The hotel's own airport shuttle is quite pricey, but public transport is an option. It's very close to Terminal 3, and public transport between the airport train station and T3 is convenient, though not super frequent. The hotel facilities offer great value for money considering the price, and it's very clean. The surrounding area is very noisy; with the window open, it was almost impossible to sleep in our room facing that direction. However, once the window was closed, the sound insulation was good, so it shouldn't be a problem for light sleepers. Those who are more sensitive to noise might need to request a room facing the other side. With the window closed, the air conditioning and ventilation were perfectly adequate.

Everything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

The bed was so uncomfortable it made my back hurt. The soundproofing is terrible; there were 'dong dong dong' noises throughout the night. The location is indeed convenient, but I couldn't sleep at all, and my friend also had back pain. The pillows were especially uncomfortable, honestly, planks of wood would have been better.

The hotel was great, the service so welcome, the pool althpugh mentioned that its heated but looks like it was heated the Herman way which so cold, its location needed all the time the shuttle they offer to go to the airport and from there to the city of Frankfurt. The breakfast was somehow expensive for what it was offered and no where I went I paid the same for a child as its known they eat almost nothing, so I believe that it should habe been either free or 1/2 the price. In the room there wasn‘t sugar nor tea bags.

Favourite room layout for the whole trip (8 different hotels). A must for car lovers. Check in and out was super easy, both car lifts clearly marked and easy to maneuver. Location is next to airport so can also plane spot. Noise insulation amazing. Check out the convenience store at the corner next to the hotel for a quick meal.

Come to the exhibition, the room is very good, there is a small balcony, the surrounding is quiet, take a road underground channel and cross the road to the lidl supermarket. However, please note that there are other places with the same name in this hotel. Don't make a mistake. Close to the central train station, there are urine smells everywhere, and there are many strange people on the street. At the price I set at the time, I forced this house,

This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! I did not have a good experience at this hotel at all. Firstly, the hotel had no air conditioning during days when the temperature reached around 40°C, making the rooms extremely uncomfortable. Secondly, the skylight window in our room was faulty. It repeatedly opened and closed by itself throughout the night, creating loud noises that made it very difficult for us to sleep. To make matters worse, the gentleman at the front desk had a poor attitude towards guests. I found him to be rude and arrogant, which made me feel neither welcome nor valued as a customer. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

When i checked in on November 6th, the reception lady is not so nice. I asked clearly if you have a room in higher foor. She just ignored me!!! AND i asked again and she said no room in higher floor. She then gave me a room in the 2nd floor. I accepted but when i entered the room, i found the window cannot open like last time. So I went back to her and asked a room with open window at any floor. Then she gave a room on the highest floor at 6th!!! So what about a min ago ”no room in higher floor”??? Then, i tried to open the window several time and it absolutely did'nt work!!! I can sense that she a little ******. Bacause I am Asian.

I stayed at NH Frankfurt Airport West and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax before a flight. The location is especially convenient for travelers who prefer to stay outside the city before departure. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is also accessible, although it requires a bit of a walk. Nearby, there is a Netto Marken-Discount, which is very convenient for picking up snacks or last-minute souvenirs. However, one downside during my stay was the breakfast experience. There appeared to be a seminar or event taking place, and a large group of guests was standing and talking in the breakfast area, blocking the walkway. It was difficult to move around or enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not manage the situation or organize the space effectively. If the hotel hosts events or conferences, it would be much better to allocate a separate area for such gatherings and ensure that shared spaces like the breakfast area remain accessible for all guests. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and a convenient location, but service management in shared spaces could be improved.
