4-Star Hotels in Brandenburg, Germany

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.

We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!

The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

Fitness/sauna use costs 5 EUR/day. No weights beyond like 3kg; just 4 cardio machines (see photos). Good breakfast buffet. Clean functional room, though the safe locked itself and it took the technician 20 minutes to unlock it. Good shower pressure, water not too hot. A/C worked well, no bothersome noise. Window insulation cut all street traffic when shut. Comfortable bed & pillow. Quiet at night. Desk is 50cm deep, almost enough to work comfortably at a laptop on a kickstand with an external keyboard, and definitely enough without the peripherals. Received an Amazon package and my delayed luggage seamlessly. Kiosk-based checkin/out as well.

I have read a lot of comments now and cannot understand how to evaluate this hotel only approachingly with less than 4 stars ! The hotel is great ! Both the individual apartments in the outdoor houses (which we could easily exchange for a room in the house) and the entire facility, the hotel, just everything! Here she has given the owner so great effort and put a really great concept or a great facility on the legs ! The staff in the whole house is incredibly nice and premature ! Breakfast has everything you need and is constantly fresh and varied ! No matter whether wellness area , outdoor facilities or rooms, everything is clean and modern , you feel very well ! We travel a lot across the world and this hotel has a super price-performance ratio! Ps. At the size of the facility, it can once The fact that you have to wait a little while or the breakfast room is a little more full, to assess something like that as “bad” is not understandable for me! The hotel is conveniently close to the BER T1 entrance hall. We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min. Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing. Also the bathroom and shower were very clean. From the noise of the airplanes is very few to hear. We Also very clean was the spa/sauna area. It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00. Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall. Great stay for one night.

Das Best Western Plus hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles ist sehr großzügig und die Zimmer ausgesprochen groß und sehr ansprechend vom Design. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich mit einem Poolbereich und einem Saunabereich, in dem sich mehrere Saunen befinden. Stündliche Aufgüsse runden das Saunaerlebnis ab. Der Wellnessbereich kann von den Hotelgästen kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden, ist aber auch öffentlich zugänglich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nachdenken sollte das Hotelmanagement über die in Rechnung gestellten Parkkosten. Das empfanden wir als kleinlich, bei dem sonst so großzügigen Auftreten des Hotels.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious.
