Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

Three-night stay for business. Room was always clean when i got back and the meals from breakfast to late night snack were all delicious.

Cuando estás más de 4 días alojado en este hotel. Te das cuenta porque de algunas reseñas negativas. El staff no es lento en hacer el check-in o check-out. La cuestión es que los huéspedes vienen en grupos muy grandes al mismo tiempo. Por tanto, colapsan a todos los trabajadores. There are not many types of breakfast, only bread and batter, and fried eggs. The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

Good locations, near to airport. Furniture a bit old due to old hotel. But overall still good for short stay.
