I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient.
The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!
The hotel is new and clean. The location is just in the city center and near the bus stop going to the airport. Near the shops and restaurants. The place is aesthetically pleasing.
However the only downside during our stay is there is no water supply around 3-7am in the morning. We went to the reception for check out but no one is there. We just sent them a watsapp message that we are leaving and we already paid. Hopefully the issues are already sorted out by now.
Very clean and welcoming family hotel. Arrived late at 3:00 a.m. No problem with the reception. Just a little far from the city center of Tirana, 30 minutes by car. I highly recommend it.
Hotel Relax City Center
Comfort Double Room

Location was spot on—5 minutes walk from Toptani Shopping Centre, right by a really fancy kenefa place, next to the big masjid, and surrounded by everything and all types of shops someone might need.
Staff was really nice and helpful; they provided us with recommendations when we asked and even gave us a charger since we didn't have a European plug.
The room was really nice and comfy, with ACs and heating within them—definitely worth £39 and we'll be visiting again!
The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I really liked everything. I recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
The apartment is very good. The problem if you are on access, which is not a problem, is just that if you are not used to digital locks and don't explain it to you, you may be able to see what happened to us. The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good. If you don't understand this, you put code and down handle (the door doesn't open).
The hotel is very helpful and helpful.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has everything. What does not accompany is access to the apartments and lift (old and with a general state of cleaning no and damaged) but the apartment is not, it is perfect and we recommend it 100%
Excellent location. It is in the heart of the life of tyran. If I return to tyran, I would stay a few more days.
The bathroom was very clean and there was champagne and gel. The soft and very comfortable bed. And I repeat it again, incredibly clean. This worried us but the reviews said it and it is true.
In short, a 10 for the host and his apartment.
The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.
The room was nice, bright, and clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, Tirana itself is quite boring with not many attractions. The bus from Tirana to Podgorica was a nightmare; it was canceled without any notification or explanation.

GGuest UserLovely hotel clean room and warm welcome. Easily accessible as the bus from tirana stops right outside. Lovely breakfast only downside was breakfast didn't start until 8am so we were unable to eat before leaving for the airport
AAhmet>Reception quite unprofessional a bit rude
Breakfast very poor
Parking extra 5 euro which I did not know
I do not prefer and do not advice for next time

SSugwonThe location was convenient as it was close to the center of the city. All facilities were clean and the hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and I was able to stay satisfactory for 4 days.
RRehanaWe had a great stay at Vila Jasmine. The owner Aldina was very responsive from the time we made the booking. We arrived around 3am and she waited and welcomed us warmly. Room was simple but spacious and clean. It was great having a table with 2 chairs in the room. Wifi was fast and heater works great. Aldina was very helpful. She gave us lots of info and helped us with our planning. Vila was right in the town itself so everything was within walking distance. There are many cafes and shops within the area. The airport bus also stops about 5 mins away from the Vila and the bus to the bus terminal is also around less than 10 mins away. We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed chatting with Aldina who is always smiling. There are rooms on the ground floor and the 2nd floor rooms are accessible via small stairs in the garden.
GGuest UserDecent place with walking distance to most things. Seemed surprised when I checked in but eventually found my reservation and a room. Where able to offer a small breakfast before it officially opened so that I could catch my morning flight

GGuest UserThe room is very neat and cool, the breakfast is commendable, and the location is strategic, but I was shocked when I was told I could not have a guest in my room even after paying for 2 persons when I booked. I was never informed about this and felt embarrassed when the receptionist was telling me this right in front of my guest, and almost turned my plea down, and it took close to 15 minutes before she accepted as she was struggling to understand my English. If adults can't be with visitors in privacy in a hotel, where do you expect them to stay with their visitor after paying two persons price? It was so embarrassing that I had to move elsewhere the next day.
Nneohs2005For breakfast, we are given a choice of 3 different menú. No fruits are given.
Location is excellent with 2 buses traveling towards the city centre where there are a lot of tourists. One of the buses is Tiran E Re. This bus makes a round of the city in either direction. You can take another bus from the city centre to a cable car place. The bus name is porcelin.
You can take the Tiran E Re bus from the Tirana Bus station where coach buses end at.
The Arc hotel is hidden from the sight from the main road. It is just behind the ALES building ( attached) where both buses pass by.
There are a lot of amenties nearby. You can eat at kfc, pizza outlets, etc.
