The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, and housekeeping was quick and efficient. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The room was ok, clean and close to centre. But the pictures of room through the app didn't match the reality. This wasn't the same room. The wifi password that we are told, it wasn't the right one. Also in order to use the elevator key, you need to pay. Its not unlimited. And these info its not in the site neither the reception inform us from the beginning.

The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.

Delicious and varied breakfasts. The location is excellent, quiet and right in the center. The sea is a 5-7-minute walk away.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

In the new district of Batumi, it is close to the airport and a few kilometers away from the old city, but the traffic jam in Batumi is very serious. We walked for more than an hour in the afternoon for a few kilometers. The management of this city is really bad.
The room was small, but it was clean, very close to the beach, because the plane left in the morning, breakfast was not eaten, and the umbrella was required to deposit 50.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

Отель находится в среднем здании орбит на 40ом этаже, там же и ресепшен. Приятный, весёлый общительный персонал. Быстрое заселение. Стильные, уютные, современные номера со всем необходимым. С балконом и видом на море. Стоит учитывать загруженность лифтов, вниз можно спускаться по 10-15 минут. Набережная в шаговой доступности. Так же рядом кафе и рестораны, но лучше посещать в старом городе. Так же нужно быть готовым к тому, что большая часть тут курит, поэтому с балкона постоянно может тянуть, если его открывать. Мы всем довольны. Цена - качество, пятёрка.

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.
