The rooms are spacious, and the hotel itself is massive. The biggest plus is its proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, with plenty of dining options right downstairs so you don't have to walk far. However, the downsides are also obvious: it's an older property, the room lighting isn't very bright, and it's easy to get lost within the hotel.

The service was much better than the reviews suggested. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We even got a 57th-floor Sphere view room without tipping! Odd-numbered rooms offer great views but not of the pool. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious. The front desk also provided complimentary water and toiletries like toothbrushes. We even received chocolates upon check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, my only minor concern is that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. Everything else was satisfactory, the hotel is very new, and the service was excellent!

We were given a room with good view of the Stripe. even the fountain display at Bellagio Hotel. The room is very spacious and quiet with a pantry. Utensils need to be requested for usage. Bottles of water could be collected from the reception. A free tram runs from Vdara/Cosmopolitan to Park MGM. With the absence of in-house ******, the hotel is chaos- free and peaceful though ******* can easily be accessed through the connected walk ways/tunnels to nearby hotels.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

I was with my family stayed there  Asked for baby crib for our room suite  They brought it next day  And air condition was not working right  I asked to switch room  They told take everything out from room and come back and talk to them  I told the gentleman right now I somewhere to be I will come back and speak to front desk after  Behind they ended up changed my room with out my permission  And also I had a appointment to be somewhere  Since my garage parking was paid  It would not let me know out of parking so I ended misssing appointment  I call for customer service since I have baby who eats baby food  Bed sheet got dirty  I call at 2 pm and requested house keep 10 hrs I came back to room and room still had dirty bad sheet and it was 12.30am  My kids were sleepy  And call front desk like 3 times after and they kept telling me we request it already n I have to wait  Till some1 shows  And argue with and tell my kids are sleepy and it’s late  Over all bad experience at ceaser place

Checking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear.

The facilities are quite old, but the room itself seems to have been renovated and was decent. However, the hairdryer was terrible. The most unacceptable thing was that for the last two nights of my three-night stay, the room wasn't even given a basic clean. I wonder if it's because I didn't leave a tip? But shouldn't basic cleaning service be standard? Also, the lobby for check-in, the breakfast restaurant, and the room elevator area are all quite spread out and far from each other.

The hotel is spacious, and full of character. The rooms are also very large, making it an excellent choice. One of the biggest advantages is that you can walk directly from the hotel to Sphere through the indoor walkway（bridge） in the evening. Since Las Vegas gets extremely hot, being able to avoid the outdoor heat is a huge plus. Charging an electric vehicle in the P1 parking garage is very convenient. Other than the hotel restaurants, which weren’t really to my taste, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Overall, it’s a very thoughtfully designed and guest-friendly hotel.

The room was very spacious for one person, and the view outside was stunning. However, the amenities were quite limited. You had to pay extra for many things, even a kettle to make tea, which cost over $12. Because of this, I would say the hotel is more suitable for a short one-night stay. The check-in and check-out lines were also quite long, with a wait of about 10–20 minutes.

The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.
