4-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.

The air conditioning was off, but a device kept making noise every ten minutes for five seconds, possibly an AC drain pump. At 11 PM, I went to the front desk for help. They listened for ten minutes and finally unplugged whatever was making the noise. The downside was the poor equipment, but at least there was AC, which was crucial during those 34-degree days.

We stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.

The stay experience was great! The hotel is elegantly decorated, the room facilities are complete and clean. The transportation and geographical location are convenient, the staff service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. I will choose here next time!

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.

The room was quite small, but that's typical for European hotels. For the price, it was decent. Despite its size, it had all the essential facilities, so I'd still recommend it. The breakfast was also okay.

Beautiful room with an excellent view of the skyline. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a train ride away from the Christmas markets too :)

Compared with the price, the room is clean, cost-effective, and the overall stay is very comfortable. The big bed is made up of 2 small beds. The cockroach can sleep halfway, and the cup is small. However, this is the general situation of German hotels and can be understood. Environment: The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet, very close to the supermarket, 3 to 4 minutes walk to reach Facilities: Fully equipped, the bar is very comfortable at night Service: The front desk and waiters at the hotel are very warm and friendly! !
