Pros: 1. Hotel staff Xiao Chen (小陈) was exceptionally helpful, polite, patient, and attentive to our family’s requests. Thanks to her warm service, our stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. 2. The hotel provides free self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines, detergent, and dryers — very convenient for families. 3. The hotel has a charming rustic design and is beautifully renovated while preserving its character. Cons: 1. The hotel does not have a lift. If you have large or heavy luggage, it’s best to request a ground-floor room. 2. The room heater was not effective enough during early winter in December. It did not warm up sufficiently, which may be uncomfortable for guests from warmer climates, especially families from hot countries like ours.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are really good. Very new Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable. Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is very good. Great.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

This was a spontaneous trip, and I only booked the hotel and high-speed rail a day or two before departing. To my surprise, the stay exceeded all expectations. Tucked away in an alley, this guesthouse revealed a whole new world once you stepped inside – much larger than I imagined! I booked the private balcony room, and they even had a 'stove tea' setup. I thought it would be one large room with three connected king beds, but it turned out to be one room with two beds and another with one, offering both convenience and privacy for a large family. From check-in to room service and breakfast, the three ladies provided incredibly thoughtful and prompt service. The location is also very convenient, with the guesthouse having its own private parking and electric scooter rentals available. It's within walking distance to Shizi Street, Lijing Gate, and Luoyi Ancient City. The guesthouse staff also offered a range of travel tips and recommendations.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Facilities: A very new hotel! The hotel smells lovely, and the self-parking is super convenient, plus they offer car wash services. Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Elegant. Service: Great! Even after we checked out, they held our package for shipping. They also offer free roasted sweet potatoes! They are very willing to help. When we arrived, they even upgraded our room for free to a much better category than what we originally booked – absolutely fantastic!

The Hilton Garden Inn Zhengzhou East Station is very close to the East High-Speed Railway Station, and there's also the Qili River nearby. The front desk lady was super friendly and even helped me get a free room upgrade. They also gave me welcome fruit when I checked in. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was excellent, and the breakfast selection was pretty good too.

This time I stayed in this hotel and it was really pleasant~ The room is comfortable and warm, with good sound insulation. The staff is enthusiastic and has an excellent service attitude. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy and very suitable for business trips. There is a washing machine here, which is really good news for business travelers. The room is consistent with the picture, I like the decoration style, various facilities are beautifully arranged, the room is clean, and I feel at ease staying there. There is a convenience store just outside the hotel. I will choose this hotel again next time. The room is actually better than the photo, the layout is very reasonable, the facilities are very new, it is clean and hygienic, the staff is reliable, I will come back to stay a second time if I have the chance!

We arrived at the Longmen Grottoes a little after 5:00 AM that day. We added a friend on WeChat in advance, and he picked us up in the underground parking lot. Water and drinks were readily available in the lobby. Upon check-in, they were very considerate, giving us a small gift bag, even nail clippers. The service was incredibly detailed. After checking in, we went on a round-trip tour of the scenic area, which took about two hours. The walk was a bit tiring, so we ate at a food stall across from the hotel. The room had a bathtub, which we used for our child's bath. The bedding was excellent, and there was also a laundry service. This is definitely a top choice for a stay at the Longmen Grottoes. I highly recommend it.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Hebi High-speed Railway Station is currently very cost-effective. The environment is definitely excellent and the front desk service is well-trained. The breakfast is much more tasteful than other chain hotels with four diamonds (four stars). Dinner can also be had on the 22nd floor of the hotel and the taste is online.
