It's a quiet hotel. the breakfast is good. and the Executive Chef , Apriwan Usman Syukur, is a nice person. if you need help, please let him know. he will give you a hand. thanks him.

This is a 2nd time i booked this hotel for my colleque who has a business trip at Depok Jakarta. The hotel nice but difficult to get food. the only way you can get food, order from the hotel cafe. Other facilities is ok and comfortable

新しいホテルなので全てがキレイで快適でした。隣のパクウォンショッピングモールと直結していて雨が降っても濡れること無く買い物に行けます。レストンも沢山ありブカシでは最高の立地だと思います。また、徒歩30m程の隣のrevoショッピングモールは少し古いですが駅と直結しておりジャカルタ方面に行くならタクシーより快適だと思います。 深夜も隣のホテルの工事が行われていたため騒音で何度か目が覚めましたが、それは今だけの問題だと思います。あと、近くにコンビニはありませんので深夜に買い物できる所はありません。

Greeted by friendly staffs and my check-in was processed by employee of the year 2023 Agung. Indeed, he is very fast, clear and knowledgeable when explaining the terms and info. For the room, it was spacious. All is good but I thought the bedsheet and towels provided could be better (stains were found). Also, maybe if can provide rubbish bag for the bins so we won’t dirty the bin when we are disposing things. As for the breakfast, it was great; good spread of food and quality of the food was decent. I always looked forward for the breakfast during my stay here.

stayed 1 night for business trip. stayed in 707. everything was good. the only minus point was the internet signal is always on & off. i thought maybe the room is far out on the corner of the building, so maybe the internet signal couldnt reach our room properly. bf was good. continental + indonesian food mostly. good job novotel. would stay here again for sure.

The Mirah is centrally located in Bogor. It is near Botani Square Shopping Mall and many other restaurants. The neighborhood surrounding The Mirah is also very scenic and enjoyable to walk around. I would say that the Mirah Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Bogor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast and various restaurants in the hotel are nice and worth your money. Right now the pool is under renovation which was the only downside.

The stay was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were relatively clean. Pick the grand deluxe room facing golf course for best view. However, exploring the nearby areas on foot can be challenging due to the narrow roads, so taking a Bluebird taxi is the best option for getting around. I especially loved the heated infinity pool, which stays open until 9 PM—a great way to unwind. The only downside was the limited vegetarian and vegan-friendly options on the restaurant menu.

I booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth. After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came. I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation. Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night. Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok). Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one). Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel. If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.

I stayed here for a few days and it was generally pretty good. I just couldn't figure out the light switch. There was a switch at the bedside that turned off the whole room. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a switch to turn off all the lights. I couldn't figure it out? ! ! !

I like this hotel because near the Summarecon Mall. I can get everything, shopping and dining under one roof. Eventhough the hotel is slightly old, needs some touch-up, the curtain is badly soiled, water puddle in the shower area after showers but the house keeping staff tried their best to keep the room clean & tidy. Bathroom amenities is reduced to what we need only and the hotel use refills-able glass bottles instead plastic one for the complimentary drinking water.
