4-Star Hotels in Punjab, Pakistan

The staff told me at the reception during my check-in that my breakfast is included in my stay and the next day when I come for the breakfast, they told me it is not included and I have to go back again to my room so it was so embarrassing and in front of other people I really feel awkward. The staff should inform the guest very clearly about every information in advance. Hopefully they will not do the same with other guest.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The rooms are comfortable; staff is friendly and helpful. On request, I was allocated a room with a view of the main Boulevard Gulberg. Breakfast was good and staff there is also friendly. It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall.

Its an old apartment complex. Most bedrooms are based on 3 bedrooms suite style. The bedroom window opens in the corridor and that itself is such a lame tactic of Avari. The location itself is quite inconvenient as you need to take a 5km u turn whenever you exit or enter the property. Overall, the hotel is disappointing and depressing. I hate to stereotype but It looks like another faizabad hotel took over by careless abbasi (s). The staff is apparently courteous but never cares to listen or understand the guests concerns. I hope that management will consider this as a constructive review and make solid improvements.

It’s OK in Lahore. Other aspects are generally the same. But the diet is not bad!

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.

The breakfast was very delicious and there were many kinds. The room was very beautiful. I felt like I wanted a bath mat if possible. The shower is hot water. I felt that the water pressure in the shower was weak, probably because I was Japanese. There was a place where the outlet of the room could not be used.

Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort is an excellent hotel for family and business. Staff is very cooperative and polite with professional service. But aramada should provide complimentary clothes ironing services to all guests. I stayed there from 7th May to 9th May, but they charged me PKR 1,880 for ironing just one dress.

This hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room. During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.

Luxus is the best hotel in Lahore. I have stayed at other luxury hotels but Luxus is by far the best! They have a variety of breakfast options and it is delicious. Whenever I go to Lahore I always stay at Luxus.
