GGuest UserMy partner really enjoyed this hotel. He slept for over 12 hours.. haha that explains the whole story. The swimming pool was really nice too so we had fun in the morning. Also they give you water bottle. Nice hotel to stay over if you are visiting around.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended.

The Four Seasons service is online, so there is no need to worry. The lobby is on the 60th floor, with a panoramic view of the city, and the rooms are below.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel we have stayed in this 15-day trip. This grade is very good. The waiter at the front desk is also the most enthusiastic front desk I have ever encountered on this trip, because the laundry front desk helped me arrange it on the second floor because the laundry room was on the second floor. It made us more convenient. Finally, she could ask me how much load I needed to wash. She brought me washing powder. I didn't understand the English of laundry detergent. I didn't know what she said. She went directly to pick up a box of laundry detergent. I understood it instantly. Her enthusiasm is really unforgettable. There is her handwritten name on the room card. I want to remember her name, but I don't understand 🤣 I recommend this hotel and it makes me have a very good impression of Pittsburgh. I think I will come to this hotel in the future.
