+ Not far from the beach (-but mostly this time can not swim in it ) + Have nice swimming pool + Can say cheap - In my room broken drain in the bathtub and I had to change the room, which is not convenient - Workers don’t speak English. And this is strange for this hotel with many foreigners

Stayed at the family suite for 3 adults. The room was very new, moden, clean, neat, and very spacious. The views from the room were marvellous. The Guest Relationship Officer Miss Tan Wen Xian was very friendly and even gave us a packet of goodies bag which contained yummy Hainan Island tidbits. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient and near a mall. The mall has shops and restaurants. Directly opposite the Hotel is Terminal 1, which has a Hong Kong cafe. The food at the cafe was very good. Highly recommend to stay here.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

This time I accompanied my mother to Nanshan Temple to pray for blessings. After returning, I still chose to stay in this hotel. It satisfied me as always, and I must give it a five-star praise! As soon as I entered the room, I could feel the spotless environment, the bed was clean, and there was no peculiar smell in the bathroom. The details were carefully considered. It is located near Qilou Old Street. The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor of Wanguo Metropolis. It has a simple decoration style. , unique and unique, the hotel is located in the city center, with an excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. Miss Qingjiu at the front desk has been following up on my service from the time she answered my call to the time I checked in. She carefully inquired about my housing needs and was very enthusiastic about arranging an upgrade to a comfortable room for me. Xindi turned on the air freshener in advance before I checked in and served fresh fruits. It was so nice and very comfortable. It made us feel full of surprises and joy after we were tired from the journey. Manager Wan Xin who handled the check-in patiently introduced the hotel's dining times and locations, nearby restaurants, and various check-in precautions, and helped deliver the luggage to the elevator. A small problem arose after checking into the room. Although Ms. Qingjiu was off work, she still responded to the message in seconds and helped to communicate and solve it immediately. Manager Wan Xin said, ”We are very happy to help you change rooms. A good sleep is more important than anything else.” He also thoughtfully provided eye masks and earplugs. His warm words like a spring breeze instantly relieved our worries and made us travel. Feeling more friendly and warm. Sincere smiles and considerate services make every stay at Atour a wonderful memory. I will choose Atour again in the future!

Newly opened hotel in a good location, many restaurants within walking distance The suite room 2001 was large and clean, special thanks to the housekeeping lady she provides excellent service during my stay. Great service 👍

Perfect hotel, good location and easy to find. The hotel staff are very friendly, plus a few of them can speak English, which made things a bit easier for a laowai like us. We love our room as it gave us a full glimpse of the beautiful sea just about 300m away. In addition, the booking comes with breakfast for two, and the restaurant have got varieties of food items on offer; different Chinese and Western cuisines. We will sure book the hotel the next time we need to book a hotel in Haikou. Thank you, Hampton, for your hospitality, see you again another time.

The facade and the hotel structure were less pleasing and I was worried when I arrived. There was no proper drop-off area. The moment you step in, you don't feel the typical hotel because it's a museum kind. The reception was at the back and the whole place looked put off. I entered the room and the aircon conditioning was very poor and the room was hot (I stayed from 29 Apr to 1 May and the outdoor weather was hot!). Honestly, I felt uncomfortable but after the initial impression set in, I began to feel the charm of the hotel. The hotel painstakingly put up ornaments and the history's of Nanyang. It wasn't like a typical commercial hotel. The room was spacious with no lack of amenities. Bed and pillows were good for sleep. They provided laundry detergent and free laundry and drying service. Breakfast was bad (please skip). The location was superb!!! In the heart of Qilou Old Street, walking distance to Clock Tower (less than 10 mins) and Century Bridge (45mins by walk and 10mins by car). Excellent foot massage (郑远元） within walking distance (less than 8mins).

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Second time staying in this hotel and enjoying. Really good price/value. Hotel is in a central area and nice to relax alone or in couple.

Convenient location for those who doesn't plan to go to the city center. Just across the street from the sea, 10-15 minute's ride to the airport, within a walking distance from regular (not touristic) Chinese eateries. Rooms are cosy and cleaned every day if necessary. Great pool and pool view! Front desk employees don't speak languages other than Chinese, but can find a way out with the help of a translation app. Mind that some free services mentioned in the offer are only available for Chinese citizens, no matter whether a foreigner speaks Chinese or not. That's a bit disappointing, everything else is fine.

It was really nice to check in. You could smell the fragrance when you entered the hotel lobby. The room was clean and hygienic. The staff was friendly. It was a little far from the beach and Yalong Bay Food Street. The hotel had a shuttle bus to the beach. If you didn't return on time, the driver would call to confirm. It was very responsible. It was very close to the Forest Park, about a ten-minute walk away.

In comparison to my 3 weeks of hotel stay in 7 cities in China, this hotel has to be the most disappointing experience. Breakfast was poor. There’s a sign for coffee but nothing offered across the 3 nights we stayed there. No bacon or fried eggs nor western bakeries. However, there’s limited congee , noddles, cooked veggies & white bread with only one strawberry jam offered . We’re there at 750 am but was told some items was already out of stock. Limited napkins provided in dining area. Room was smelly of tropical dampness, but air conditioning helps. $300 deposit was required for room damage precautions. My friend has an argument over tainted bedsheet caused by previous patrons but has to prove it. So check your bedroom before committing. Location was fairly good, with walking distance to the beach and side street offered various food services and massages. Second level inaccessible by elevator but no one tells us until much later. Russian tourists loved this area & the abundance of Russian posters & welcoming signs told the story.

An absolutely wonderful hotel. It was the greatest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t wait to stay again. It’s so wonderful. You have no idea. I wanna go go go it’s so good.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

Because of the consumption voucher activity in Qionghai City, I booked a family suite in this hotel. The two living rooms and two bathrooms are very suitable for traveling with parents. The room is newly decorated. Although the floor is not high and the view is average, it is quiet and comfortable. This is the first hotel I have encountered that has Ulysses, which is very interesting. A coffee voucher is given when you check in. There is a coffee shop on the first floor, which is very good. This brand has a good impression. There are rice cakes and sweet porridge on the first floor at night. It's a pity that there is no gym

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!

The front desk clerk was a boy named Ah Wei. He also received us warmly. The hotel upgraded me to a parent-child room. The hotel has two swimming pools. My son likes the one on the first floor. He can go and play in the water twice a day. The two lifeguards are very good. They are very serious about their work. They also introduce local specialties and food enthusiastically. They also guide the children to master swimming skills more easily. At the same time, they care about the guests because they are by the swimming pool.
