Richmond Hotel Aomori

The room was large and they put an extra bed, so I was able to spend a relaxing time with three family members. The lights are as bright as ordinary homes and the table lamps are as bright as learning lamps. The bathroom was spacious, clean overall and no shortage of amenities. The location is just a short walk from Yanagimachi by bus from the airport. There are also plenty of Japanese, Western and Chinese + Tony Rome restaurants (you can buy a great meal ticket at the hotel) in the hotel building, and there are bakery and Lawson, so it is really convenient. There is a popular soba restaurant called Kakizaki next door, but unfortunately it was reserved. There seems to be a lot of restaurants in the area, so I don't think you will have any trouble eating without going to the station.

Well located. On the high / main street in the city centre / downtown so plenty of food options. Lawson convenience store was also literally on the ground floor of the hotel. Short 5-10 minute walk from Aomori station and very short less than 5 minute walk to the bus stops for buses to/from Aomori Airport. Hotel was new and clean. The 'moderate' room was definitely comfortable and roomy enough for the two of us. Breakfast buffet offered variety and was tasty. Although the hotel and breakfast was not that cheap for regional Japan, you do get what you pay for, and it was good value in my opinion. Would recommend.
Hotel Jogakura

Located off the mountain road into a forest, it is a hotel with western style building. We arrived a bit late at before 5 o’clock. Check in was smooth. The hotel prepared an English version information sheet for the English speaking guests. We have a deluxe room facing the forest, and it is kind of a suite, with bedroom and living room area separated. There is a small balcony where when weather is good one can enjoy the good scenery. There are two air conditioners in both sides of the room which provide both heat and cool. Other room amenities are provided such as bottle water and coffee. There is no elevator in the hotel so you may have to carry the big bag up or down the steps. Onsen is located on the lowest floor. The outdoor onsen is very good, overlooking the forest. But it seems that the onsen is visible form the parking lot. There is a rest area with massage loungers outside the onsen. The dinner and breakfast are served in two separate restaurants. The dinner we enjoyed gave us a pleasant surprise, the food quality and taste are both very good. Breakfast was buffet style with good quality of food.
Art Hotel Aomori

I used it the other day. The room was clean and the children were happy, and the nebuta at the entrance was very clean and nice. I was talking about taking pictures with my husband and family, but I was thinking of taking pictures alternately by myself without being talked to by the staff, but the female staff at the counter was very comfortable. I was really happy that he smiled and talked to me, ”I'll take it if I like.” Some staff were cold, but everyone talked to their husband that they were not all terrible staff. There were many people who didn't speak to me, but there was a nice staff, and it was an event that I wanted to stay at an art hotel again.

There is only one place to stay on the mountain in Aomori Spring Resort, and this is it. Our room was small, which is pretty standard for Japanese hotel rooms, and it was quite a squash with all our bags (given that we had packed for summer in New Zealand followed by skiing in Japan). This wasn’t helped by a lack of shelving in the cupboard. However, the bed was fairly comfortable and everything worked. The food offering was fine but did not change very much from day to day, so I think you’d get fairly bored of it all if you were there for any extended period of time. The dining room itself is a huge barn of a place with very little in the way of atmosphere. The bar area had some very strange opening times (well, for Westerners, anyway), and we weren’t able to have a post-ski beer in the bar. Instead, we bought beers in the shop and drank them in the room. The shop was, though, well laid out and well-supplied with a good range of snacks and ski apparel. Being on the mountain, the hotel was ideal for the slopes and the lockers were easily accessible (from both inside and outside the hotel) and of a good size.

Comfy, close to trains and some local restaurants. Friendly staff, who didn't mind communicating through google translate. Nice little restaurant in the hotel. Head chef was very attentive and took the time to try to advise on dishes. Took a while to get to the word , venison, about one dish, but we got there in the end.

The front desk staff were efficient and polite, the room was sturdy and comfortable, and it was a great choice for staying at this hotel, which is also convenient for Aomori Station and for shopping and dining. I would like to use this hotel again on my next trip to Aomori.
Hoshino Resorts Kai Tsugaru

Originally, it seems that Minamitsugaru Nishikisui, a luxury inn at Otsuchi Onsen, was entrusted to Hoshino Resorts to operate and became Kaitsugaru. A large eaves car stop, a reception and approach that floats on the lake. Even if you are not familiar with architecture at all, such as railings using whole floor materials and wood, and outer walls using stones like tiles, you can see that it is a building with a profound history and so-called. No matter where you stay, you will be impressed by each world, but here in Tsugaru, the luxurious space (common section & indoor) Aomori culture & Traditional staff's wonderful customer service was memorable. The room on the 5th floor is large and luxurious anyway, and when ☔ falls, water drips from the eaves like a white thread. It looks like a Japanese painting. In addition, the interior using Nebuta and Tsugaru Bidoro fits well with the historic architecture. This time, my husband's work was tired, and my wife, I, also sent a busy day 々 for a while, so I needed to reset it. Stayed for 3 nights and the detox was completely completed. Energy charging is complete, and it will be normal operation from tomorrow. In addition, the meal of the world was only the evening meal on the first day and the next morning, and the other ran around Aomori Prefecture to the East and West, and I was able to explore Aomori other than the world as much as possible. Mr. Hoshino sends out every time he has the opportunity, ”I want you to stay overnight, not only for meals at Hoshino Resorts, but also for consecutive nights to know more about the charm of the area.” It was a trip that was right. As a result, Aomori was too deep and decided to visit again next year. Next time, I'll stay at Hoshino Resort Aomoriya. The staff at Hoshino Resorts who make such a nice reset place is really wonderful.

Location: perfect, it's connected to the JR station. Just get down the escalator, turn left and the lift brings you direct. Service : excellent! When we checked in, the guy couldn't speak much English but tried his best and we figured out everything perfectly fine. There's this lady, Anisha(?) who helped us greatly with our luggage transfer to Tokyo. Room : 5* quality rooms but it very much could be because it's new. I hope they do maintain the rooms well. Amenities were great too. Onsen: I'm not too sure if I'm being biased here but felt that the water here feels great on the skin. It felt like 5* indulgence as they even has a counter in which you deposit your stuff. And you don't even have to bring your own bath towel there! Overall wonderful find! I would want to go back there and stay and maybe try their beauty treatments but it's a long way to fly there
Asamushi Sakura Kanko Hotel

I arrived after 14:30, but I was kept waiting until the check-in time of 15:00. The staff in the front area rushed around. I started to have a bad feeling about this kind of inn because it doesn't have a working system. The facilities are old, but the rooms are clean. The spring quality of the hot spring is sodium, calcium, sulfate, and chloride, and is weakly alkaline with a pH of 8.21. Metasilicic acid is high at 131.6 mg/Kg, so it has high moisturizing power and is a hot spring for beautiful skin. The abalone steamed in sake (optional) for dinner was excellent, but the other dishes were ordinary. Sweet chawanmushi is not available. Is breakfast like a business hotel? It's not limited to this inn, but even though it's a seaside inn, the fish is salmon. Overall, it was an inn without a sense of extraordinary, but the panoramic view of Mutsu Bay and the Tsugaru shamisen concert at night were extraordinary. One more point, there is a large hall-like room on the first floor, but the inside is a messy storeroom. What's more, the door is made of glass, so you can see inside. Ambiguous management attitude can be seen. wake up. disappointing.
