5-Star Hotels in Ayeyawady, Myanmar

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel on the beautiful beach of Ngwesaung. Unlike many of the more crowded hotels in the area, this one offered a peaceful and quiet beach experience. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Both the operations manager and general manager went above and beyond to assist us when we faced an unexpected emergency, showing incredible kindness and a service oriented attitude. This is my second time I chose this hotel at Ngwesaung and there is no doubt i'd chose this hotel over and over again. We had so much fun enjoying the beach activities, from jet skiing and kayaking to trying out a mini water jet. It was truly a memorable experience! With friends, family, couple or even as business traveller who want peace in mind and working remotely.

A good hotel with a large and deserted beach! This hotel is probably the best on this coast. Beautiful well-kept grounds, a swimming pool with a view and cool water. Sun loungers are always available at any time of the day. The hotel has an excellent huge beach, a smooth sandy entrance to the sea, swimming is a pleasure! Beautiful sunsets. In the morning you can walk along the beach in any direction for a very long time... There are many activities on the beach: ATVs, horses, jet skis, but all this is not from the hotel, local dealers offer this. You can take a SUP or surf from the hotel, there are lessons with an instructor. Not a bad spa with a good massage. A very beautiful restaurant Surf Club, the territory is decorated with love, you can play billiards. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and quite comfortable. Now about the comments for the hotel... The staff needs to be more carefully supervised with the assembly of rooms. They do not always clean well... The hotel does not have enough services to achieve the 5* status... there are not even bathrobes in the rooms. The reception staff is very unobtrusive. In my opinion, there is not enough greenery and shade on the territory, you are almost always in the sun ... The restaurants cook very tasty, the sea bass in Thai style was simply delicious! But PLEASE add a separate section to the menu with the most important and popular dishes of local cuisine!!! You have separate large sections of the menu with pasta, pizza, etc., but no Myanmar cuisine!!! And therefore, people do not dine with you, but go to the village to other restaurants!!! I want to say about breakfasts: they are not bad, you can always find something to eat, but this is far from the level of 5 *, rather an average 4. Instant coffee and Lipton tea - are you serious? You can order normal coffee for breakfast, but for $ 4 ... Please think about it! In general, we liked the hotel and we had a great rest, but there are points that need to be taken into account and improved in order to be called a 5 * hotel. Thank you.
