4-Star Hotels in Yucatan State, Mexico

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.

The hotel is ok, I got a bigger room with view to the pool. There was a group of people at the pool so it was a little louder and during the day also.

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage ist super - nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.  Leider haben wir für 2 Personen nur ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool waren auch keine vorhanden. Die Dusche hatte wenig Druck, auch die Löcher der Duschbrause waren wohl teilweise verstopft.

You book with breakfast, and you are told that there is no breakfast. And you need to prove that you have breakfast. You come at an hour of the night and the door is closed. And you need to knock very long and loud to get to the hotel. It's strange. Fruit for breakfast. No refrigerator in the room. In general, hotel and hotel. But your money is not worth it.
