GGuest UserI would like to raise a concern regarding my stay. On arrival, the room was not ready and was messy, which was disappointing after a long journey. Additionally, the bed is not very comfortable. However, I would like to mention that the location is convenient and close to my workplace, which I do appreciate. I hope this can be looked into and improved. Thank you for your attention.

WWing@keungLocated very near town centre , shopping mall and restaurant . It has a car parking area cost £12/night and £24 for my 3 day 2 night trip. Room is tidy. But I thought hotel will auto daily reset the room door pin ??We failed to open room door and have to reset room card for everyday after came back . But no staff mentioned it during checkin . Due to the good location . Still Higher recommended.

GGuest UserThe staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early, They gave good advice on surrounding amenities, and were helpful throughout our stay. Although our room and shower room were was small, they were both clean and very well presented. The food in the pub was of a good standard and we were made to feel very welcome.

GGuest UserFriendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.
