Super friendly staff! Beautiful hotel! Unfortunately, unfortunately booked during the wrong period, as the small ”beach” was very dirty.. The hotel also seemed super empty. This makes it less comfortable. The room was not contained in bottles of water or slippers as the booking claimed. The toilet was a little dirty and it seemed to have been so fast-speedly cooled. The only really less for us was especially the breakfast we had booked for 2 people.. This was not breakfast for us, nor for two people as it was alleged.

The suite was spacious and well-equipped, with a separate living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette providing all the comforts of home. The smart TVs and fast WiFi made it easy to stay connected and entertained during my stay. I appreciated the complimentary fruits, Nescafe, tea, and water bottles, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend Matar Residence to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the quality of the facilities. Staff was so friendly and the hotel in general clean but there is no Shataf at the toilets and unfortunately there was no WiFi at the hotel which force me to buy a SIM card to do my staff for 50 USD . You can’t sleep from the night club front of the hotel very very loud noise until 2 am

This hotel was a dream get away, very quaint and quiet. the staff were very friendly. and the hotel always smelled very fresh! It is a small hotel with a great vibe. would be great for a couple's getaway. Shout out to the great staff for their help! :)

It is one of the best hotels for me. The location is so convenient, the staff is great and so helpful, and the rooms are very good. However, the hotel still needs few maintenance tweaks to keep the perfection level and standards very high.

Very friendly staff all around, just be careful with the taxi drivers from the airport highly suggest to book the taxi driver from the hotel . Especially Mr Toni Damien nice man friendly and he is very knowledgeable almost a tourist guide

Ok, the environment is OK, parking is convenient, it looks very clean, that is, the water has a little taste, it seems that it has not been processed, it is salty, I hope it can be improved! Booked for other friends

Highly recommended ! Staff are so nice and helpful , they would help you with anything you need the view to the mountains is gorgeous, everything is absolutely beautiful there .. you feel like you’re home Also their new building ( were I stayed ) is done perfectly!!
