This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful lake. It's also very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just an 800-meter walk away. There are many other hotels along the way, but this one definitely has the best exterior. A big plus is that the breakfast dishes changed every morning during our stay! They offer local specialties like Hu La Tang and chicken noodle soup, and the chicken noodle soup was particularly delicious. This was my first time staying in an Atour hotel that's part of a villa complex with such distinctive architecture, and it really brightened my mood every time I entered and left. There were plenty of staff at the front desk, and they were all very warm and accommodating with any reasonable requests, speaking very gently. Even the housekeeping aunties would greet us proactively. This has been my best Atour experience yet, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

The hotel is close to the subway station, and across the street is a snack street. The service is great, there are free drinks on the first floor, and it's clean with a nice environment. It's an excellent hotel for its price range. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it was very satisfying, even better than some more expensive hotels. They even gave me a fridge magnet when I checked out.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

The room has a Chinese-inspired design and is very clean and tidy. Although it's close to the road, the soundproofing is excellent. It's super close to the subway entrance, which is incredibly convenient. All the staff members are really nice, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Overall, it's great value for money.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

A truly wonderful stay! The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, even including small abalones! Both the Chinese and Western dishes were delicious. The late-night snack was also a comforting touch. All the staff were friendly and proactive. **Facilities:** New and comprehensive, with a 'three-separation' bathroom (wet/dry separation for shower, toilet, and sink), which was very convenient to use. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Ambiance:** The decor was fresh, elegant, and tasteful. **Service:** Attentive and meticulous, with prompt responses. **High-Speed Rail Station Pick-up/Drop-off Service (requires booking at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability for the same time slot):** The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The driver was very professional and courteous, the car was in great condition, and we arrived on time.

The hotel is newly renovated and luxurious. The service was warm. The front desk lady led me to the elevator, and also carefully introduced the breakfast location time, self-service laundry, gym, etc. The room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The mattress is a silk mattress. In addition, there is also a recent hot pillow in Huazhu, which is very comfortable. The bathrobes in the room are also very soft and comfortable, and there is a special mini bar drink coffee tea. Who can refuse the delicious chocolate-flavored oat milk, intimate 0-degree coke, don't worry about long meat. The breakfast is rich, the special coffeeDIY area is matched with a lot of the hottest coconut water, coconut milk, grape bubble coffee, etc., and there is a homemade yogurt bowl, DIY chabata sandwich is rich in nutrition and health, so I can't stop. What surprised me most was that there was afternoon tea, which could replenish energy in time. I like the special souvenirs when I check out, and there is also a high-speed rail pick-up service! I will recommend it to other friends and business colleagues, and I will come to the first Mercure in Zhengzhou next time.

The room was great, I really liked it. Facilities: Very new, spacious room, and fully equipped with smart amenities. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: The cats are adorable, and there's a swing too. Service: The front desk helped carry my luggage to the room, which was very thoughtful.

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!
