The location is near airport terminal 5, and has a railway station is 5 mins walk. We understand that this is a budget hotel, but we have stayed in better hotels with similar locations and prices. The pillow was very flat. The duvet cover had some holes. Bed sides were chipped. Overall, the hotel needs maintenance. The room and bathroom were clean.

The location of this hotel is top, right near the entrance to the Airport BER. You walk to the departure in 5 minutes. The rooms are clean and convenient. Breakfast is good. If you arrive late at the airport as I did there was no more food available, but the bar was open until midnight.

Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

The hotel is not far away from the palace and the Sanssouci Park. The breakfast is sunstantial, the staff are helpful and kind. The meeting room lacates in the first floor and opposite tothe breakfast hall. The room is clean and quiet.

Great hotel, great facilities, great staff, no matter where you look. Always friendly, courteous and always keeping an eye on the customer. Sufficient parking available, which is not always the case. A hotel that has come to the years, a renovation would certainly be necessary here. Our room was quite OK, the bathroom noja and the floor cover dirty - for the price you can really expect something more The breakfast was good and you could order for 15 EURO at the reception. Very close to the center and very nicely located at the Havel. The hotel does not have a bar, but just in front of the door there is a beach bar and also a very great Italian. Concluded: If you make a few breaks and look over some things, the hotel is completely i.O. Very nice staff in every area.

Potsdam is very close to the train station, just across the bridge, the traffic is very convenient, the snow is beautiful every day, the breakfast is OK... the price is very high. The winter sunshine is very short, it is dark at 3 pm, and it is dark every day.

Hotel Maxx is very well located. You live very centrally and are very mobile thanks to the free use of buses and trams. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the thoroughness of the room cleaning. The bedspreads lay strangely in a heap. Wasn't ****** either. Then a small towel was taken away from us and the shower template was missing. The young men should be shown how the German standard of room cleaning is. Otherwise all employees were very friendly.
