PPafuzhengguangzuThe room is spacious and clean, with two refrigerators – one for paid items and another empty one for your own drinks. There's a 24-hour Walgreens nearby. You can access the Sphere directly from inside the hotel. The Szechuan beef noodles at Asia Noodle are very authentic. The 4th-floor pool is large, and there's also a pool garden on the 10th floor, where the evening lights illuminating the sculptures create a very European vibe. Soaking in the jacuzzi with the night breeze blowing is incredibly relaxing. If you're taking an Antelope Canyon day tour, the tour operator will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with my first stay at this hotel. However, when I checked in again three days later, even though the front desk staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a larger room with a view of the Sphere, the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The trash can was full, and there were leftover bottles and cans on the mini-bar. I was in a hurry to catch a show, so I called them to clean it up. To my surprise, when I returned after the show, some trash was still there – they had only taken one of the empty cans! I had to go down to the front desk and call repeatedly, and finally, around 1 AM, they came to clean it thoroughly. To top it off, it was Independence Day, and someone on my floor was smoking ****, and the smell was incredibly strong!!!

TTravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.  Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride. Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

GGuest UserOur families stay at Caesars palace was awesome. We were not happy at first with the room provided and the front desk changed that immediately without issue.  Me and my wife were renewing our vows after 30 year's and the hotel manager Jordyn Boothe who I would like to mention personally provided us with a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter and made our stay at the hotel even more enjoyable.  The room we booked had a fountain view which was incredible with a view of the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio fountain  . The reception,  baggage and pool staff were very helpful and polite and all in all it was a great experience. Only downside was there are no umbrellas at the po unless you pay for them  we would stay there again no problem.  Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

GGuest UserChecking in took a long time due to long queues. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. Although check-out can be done via mobile, I imagine it would be difficult for older guests. I was in a rush to catch my flight and asked the information desk for help, but the person couldn't understand English and seemed even more impatient than I was. Frustrated, I resorted to ChatGPT and learned that in the US, you can often do an online check-out without needing a physical card. It would be perfect if they had a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The room's elevator is quite far from the front desk, and you have to take an elevator marked 'SPA' to get there. It's best to ask a staff member for directions, as the signage isn't very clear.

AAnonymous UserThis is an incredibly luxurious hotel, completely immersed in opulence. You can hear dynamic music everywhere, subtly encouraging you to spend. You can eat, drink, and play inside without ever needing to leave. The Awaking show is absolutely brilliant. I've seen many live shows at attractions in China before, but after watching Awaking, I felt like all those domestic shows paled in comparison and have a lot of room for improvement.

GGuest UserThe hotel is huge and luxurious, my local friends said it's a super five-star. The first floor has a large **. The room is spacious, with complete amenities, and you can see the 'Big Ball' from the hotel. The sink was leaking a bit when we checked in, but the staff quickly came and fixed it, which completely exceeded my expectations.

SSimon892The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

LLynnlinJThe Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the *******. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the *****. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.
