4-Star Hotels in Vasterbotten, Sweden

Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!

Beautiful historic building with a newly built building behind it. In the centre, 10 minutes walk from the station. Fully nice people at the reception. Prima breakfast and included a small buffet s evening. Very handy and delicious. The whole day by coffee and tea and waffles between 15 and 17 hours. It's called the Home Hotel and you feel like that!

Great and clean hotel. Has sauna and pool. Everything is self sevice. Hotel located not in a city center (3 km away). There is a super market nearby, as well a big green park. Walkable distance (1 km) is an old wooden bridge. Breakfast was tasty.

This was my first time staying here, and it was a great experience, so I would definitely recommend it to others. The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no noise at all.

Location by the river and proximity to city was great. Staff was super friendly and attentive. One of the best hotel breakfasts I had in a long time! Room is stylish and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. There are many bars, and the girls serving in them are blond and blue-eyed. Polite.

Lovely place to stay. We were there in February. -22⁰C outside, cosy inside. Clean room with large window. Breakfast buffet was excellent

A pretty good basic hotel. The bed was comfortable. There was an issue with the motorcycle parking, which the staff couldn't resolve. I missed having a kettle and cups.

Good hotels, love the theme, history and staff, especially the guy named Johan. The place was in the centre, so comfortable and comfortable it was.  The breakfast was all right, everything was great but there was no bacon and cooked eggs, something that is usually available at hotel breakfast... but otherwise it was great!!  If I go to Umeå again, I will certainly book this hotel!!
