4-Star Hotels in Konya Province, Türkiye

We recently stayed at a different 5-star hotel in Konya, but had a very bad experience. The Novotel offered a completely different experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were exceptional. If we ever pass through here again, we'd definitely stay here again.

We are welcome by Gulsum, she is patiently to check-in us. She also upgraded our room from double room to triple. There is a single bed in another room, no aircond & no window. Huge bathroom. We also booked another room for 3 person, hotel offered a room with 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed. Surrounding with many cafes, restaurants, beautiful mosque 🕌, souvenirs shop. There are all in walking distance. The parking is behind the hotel. Breakfast served at the basement. Foods are hot. Quite variety for a simple breakfast.

The hotel rooms and restaurant are great. There were not many people when we went. The restaurant staff were very warm and thoughtful. We were the only one serving guests at the time, and we felt very treated well. Konya is a beautiful city and I would like to come again if I have the chance.

We drove from Antalya to Goreme, and we went to Tuzi Lake on the second day of rest in Conya. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the environment was normal. At 8 o'clock in the evening, there was no one on the road, and the store was basically closed. . As a midway break, the hotel’s little brother will help with parking.

To say I really liked it would be an understatement... Floor height and room size are ideal, a separate smoking section is very functional. The stone coatings used in bathroom and room decoration and the cleaning in the bathroom are successful. The staff is very friendly The restaurant is the same price as the restaurants outside 10/10 as F/P

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

Service was great. The hotel was very nice. They upgraded us as it was low season. Rooms were nice though decor was old. Breakfast excellent

Stayed for the third time, the old five-star. Breakfast is not particularly rich, but there is an invincible view. The service is particularly good and the room lighting is slightly dim. Mainly close to the museum. The parking lot is opposite the hotel.

The location is very good, turn to the main road, and walk to the museum in Mefra for ten minutes. There is also a market like a pedestrian street on the road. Ten minutes from the hotel, there is a porcelain museum and a wood museum around Mount Aken. This means that the hotel is in the middle of several museums. The hotel is very well decorated and the lobby is large, because waiting for the bus in the evening, waiting for an hour or two in the lobby, the sofa is very comfortable.
