GGuest UserI enjoyed the room It was comfortable and had a nice big tub and a big separate shower, that surprised us it was really nice. The restaurant downstairs had excellent food totally worth it!! I had the chicken parm it was absolutely delicious my husband had steak it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel so much to do in walking distance also.

TTimmyy_My overall impression of the JW Marriott Chicago is excellent. It's a high-end business hotel that perfectly blends quality and comfort. Located in the convenient and relatively quiet Loop area of downtown Chicago, it's ideal for guests seeking a good night's sleep. The lobby is grand and elegant, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom design is outstanding – everything is exceptionally well-maintained. The executive lounge is another major highlight, offering high-standard dining options for both breakfast and evening meals.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and grand, about 50-60 square meters, and the bathroom was also quite large, around 10 square meters. My room on the 25th floor even had a kitchen, and the night view from the window was stunning, which was a pleasant surprise.
The terrace of Terrace 16 Restaurant on the 16th floor offers the most beautiful views of the Chicago River, perfect for lunch or afternoon tea.
The front desk staff who checked me in was excellent. They informed me about the Trump Spa on the 14M floor and that I could use its facilities. Later, on the day of my check-out, my friend booked a City Architecture Tour for me which ended at 12:30 PM. I asked if I could extend my check-out until 1:00 PM, and the foreign front desk staff member kindly offered me a 2:00 PM check-out. Overall, the front desk and restaurant staff provided great service, making me feel respected as a guest and not discriminated against. The hotel's facilities and atmosphere are wonderful, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a very pleasant check-in experience.

GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's clean and elegant. The service was excellent, and the valet parking was very convenient. Luggage storage was also a breeze. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of shops to explore right outside. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chicago.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, opposite the Trump Building, downstairs is the river, and you can walk directly to the Gorgeous Mile, parks, art galleries, etc. There are also many restaurants to choose from around, and it coincides with a large-scale music festival, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the hygiene and facilities are maintained at the standards of an old hotel. Recommended to stay!

Hhuiyu1588I told her that the turndown service would come in 30 minutes, but she didn't come as promised. I asked for two sets of new towels, but all the towels were stained except for the bath towel. The breakfast was included, but it only included a $30 credit. You had to order a la carte, no buffet, and it cost more than $80. I had to tip for the service, which was about $40 for two days. The quality of the breakfast was good. The location is within walking distance of the 360 Observatory.

The cleanliness was good, with tidy and hygienic bedding and amenities. The soundproofing in the room was quite good, especially for a US hotel. However, the window in this room type faced a building that was too close, so there wasn't much of a view.

It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower.
