The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, right after you turn the corner from a snack street. The surrounding area is bustling and great for exploring. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered a welcome drink, and check-in was quick. It rained almost every day during my 4-day stay in Wuhan, so I ordered a lot of takeout. The robot delivery service was super convenient. The cleaning staff were excellent; they even reminded us about the self-service laundry on the 15th floor. They also left us notes, snacks, and yogurt. There's complimentary water next to the elevator on every floor, which was a thoughtful touch. The lobby also has a library and a 'recharge station' with free coffee, tea, pastries, and snacks. I was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. They called me in advance before check-in to advise on the best place for a taxi to stop, which was very thoughtful. Environment: Everything was very comfortable, and they even upgraded me to a premium king room for free. Cleanliness: The hygiene was relatively clean and tidy. My stay concluded perfectly, and the check-out experience was exceptionally pleasant. The room was meticulously cleaned without any overlooked spots, and the deep sleep mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully packed a portable breakfast for me as I was in a hurry to catch my next connection. The hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room, and the breakfast variety is extensive. The environment is quiet and elegant, truly showcasing Atour's humanistic attention to detail. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the room's AC and hot water! The air conditioning, both heating and cooling, works incredibly well and is so quiet it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The heating is so good that I can comfortably wear just thin pajamas in the room. As for the hot water, it's instant and comes at a perfect temperature that's not scalding, with excellent water pressure. Taking a hot shower was incredibly relaxing – truly made for a very comfortable stay!

The environment and hygiene are excellent, with relatively new facilities and spacious rooms overlooking the CBD. It's incredibly convenient for getting a US visa. Breakfast offers freshly made hot dry noodles and local stir-fries, with a good variety. The only minor inconvenience is that food delivery and packages can only be sent to the basement. While the rooms are on the 40th or 50th floor, you can call the front desk to have them picked up and delivered to your room, so the service is still quite good.

Convenient location, near to metro with many eateries nearby. Hotel room is clean and the staff is very friendly helpful. The front counter staff Dan Dan is also very helpful and kind and lent us an umbrella on a rainy day. The cleaning lady was also helpful and make sure our amenities are replenished daily. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Wuhan. 地点不错，靠近地铁站，出行分配。房间也很干净。服务员都很友善，特别是前台服务员丹丹，帮了我们很多忙。下雨天也帮我找了把雨伞用。保洁阿姨也很用心。推荐。

This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel has a good location. The hotel facilities are very good, with an intelligent control system. The front desk service is very good, and the check-in is fast. It is clean and tidy without any odor. The 25th floor is a sky-high restaurant. It is very pleasant to enjoy dinner while admiring the night view of the city. The hotel is right in the city center, opposite the Wushang Shopping Mall, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping.

On a business trip to Wuhan, I blindly chose this Yizhi Hotel. As soon as I walked in, the front desk lady (Yang Yan) greeted me warmly and proactively. Her smile was incredibly infectious, instantly sweeping away the fatigue from my journey. Check-in was super fast, and she even offered local sightseeing recommendations. Throughout my stay, any needs or questions I had were promptly addressed and resolved; the attention to detail was exceptional. The lobby has a self-service tea and coffee bar, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were great. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic! This kind of professional yet warm service, along with the thoughtful and detailed amenities for guests, truly made my business trip feel so much more enjoyable. I definitely have to give a big shout-out to the lady and the hotel! Next time I'm in Wuhan, Yizhi will be my go-to. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!

I arrived around midnight, so I decided to stay one night before heading into the city. Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.
