While other hotels practically beg for good reviews, this is one place I genuinely want to praise! First off, the front desk service was incredibly welcoming, handling everything quickly and professionally. On the ground floor, they have snacks and a water dispenser, offering fresh fruit tea and freshly ground coffee from a machine, and the snacks were delicious too! The room was very clean, and the bathroom fixtures were all from good brands. Because I had my baby with me, I went to the restaurant for breakfast to get some milk, and the staff were so helpful, even warming it up for me. I'm truly grateful for their service! Staying at this hotel was an absolute steal!

This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Jianghan Road Station, which serves both Metro Line 2 and Line 6. Plus, there are numerous bus routes right outside the door, and it's practically on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. Many attractions like Bagongfangzi, Huanglipibo Road, and the Customs Clock Tower are nearby, and you're surrounded by shopping and dining options – super handy! The room was spotless. My daughter booked a spacious river-view double room for me, and when we later switched to a city-view room next door, it was just as lovely. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help. When I couldn't figure out the TV remote during check-in, someone came to assist immediately. And on the third night when we moved rooms, a staff member helped me move my belongings, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room amenities were new, and the shower had plenty of hot water, making for a very comfortable wash. They also have a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for controlling the TV and curtains, and robot delivery services. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was pleasant. They even offer free porridge at 9:30 PM. Overall, my experience at Atour Hotel was excellent! Highly recommend!

I travel for work constantly and stay in hotels all the time, and it's been about half a year since I've encountered service this good. It was excellent and very thoughtful. The room was also clean, and breakfast was prepared with care; it didn't feel like typical hotel food, more like something home-cooked.

The hotel is conveniently located and quite new, as it hasn't been open for long. Situated on a higher floor, it offers good city views from the window. The in-room amenities are quite comprehensive, featuring smart voice control and a smart toilet. A minor detail to note: the hairdryer should really be upgraded to a Dyson or equivalent; hotels of this caliber have already made such upgrades. The breakfast area has a nice ambiance, and while the variety is decent, more options would be welcome. The hotel shares a building with the US Consulate, so you'll need to show your ID to enter the building when returning at night.

The room was quite spacious, comfortable, and clean, but the bathroom door directly faced the bed and there was no door at all, which is a poor design choice. Usually, the door faces the entrance hallway. There aren't many parking spaces downstairs, so if you arrive late, it's hard to find a spot. Overall, it's still decent, and breakfast was quite rich.

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

This stay experience was great! The room is spacious and bright, with warm and elegant decoration. The bedding is soft and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The hotel service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the check-in and check-out procedures are efficient and convenient. When checking out, they asked me carefully about my stay, which made me feel caring. The surrounding transportation is convenient and close to many attractions and food streets. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The front desk staff were very gentle and patient, guiding us through the check-in process efficiently. The room was meticulously clean, even the corners were spotless, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, and the service details are thoughtful; they patiently assisted us with luggage storage and answered all our questions. The atmosphere is warm and home-like, and the value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely prioritize booking this hotel again when I'm back in the area.

Due to work, I've stayed in many hotels, from regular business ones like Jinjiang Inn to five-star establishments like Hilton. Even so, the service at Lii芮 still pleasantly surprised me. 1. They proactively called before arrival to provide directions and parking information. 2. Upon seeing guests, the front desk staff would actively approach, invite them to relax in the lounge area, and handle the check-in process. 3. They offered welcome hour treats with local characteristics. 4. The eggs were boiled in water, making them very easy to peel. 5. The toiletries also had some fun little texts. These are all small touches, but they made me feel very warm and welcome. Of course, comfortable bedding, new room amenities, and proximity to Jianghan Road are all standard features. Initially, I didn't plan on leaving a review and didn't even take photos. But the overall hotel experience was genuinely excellent, so I decided to snap a couple of pictures during check-out.

The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making it super convenient for travelers catching early flights – you can just walk right over. The breakfast is generous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback is that you have to go into the airport to eat, although the hotel does have its own restaurant. The mattresses are comfortable, it's quiet, and there's a pool if you fancy a swim.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

CChet and SunnyHotel was located very close to Metro and shopping street. Comfortable, clean, and quiet room with partial river view; only complaint was the window needed cleaning to give full marks for our stay. Breakfast was also very good with pleasant seating atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for a very good value if you're touring Wuhan!

Future City is right downstairs, with a Yonghui Supermarket and subway access, making it convenient to get anywhere.

LLove_maimaiThe century-old villa hotel has a charming decor, and the rooms are clean and hygienic with no unpleasant odors in the bathrooms. All the staff at the hotel are very polite and friendly. Xiao Shang provided exceptional service, proactively helping us with our luggage, making coffee for us, and offering water when we went out. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights; all my friends agreed that this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.
