This is a great hotel located near Asahibashi Station. If you're staying for multiple nights, they provide housekeeping service starting from the second day. The room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. It comes with a bathtub, which is wonderful for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. Since I was staying alone in a double room, I felt the space was quite adequate.

「A hotel perfect for solo adult travelers looking to recharge in peace.」 It’s not flashy, but it's high-quality and incredibly relaxing. It strikes the perfect balance between a business hotel and a luxury one. ✴︎ What I loved: ① The incredibly calming atmosphere * The room design is simple and refined. * The soft lighting creates a wonderful relaxing ambiance at night. * Even alone, it doesn't feel lonely; it's perfect for focusing on ”me time.” ② Excellent location * Easily accessible from Yui Rail Naha Airport. * Kokusai Street is within walking distance, making it ideal for a casual stroll out at night. * Suitable for both leisure and business trips. ③ Sophisticated hotel vibe * Quiet and comfortable. * Being able to gaze at the night view and simply unwind was, subtly, the best part. * You don't feel out of place even when traveling solo.

The hotel's location, facilities, ambiance, and service were all absolutely superb. There's a rooftop bar on the top floor with an incredible night view, and I successfully proposed to my girlfriend there! Throughout the process, the hotel staff provided invaluable and heartwarming support and assistance. I'm so grateful to them for helping us create such beautiful memories on our trip~

I recently stayed at B/C Hotel Naha Okinawa for 8 consecutive nights, and I was incredibly impressed by its overall value for money. For an average of less than 2,000 NTD per night, it's rare to find such a spacious and fully equipped room in downtown Naha. The bunk bed design effectively maximizes the living space, and the room comes with a complete kitchen setup, including an induction hob, microwave, and all the pots and pans you could need. For travelers like us who plan extended stays and occasionally want to cook meals with ingredients bought from the supermarket, it truly felt like a perfect 'home away from home'. One of the hotel's most appealing features is its wide array of free services and unique breakfast system. Every morning, staff deliver a logistics box filled with rice balls, Okinawan soba, side dishes, and hot soup directly to your room door. While the contents were the same daily, this 'delivery-to-door' ritual and thoughtful service left a lasting impression. Furthermore, the complimentary rental items available in the communal areas on the first and second floors are incredibly diverse, ranging from bicycles and hair styling tools to children's products. They even provide laundry detergent and fabric softener, significantly lightening the burden of luggage for long trips. In terms of transportation and amenities, it's about a 10-minute walk from Asahibashi Station. Although the sidewalks can be a bit uneven along the way, there are numerous convenience stores and supermarkets for easy resupply. The hotel is also close to the famous bakery Pain de Main, and Naminoue Shrine is just a 15-minute walk away, making its location excellent. While self-check-in is only available at 5 PM, the 1 PM checkout time allows for a very leisurely last day. If you're looking for a base in Okinawa with strong living amenities, ample space, and a budget-friendly price, this is definitely a smart choice.

The room is small but has all the facilities you needed, the breakfast is not really a buffet which you need to take order for the main course and you can get beverages or side dishes from the bar. Taking 15 mins to the downtown Naha, convenient store is on the ground floor

This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.

This hotel is just a few hundred meters from the Gibo monorail station, or you can take a Didi taxi to Naha Airport for 1900 JPY. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and across the street is a shopping district, making it super convenient for exploring the entire Shintoshin area. The room also has a washing machine and microwave, which is really handy.

The room here was average-sized but comfortable enough to fit a few large luggage and still have decent walkable space. I was lucky enough to be placed right beside the vending machine and ice making machine. The vending machine worked well and had no problems of running out of change or drinks. The bathroom was okay, although a bit narrow it had a bathtub and had all the essentials. We were also provided coffee/tea pods for the provided capsule machine. The cleanliness was okay as it did have some stains on the bathtub corners but that’s usually the case in most hotel bathtubs. Overall, it was what you would expect from a well-known chain and it does its job when it comes to the price point it is at. The staff was good and there was also a self-service welcome drink corner providing the local Okinawan coral roast.

I was very disappointed to find out upon check-in that the complimentary beer, which was mentioned in the reviews, has not been available since October. Also, 2500 JPY per person for breakfast is way too expensive, so we decided not to book it.

We booked the highest floor with exclusive free flow of drinks from 12 noon to 10 pm. We get priority in service and breakfast was good with many offerings of their local delicacies like seaweed grapes, brown sugar and such. The private Onsen in our room with the beautiful sea view and the direct view of the landing pad of the airport and the reach of eateries just below the hotel with a 2 minutes drive. Location was quite central to the places we planned to visit and throughly enjoyed our stay there. Recommend you pay a little more for the exclusive member deal and will definitely stay there if we visit Okinawa again.

Cclem.dbnExceptionally surprised by how beautiful the resort was. The entire property was well-maintained, peaceful, and even nicer than expected. The service was truly top-notch — the staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights was the complimentary lounge access, which offered free snacks and drinks. It was a really nice touch and made the stay feel even more relaxing. The ocean view from the resort was also stunning and added to the overall experience. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were surprisingly affordable considering the quality and variety. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and well worth it. The pools were just as impressive — clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

Cchloe_ccThe bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, which is a bit odd. There's no humidifier or air purifier in the room. I booked a twin room, but it was so small that the two beds were practically pushed together. Cleanliness: Just average. The carpet and sofa even had some dirt on them. Service: Non-existent. Location: It's a bit far from Kokusai Dori! If you don't want to be constantly traveling back and forth, I wouldn't recommend this place. For over a thousand a night, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it! You'd be better off staying at the Hilton next door. This was a poor choice.

RRufengPros: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were decent, good for kids. It's not too far from Kokusai Dori, Naminoue Shrine, or the monorail station. Breakfast was okay, and there's a smoking room on the first floor. The hairdryer and toiletries were quite good. Cons: The Wi-Fi was terrible, constantly disconnecting. There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I also distinctly felt that the front desk staff showed more patience when assisting Western and ********* guests compared to guests from mainland China (even when mainland Chinese guests were equally well-behaved). Of course, the front desk still maintained a Japanese standard of service, but the difference was noticeable.

TTravel_ingFacilities: The hotel has a full range of facilities, including a refrigerator in the room. Some floors also have microwaves and ice machines. Hygiene: The room was clean and odor-free. The only thing is that housekeeping doesn't service the rooms. Environment: The environment is good, very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. Service: The front desk gentleman I met during check-in was very enthusiastic and friendly.

JJingziwuliuqiThe hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful. I booked a twin room, but the empty space wasn't very large. I had to push the two beds together to make enough room to open my suitcase. However, the room facilities were very comprehensive: a large balcony with two chairs and a table. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel shop sells diapers, so if you're traveling with a baby, you don't need to go out to buy them. I particularly want to praise the sea area; the water was shallow in the afternoon, and I swam around within the safe zone, encountering six different types of fish, which was fantastic. The hotel has many steps, but also plenty of ramps and elevators, making it suitable for strollers. Beach loungers are paid for by the full day or afternoon; there's no option for just the morning. The laundry room was a letdown, though. While there were many washing machines and dryers, they were quite old, and about a quarter of them were out of order. Date of stay: 2026.05.23

GGuest User[No Safety for Foreign Tourists! They only protect locals, delay issues, and blame the victims. Highly NOT recommended!] While this new hotel looks nice on the outside, its management and crisis handling are completely unacceptable. On the night of May 10th, 2026, our family vacation turned into a nightmare. In the changing room of the public bath, a Japanese woman inexplicably threw my daughter’s towel and hair tie onto the floor. When I confronted her, she insulted me, shouting, ”I hate you, you are stupid!” After she insulted me, I didn't back down and continued to argue with her. She then completely lost control and rushed toward me. As I put my hand up to block her, she violently scratched the back of my hand. To protect myself and preserve evidence, I took a video of her face. I must emphasize that at that moment, both women were fully dressed; no one was recorded in a state of undress. She then started playing the victim, screaming ”Police!” and ran to the front desk to complain. The hotel's response was outrageous: 1. Lying and Stalling: The hotel staff blatantly lied, claiming they didn't know which room the guest stayed in and needed to wait until the next morning for the manager to review the CCTV. This was an obvious stalling tactic. 2. Coldness and Victim-Blaming: The next morning, the manager offered NO apology and NO concern for my injury. He coldly stated, ”Our hotel will not help you call the police. If you want to, do it yourself.” Worse, he repeatedly demanded that I delete the video evidence, claiming it violated the ”guest's privacy.” I replied, ”So because they are Japanese, they have privacy, but because we are not, it’s okay for us to be assaulted and injured without resolution?!” I refused to delete the crucial evidence. We packed our bags and left immediately. This hotel's stance is clear: The privacy of an aggressor matters more than the safety of a foreign tourist. They will only protect the locals and dodge responsibility. Stay here at your own risk!

GGuest UserIf there is more grass nearby, there will be a lot of insects. There are spider webs in some corners of the hotel room Before going to bed, I found bugs on the bedside and yellow stains on the sheets It’s a pity that there are so many insects at night that it’s impossible to use the swimming pool It is recommended that the hotel provide some insect repellents The price of the hotel is not cheap, and the location is not convenient either. Unexpectedly, there was no one to help carry the luggage to the room after check-in. Breakfast options are less If I get a perfect score out of 10, the price/performance ratio can only be compared to 6 points.
