying more for another tv in the room. The location is good, shop & eat within the same building and a very short drive to Bukit Indah (except the parking lot at level 5 is a bit further from the lift lobby) Throughout the stay saw many security guards at dif parts of the building & car park which is quite reassuring. The online customer service respond through WhatsApp is prompt and informative, which makes our stay (check-in/out) a breeze 👍🏻

Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room facilities are excellent; they've thought of everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like home. My only minor gripe is the lack of a designated drying area for clothes. After doing laundry, I had to find various spots (preferably under the fan) to hang things. But with the fan on full blast overnight, they dried just fine, which was good. The game room was very comfortable and a hit with the kids, though parental supervision is needed as there are some hard objects. The bed was incredibly comfy, and they provided two pillows – you could choose between soft and firm. Plus, there were plenty of smaller cushions if you couldn't decide. The room faced northeast, so it was bright and invigorating.

Stayed here for a business trip. It's a standard business hotel – standard facilities, standard service, standard rooms. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. However, the room I stayed in had a really loud AC unit outside, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which was a letdown. Everything else was just okay.

Location is the best cause is linked to mid valley mall. Breakfast was ok . The taste is not up to my expectations the Teh Tarik was extremely sweet. It will be good if the hotel allocates a car park for customers . On weekends it is impossible to get a car park . Overall it is a good hotel.

Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible to everything, which is why we chose it. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions, even in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and kind to their guests. All in all, it’s truly an excellent place to stay — not just for couples, but also for families with kids because they have lots of amenities that everyone can enjoy.

The loft comes with three queen beds and one sofa bed, making it suitable for larger families or groups who prefer staying together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The loft design also helps the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The unit includes a kitchen, living area, swimming pool access and gym facilities, which add to the overall convenience of the stay. The residential setting offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many hotels. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, which provided a relaxed departure experience. Overall, Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home offers good value for families and groups looking for a spacious accommodation option in Johor. The combination of multiple beds, useful facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment made for a comfortable stay.

A very comfortable stay for a night at Opero Hotel. It is convenient and walking distance to Midvalley Southkey mall. I will return to stay at Opero hotel again if I travel to JB.
