Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. It was noisy. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..). It had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it was a bit tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed, the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below as well as the noisy air conditioner compressor on the balcony. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.
SERVICE WAS GREAT, MARIA AND MELINA SO GENTLE AND READY TO HELP, FACILITIES VERY GOOD, GREAT INTERNET AND WIFI, GREAT BREAKFAST WITH EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED, LOCATION CLOSE TO EVERYTHING, CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOM, CLEAN TOWELS AND SHEETS, I WILL BE BACK , THANK YOU VERY MUCH
When we booked we were supposed to pay at the hotel but payment was taken online in advance (rather than just as a deposit) meaning we were not able to take advantage of the tourist rate which made our stay much more expensive than expected. This seems to be a confusion between how Trip and the hotel operate. Also be aware that the hotel does not have a card machine so you have to pay via the online system even if in person.
The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly and helpful but the payment really took the shine off of our stay.
Хороший номер, в котором есть все необходимое. Собственный пляж, отличный вид, доброжелательный персонал, красивый водопад на территории, очень чисто. Большое спасибо.
The room was very familiar. The room was clean and the lake was a wonderful view. The breakfast was a little weak, but nothing was discount for the accommodation. Clean beds and careful staff. Clean and complete bathroom.

The view is good and the reception is friendly. However, it is a pity that the soundproofing is not good, so I woke up with the noise between floors at night and heard too loud the TV sound of the next room.

GGuest Userthe location is great. breakfast is good but basic. room is comfy.
we reserved a room with a queen bed but we actually got 2 single beds but together.
We got a room in the 5th floor but the elevator in the 5th floor doesn't work so we need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then stairs, this is very annoying and it is expected from an hotel to fix this stuff or let know people before hand.
We were told that there is parking, and there is one, but because of a festival during the weekend there is not enough room so all the cars are blocking one another and we had to leave the car keys on the reception so they can move the cars, despite of this lack of room the receptionist told me that the hotel rents parking space to other people that are not guests, this is really a shame, guest should get priority and not suffer from this mess because the hotel owner/manager wants to make extra money.
GGuest UserReception asked us to make the check in ourselves with a link they provided which wasn’t working. After 30 mins trying without success they said it was ok and they could do it 🤨🤨
Plus they gave us a room and then changed us to a different one with 3 small beds (when we asked for a double and a single)
JJason AnthonyWe enjoyed our time at the hotel overall. One thing to note is that the hotel does not allow outside food, and there is no eating in the rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. A negative point was breakfast often running out of items, with no plans to replenish them, unless asked specifically.
LLiThe hotel is located close to the central square. Very convenient. They provide hot and cold water All day. Everything is basic but meets my needs. Shower water is good. Breakfast is typical Argentina hotel’s continental menu, limited options. Staffs are friendly and helpful .
AAlex john KinnearLoved my stay at plaza hotel, the views are amazing from the hotel. The free buffet breakfast far exceeded my expectations, I could get fruit salad, eggs on toast, juice, cakes and coffee. The staff were very friendly, and I would come back and stay here again. Thanks Alex

GGuest UserAmazing hotel by the lake, it’s also beside the Havanna chocolate museum. There’s a small recreational area at the breakfast area. In addition there’s a pool at level -6. It gives you access to the lake. Was great value staying here.
GGuest UserReally nice and great value for money, especially with the hearty breakfast. Only feedback would be were a little disappointed that you have to pay for the pool table! But apart from that the stay was perfect, thank you
