The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, right after you turn the corner from a snack street. The surrounding area is bustling and great for exploring. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered a welcome drink, and check-in was quick. It rained almost every day during my 4-day stay in Wuhan, so I ordered a lot of takeout. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The cleaning staff were excellent; they even reminded us about the self-service laundry on the 15th floor. They also left us notes, snacks, and yogurt. There's complimentary water next to the elevator on every floor, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby also has a library and a 'recharge station' with free coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks. I was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Facilities: There's a library and a laundry room. The front desk on the 56th floor offers expansive views, which is super convenient. Cleanliness: The bedding and toiletries were very clean. Ambiance: The location is excellent, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6. However, it might take a bit of searching or asking to find it. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views, half city and half river. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room. The robot food delivery was also very quick, and requests were responded to promptly. This is a hidden gem of a hotel, one I'd love to revisit. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, with popular restaurants nearby, not just one.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the room's AC and hot water! The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, works incredibly well and is so quiet it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The heating is so good that I can comfortably wear just thin pajamas in the room. As for the hot water, it's instant and comes at a perfect temperature that's not scalding, with excellent water pressure. Taking a hot shower was incredibly relaxing – truly made for a very comfortable stay!

Service: The service was excellent. On the day of my arrival, it was past midnight and pouring rain. I called the hotel, and they sent someone downstairs with an umbrella. I also requested earplugs due to noise issues, and the front desk manager was very helpful. Environment: The soundproofing is terrible; I could hear people coughing, showering, and flushing toilets in the next room even in the middle of the night. The curtains also don't block out light effectively. Food delivery is dropped off at B1, and you need to contact the front desk to retrieve it. To get to the hotel, you have to take an elevator to the 41st-floor lobby to transfer. However, without a key card, you can't enter the ground floor of the building, and property management will verify before opening the door, which was an unnecessary hassle and quite inconvenient. Facilities: The windows in the room couldn't be fully opened, likely for safety reasons, but this resulted in poor ventilation. There's no late-night congee, but the view is truly excellent.

Convenient location, near to metro with many eateries nearby. Hotel room is clean and the staff is very friendly helpful. The front counter staff Dan Dan is also very helpful and kind and lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. The cleaning lady was also helpful and make sure our amenities are replenished daily. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Wuhan. 地点不错，靠近地铁站，出行分配。房间也很干净。服务员都很友善，特别是前台服务员丹丹，帮了我们很多忙。下雨天也帮我找了把雨伞用。保洁阿姨也很用心。推荐。

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

This stay experience was great! The room is spacious and bright, with warm and elegant decoration. The bedding is soft and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The hotel service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and convenient. When checking out, they asked me carefully about my stay, which made me feel caring. The surrounding transportation is convenient and close to many attractions and food streets. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel!

On a business trip to Wuhan, I blindly chose this Yizhi Hotel. As soon as I walked in, the front desk lady (Yang Yan) greeted me warmly and proactively. Her smile was incredibly infectious, instantly sweeping away the fatigue from my journey. Check-in was super fast, and she even offered local sightseeing recommendations. Throughout my stay, any needs or questions I had were promptly addressed and resolved; the attention to detail was exceptional. The lobby has a self-service tea and coffee bar, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were great. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! This kind of professional yet warm service, along with the thoughtful and detailed amenities for guests, truly made my business trip feel so much more enjoyable. I definitely have to give a big shout-out to the lady and the hotel! Next time I'm in Wuhan, Yizhi will be my go-to. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!

I arrived around midnight, so I decided to stay one night before heading into the city. Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.
