Guest UserThe room was spacious with a separate shower and toilet. Although it's not far from Qilou Old Street, it was a bit inconvenient due to the occasional rain and traveling with a child. Haikou People's Park is right downstairs. After finishing 'laoba cha' (a local tea), we went into the park to stroll around and were surprised to see so many locals exercising and relaxing there; it was really lively.

YouyouyouyouThis hotel is one of the few with hot springs in the city center. It's an older property, which is why it has the hot springs, so some facilities are a bit dated, but it's very well-managed. The air conditioning was on in the room constantly, so there was no musty smell.
The bedding was good and clean. The mattress was comfortable, just the right firmness.
I have to commend the front desk staff during check-in. They lent me an umbrella even before I had completed my booking, which really touched me with their trust. During check-out, a young lady told me to buy my airport shuttle ticket from a machine (later, an older staff member saw my booking and gave me a shuttle ticket). It seems their training could be improved in this area.

JK Muller**Raving Review of MOS Hotel Haikou**
From the moment I set foot in MOS Hotel Haikou, I knew I was in for a unique experience. The atmosphere is simply enchanting, with a sense of tranquility that envelops you right from the lobby. The clever architectural design showcases bespoke touches that only a true connoisseur of hospitality would appreciate. I found myself drawn to the Garden Restaurant, where I could unwind with a cup of coffee amidst lush greenery, soaking in the inspiration of my surroundings.
The hotel is situated on Hainan, the southernmost tropical island in China, offering a delightful fusion of nature and culture. The fragrant air carries hints of the island’s unique aroma, creating a refreshing ambiance that enhances your stay. Guest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering fruits, bread, hot dishes, and even freshly cooked items. The room also came with complimentary drinks, and you could pick up free coffee at the front desk. They even provided late-night snacks! But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were not only beautiful but also had lovely voices, making every interaction a pleasure.

BriandebeiMy friends and I stayed for five days, and it exceeded our expectations overall! The cleaning was incredibly thorough, every corner was spotless. The villa's environment was serene, with a stunning mountain view, and the private hot tub was perfect for photos. The three bedrooms and one living room offered ample space, and it was fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, making it convenient for both travel and daily living. The butler was very responsive, and the service was warm and attentive. It's excellent value for money, highly recommended for groups traveling together!

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.
Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰
The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊
Swimming pool was empty.
Good comfortable beds.
Down duvets.
Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through...
From the premises you go directly onto the beach!
Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea...
If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️
Thete are charging facilities for electric cars...

Guest UserChillax Beach and Sea View was convenient, with the beach, pool and eatery streets just downstairs. There was daily housekeeping and amenities too, along with airport pickup and a washing machine and dryer. The rooftop photography was beautiful, need to top up to buy the edited photos, but three complimentary edited ones are provided. Thanks also for arranging the birthday cake and flowers for my partner upon request. There was a steam iron in the room, which was handy for a long stay. Overall, it was a good stay with free daily afternoon tea and 24-hour service replies. It could be better if housekeeping remembered to put out all the necessary amenities and shoe cloths daily. Thank you.

Guest UserFacilities: The hotel itself is quite new, but it's located in an older building with a rather abstract, flame-red exterior. Parking isn't very convenient, and the charging stations are slow chargers. The location is decent; you can explore the Qilou Old Street and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening. Service: It was okay, just a little slow with check-in. Breakfast was pretty good and quite substantial.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, but there was an unfamiliar grassy smell, I'm not sure what it was. I waited downstairs to check in, and a staff member from the self-service counter proactively helped me with the check-in process. There's an outlet mall right downstairs, which was super convenient for shopping. You could also try Qingbuliang and coconut chicken if you have time.

Guest UserCame to Haikou for a trip and found this hotel. The location is absolutely superb! It's within easy reach of Qilou Old Street, Yun Dong Library, Riyue Plaza Duty-Free Store, and Haikou Park. Plus, there's a large supermarket right opposite the hotel, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient.
The room was clean and tidy, the AC cooled down very quickly, and the environment was pleasant. The hotel even has robots that deliver items, which is really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
My experience in Haikou this time was excellent, definitely recommended!
