Traveling with a child during the holidays, we chose this hotel. Even before checking in, we received a WeChat message from the concierge with a comprehensive mini-guide, which was really helpful. The hotel itself is excellent; it's very quiet, perfect for sleeping. They provide kids' toiletries, all in single-use packets, so you don't need to bring your own, and they're very safe. On the second floor, there were some fun activities for children over the past two days, like Yellow River-themed painting, which my child absolutely loved and found very engaging. The hotel breakfast is also great, featuring local specialties like 'Haozi noodles,' and it runs until 11 AM, so no need to rush in the morning. In the evenings, on the third floor, they offer complimentary fruit and congee. If I didn't feel like going out, I could just take my child there for some congee and fruit. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Yinchuan Marriott this time was very comfortable, and I must particularly commend the front desk staff, Geng Wei. She was warm and attentive throughout the check-in process, patient and meticulous, providing an excellent communication experience. The bellhop service was thoughtful and proactive, handling luggage promptly and securely. The entire service team was highly professional. The room layout was well-proportioned and comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean. Although some facilities weren't the newest, they were well-maintained and functioned smoothly. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very good rest experience. The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, combining Chinese and Western options, including local specialties, hot dishes, pastries, drinks, and fruits – all delicious. The hotel's location is convenient for travel and sightseeing, and the public areas are elegant and well-maintained. Overall, the attention to service details was exceptional, and the team was very dedicated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yinchuan. Highly recommended!

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended for anyone visiting Yinchuan, especially the convention centre. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, with large bathtubs. The service is brilliant, both from the front desk staff and the cleaners, who are all quick and efficient.

I booked this for my family, and they were extremely satisfied. When I made the reservation, only twin rooms were available, so I booked two. I contacted the hotel beforehand and asked if it would be possible to get one king room and one twin room if a king was available, or if not, to put a safety rail on one of the twin beds since there was a child with us. To our surprise, when the hotel staff assigned the rooms, they not only gave us a king room but also upgraded us to a suite and arranged for connecting rooms – so thoughtful! My family was very happy with their overall experience, including the dining. Highly recommend!

Overall, this hotel is quite worth staying at. I really liked the hotel's design, ambiance, and facilities, and the room was also good. I booked a room with a hot tub, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the service and management were clearly weak points. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the lobby, which isn't very large, was crowded. When we first arrived at the parking lot, there was only one older gentleman working, and it took a while to find someone to help with luggage, clearly indicating a staff shortage. During check-in, there wasn't much proactive information provided; staff only told me things after I asked. Compared to other hotels of similar standing I've stayed at before, there was a noticeable gap in service professionalism. The restaurant gave a similar impression. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but the service felt inexperienced. The food itself was generally mediocre, though the beef skewers at dinner were surprisingly delicious 😂. Interestingly, some of the older staff members around the hotel were very diligent, constantly cleaning and bustling about. So, my feeling after staying wasn't that there was an issue with staff attitude, but rather that the hotel's staffing, training, and management haven't kept up with its excellent facilities. This is quite a shame because the hotel itself is really well-done. What deserves special praise are the hotel's activities; the explanations were very thorough and professional, and this part of the experience was excellent. Coupled with the desert environment and the starry sky, I think it's still worth staying for those who come specifically to experience the desert. If you only look at the design, room, cleanliness, and overall environment, I really like it. If the management and service professionalism can be improved later on, the overall hotel experience should be much better.

The experience at E-Yanchi Yinhai Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Yuehai Lake. The fitness facilities were well-equipped. Owen provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

As soon as we exited the station, we saw a driver in a neat uniform holding a sign. The car was a powerful off-road SUV, and inside, ice water, wet towels, and snacks were thoughtfully prepared – these small details instantly erased our travel fatigue. There's a stretch of desert driving from the station to the hotel, and the driver specifically took us on a 'desert rollercoaster' ride, which was exhilarating yet safe, and our child shrieked with delight the entire way. Upon departure, it was even more impressive; they drove us all the way to the airport departure gate, and we didn't have to touch our luggage once, truly experiencing the luxury of 'hands-free' travel. 🏨 Room Facilities: A Sparkling Diamond in the Desert The moment we opened the door, our whole family gasped in awe. The floor-to-ceiling glass window framed the continuous sand dunes into a flowing painting. The room was incredibly spacious, with smart home controls throughout, and the bedding felt like sinking into clouds. A Dyson hairdryer, premium toiletries, a complimentary mini-bar fully stocked with imported drinks and snacks, welcome fruits, and a handwritten card showed incredible thoughtfulness. The most amazing part was lying in bed at night, opening the skylight, and seeing the starry sky directly above – this feeling of sleeping under the desert stars is unforgettable. 🏜️ Scenery: Every View is a Screensaver The scenery here is beyond words. In the early morning, stepping out, you're greeted by a gentle desert sunrise, with the light painting the sand golden; in the evening, lying on the hotel's exclusive terrace, you witness magnificent sunsets and evening glows; late at night, we listened to professional explanations in the stargazing valley, clearly seeing the Milky Way and the Big Dipper. The entire hotel is like a work of art growing out of the desert, with stunning shots at any time and from any angle. 🐫 Activity Arrangements: Fulfilling and Thoughtful The hotel's activities were so abundant that we never had a moment of boredom. Our butler arranged our itinerary in advance: early morning desert hiking to identify plants, camel riding across dunes in the morning, thrilling dune buggy rides in the afternoon, and a bonfire party and stargazing lecture in the evening. The biggest surprise was that they secretly arranged a desert candlelight dinner for our wedding anniversary – rose petals, champagne, exclusive service, so romantic it brought tears to our eyes. The infinity pool was equally surprising; playing in the water in the middle of the desert with dunes behind you – this contrast was incredibly captivating. 🍽️ Buffet: The Flavors of Northwest China on Your Tongue Breakfast and dinner can almost be described as 'luxurious'. For breakfast, freshly pulled beef noodles, steaming hot Mugwort noodles, and fresh lamb offal soup – both Chinese and Western options were excellent. The dinner buffet was king-level; unlimited Ningxia Tan sheep meat, hotpot, BBQ – all available. The meat was tender with a milky aroma. There were also freshly shucked oysters, various seafood sashimi, and an exquisite dessert bar. Chefs cooked on-site, and servers cleared plates very promptly. Every meal was so delicious we ate until we couldn't move, and the taste definitely rivaled high-end restaurants. 👩💼 Staff Quality: The Soul of the Hotel The most touching aspect of this trip was the people. From butler Xiao Yang to dune buggy driver Master Ma, from the front desk to every lady in the restaurant, they always wore genuine smiles. When my wife had mild heatstroke, the butler delivered medicine and mung bean soup in the middle of the night. When our child's clothes got dirty playing in the sand, the housekeeping auntie immediately helped wash and dry them. They remembered every guest's preferences, not with mechanical politeness, but with the sincere care of old friends. This genuine warmth is absolutely the pinnacle of the Chinese hotel industry. If I had to summarize in one sentence: Diamond Hotel made the desert feel like home, and turned travel into a truly moving experience. I'm already planning my next stay. Friends, go for it with your eyes closed, you definitely won't regret it!

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

This hotel is conveniently located in the new district, right across from the city hall and museum. It offers great value for money and the front desk service was excellent, making me feel right at home. The internal facilities and cleanliness were also very good, making my trip to Yinchuan very satisfying.
