Amazing hotel! Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request. Room has a work table with stationery. Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding. The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind. Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.

My second visit. I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very accessible, had a good restaurant and pool area. Rooms are cozy and clean. Definitely will come back again ❤️

A very nice hotel, with lovely ambiance and staff is great. Rooms were very clean with lots of amenities. Food was good quality and value. The 13th floor lounge overlooks the kingdom centre with nice views. Highly recommend it for business travel or leisure.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was mainly Western style and quite extensive. The service was also good. They provided 8 bottles of water daily, which really deserves a big thumbs up. The front desk helped extend my check-out to 3 PM. Excellent.

The room itself was decent, and the hotel's interior was okay. However, the surrounding neighborhood and exterior are really bad, resembling a migrant worker area. It felt quite unsafe, and at night, there was constant noise from horns. Everyone should think twice before booking here.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's located in the heart of Riyadh, a great spot for taking photos at the King Tower and Princess Tower. Transportation is very convenient, and it's not far from the Kingdom Centre. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the rooms are clean and hygienic.

It’s so good, but recently I’ve been getting a little problem with someone there I think he is Jordanian man, not good man

Very good, will go next time on business trip, the whole environment is very good and clean, the hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious, I like it very much, I will definitely come back next time.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.
