5-Star Hotels in Ningxia, China

Environment: Located across from the Yinchuan Municipal Government, some rooms with a view offer a斜向 view of Helan Mountain. Yinchuan isn't a large city, so getting anywhere is very convenient. Facilities: It's genuinely old. Even as we're about to pass 2025, you still see TVs with 20-year-old picture quality, and of course, no screen mirroring function. There are no convenient outlets by the bed for charging, and the front desk doesn't provide power strips, only a short 3-in-1 charging cable. The Wi-Fi signal is only one bar, and even when connected, it's unusable. There are no delivery robots; there's a locker downstairs for self-pickup. The diverter knob for switching between the overhead shower and handheld shower in the bathroom is almost broken. There's no smart toilet, not even a heated seat. Service: Very good, excellent attitude.

Visiting Yinchuan, we opted to stay one night in the city center. Our room on the 49th floor offered fantastic views of the beautiful Yinchuan city. The double room included breakfast for two and came with many complimentary extras. This included a tasting voucher for two at Xige Estate, which we used and found to be truly excellent value, saving us over 300 yuan. We didn't get a chance to use the vouchers for Jiadi Winery or other attractions. The hotel's location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Ningxia Museum. The room itself was very spacious, and the facilities appeared new. The indoor swimming pool was good, and breakfast offered a great variety. The only drawback was a very strong, unpleasant odor in the room, possibly from a previous guest smoking. The smell lingered and was noticeable even after being in the room for a while, and it took us some time to get accustomed to it.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is excellent. From the reception at check-in to room service, they are very warm and professional, making you feel extra comfortable. The hotel room was also very clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the facilities in the room, making my stay very comfortable and convenient. In addition, the hotel's catering is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other travelers!

The room was great, with an unbeatable beautiful view right outside the window. There were free sand toys available for guests on the way out, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were all very kind, attentive, and enthusiastic. There were also many free parent-child activities, making for a very fulfilling schedule. We even borrowed astronaut costumes and took some photos ourselves – every shot in the desert looked amazing. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's photography team offered three complimentary travel photos. Since we brought our own DSLR, we just used ours for a few shots, and the photographer was incredibly professional, with fantastic results – we were absolutely delighted! After so many trips, the lens always only captured my husband and child, but this time, I, the mom, finally got to be in the photos, which made me so happy!

The Sheraton Yinchuan Hotel boasts a truly magnificent and luxurious design. The service is exceptionally warm and attentive. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the manager and concierge staff immediately extended a warm greeting and proactively offered to help with my luggage, which made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel's facilities are immaculately maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and offer expansive views. Both the fitness center and swimming pool are fully equipped. With its convenient location and picturesque surroundings, it's a perfect choice for both business trips and leisurely vacations. Highly recommended!!

We booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with meticulous attention to detail. The food is also delicious and varied. Li Jiyan's service is exceptional, and I'd stay here again. The location is excellent, with the shopping district just downstairs, making it easy to eat and get a taxi. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, nestled in the desert, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the balconies overlooking the vast expanse of sand. From the room's balcony and doorway, you can witness the sunrise, sunset, and starry sky over the desert. The hotel building itself and the small chapel are also beautiful; sitting on the balcony quietly watching the sunrise and sunset, and observing the chapel under the changing midday light, creates a magical architectural atmosphere. The hotel service was excellent. Even before check-in, a concierge group was created to enthusiastically introduce the hotel's various activities. The morning desert hike and evening outdoor stargazing class were both very interesting! The hotel also included complimentary tickets to the Shapotou Scenic Area, and the concierge accompanied us throughout the visit, securing a fantastic viewpoint in the Yellow River area and experiencing interesting desert activities! Special thanks to concierge James Lin! He was incredibly attentive! Regarding dining, breakfast and dinner were semi-buffet style, with a wide selection and delicious food. The afternoon tea delivered to the room was also excellent! I had a wonderful trip in the desert! And it's perfect for those who enjoy solo travel!

Wellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.
