We spent a relaxing day and a very good night. The equipment was complete and very satisfactory: painting, shoes, towel. Breakfast was of good quality.
Hotel is in a great location in Montreux. A short walk from the train station and right on lake Geneva. Rooms were clean and very good. Amenities throughout the hotel, also very good. Nice touches with random boxes of sweets, next to the complimentary coffee machine in the foyer. Sweets always make people smile, no matter how old you are. I noticed the staff on the reception desk managing some very obnoxious and basically rude customers. So hats off to them as they remained very polite. My only grip about my visit was that our room was on the lowest level. I paid for a lake view believing I'd get a view of the lake as far as my eyes could see (as in the hotels online pictures). I don't think I can really complain, as I could see the lake between the various trees and shrubs, but not as I was expecting. Is that a lake view?
Hotel Eden Palace is a beautiful hotel with proper feel of being in Palace. The location is very nice right in front of Lake and very near to Montreux Station. The location is such that you will have best view. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very satisfied stay! The location of the hotel is great, just on the edge of Lake Geneva, from the room you can see the port by the lake, there are many yachts and sailing boats. When the weather is good, you can also see Mont Blanc opposite the lake, which is also the highest peak in Europe. The name of the hotel Mont Blanc also came from this. Breakfast is simple, but very delicate and very good. There is a music festival in Morges town and it has a sense of atmosphere. The restaurant on the first floor is highly recommended, especially a filet de perche made by the fish in Lake Geneva, very distinctive and very delicious! The traffic is also very convenient, Morges train station is walking distance, 701 can go directly to epfl. Will stay next time.
It's near the train station, just up a hill. The room is not big but it's enough. There are many places to eat nearby, including Chinese restaurants and McDonald's. The prices in Switzerland are really high. There are really few people in Lausanne at night. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the lively bars nearby. The price of less than 1000 is very worthwhile.
I loved the modern feel of the hotel. Basic but functional. The 4/5 is because the pillows were too soft for my liking. Breakfast could be a little better for the price they charged. Location is very good as close to metro. Views from restaurant amazing. Would go again.
An excellent hotel with a fantastic location! Most importantly, the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, always resolving issues promptly. A special shoutout to Bilaly at the reception – he is such a kind and welcoming person. His attentive care left a deep impression on us. ☺️☺️☺️
Very nice, good location, right in the heart of the city, big rooms and full facilities. Most importantly, there are slippers, there are slippers, there are slippers! !! Throughout the trip, there were 11 hotels in the three countries, and they had slippers lol, which is very important. It's close to the train station. We left the train 10 minutes before leaving. We went out, checked out, dragged our luggage to the platform, and waited 5 minutes for the train to arrive. Anyway, highly recommended

CCatherine CHugging the vineyards, facing the beautiful lake view, sitting on the balcony and watching the train passing by, it is a unique experience; the room is clean and bright, the breakfast is average, but considering the price, I am very satisfied!
GGuest UserAs soon as I arrived at the hotel, I saw the shelf of the building project outside the building. I was very afraid of the engineering noise during the stay. Fortunately, the construction period did not bring us any impact. It was repairing the roof hotel and Trip.com that gave us a very quiet room on the floor. Service and facilities are very good, everything is just right, it is a hotel that makes people feel relaxed.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.
PPcomI stayed for three nights, and overall it was good. The location is right next to EPFL, walking past is the Rolex learning center. In addition, there is bus 701 directly to Morges at the door, and bus 1 directly to Lausanne, Gare. The gym is on the ground floor of the third building. It is a bit difficult to find without any instructions, but if the weather is good, running along the lake is actually the best! The scenery is so beautiful! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is still good. There is a daily set menu Plat du Jour, which is still very professional. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. Overall, it is still very good. The attitude of the check out at the front desk is relatively indifferent, so I lost some points, but everything else is pretty good.
GGuest UserHotel room was the smallest during my entire trip in Europe, toilet was cramped with not much areas to put/hang your shower amenities. The shower area was like a pod which was extremely tight even for asians like me. Could barely raise both arms together without hitting the glass when trying to wash hair. The shower head angle was also terrible as it's pointed at the gap of the shower pod glass (which doesn't close entirely) and kept flowing outside of the pod because it was THAT small.
Booked it for the convenient location but don't expect much from the room size. The shower experience was extremely unpleasant for me and looked nothing like the photos.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at the thermal center. It is thus far away of every big city especially by public transport as I have to take the infrequent bus. Room I was disappointed for an expensive hotel it was very small. There is no more place in the fridge because of all what they want to sell to drink or eat. The thermal center is good, the food is good and the hotel interior is beautiful. Overall it is overpriced even at the lowest price I think it wasn't worth it and I am a big fan of thermal station. The price fluctuate a lot try to get it on the cheap.
