Very Good
AAnonymous UserIn Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment
The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate
The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient
You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV
The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust
I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time
Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in
GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
HHeliyoulilingIt's just an ordinary business hotel, just stay for a while, it's very quiet, but the room facilities are a bit old, but the bedding and everything are clean, overall it's good, nothing to complain about
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.
HHi there!Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
GGuest UserEverything was great! It's an older hotel, so the twin room bathroom didn't have a wet/dry separation, but otherwise, everything else was perfect. It's right in the city center, and downstairs is a popular trendy street. There's even a connected walkway to two shopping malls. The experience was fantastic!
GGuest UserHotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel
888 countries travelerIt's so beautiful! I booked a city view room for my birthday celebration alone and I loved it. The view was gorgeous both day and night ദ്ദിᐢ- ̫-ᐢ₎ You can even see the sunrise during the day. It faces the beach, and the room wasn't too small for one person. This isn't my first time staying at a citizenM, and the experiences have always been quite good. This one is also near the station, super convenient.
The only downside is that the refrigerator isn't very cold. My birthday cake was going to spoil, so I had to ask the front desk to refrigerate it for me.
GGuest UserA very good hotel, clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly, especially Joyce. We arrived on an early flight and they let us check in early since a room was available. It's relatively convenient to get to from the subway. However, there aren't many food options nearby, and it's quite a distance to the supermarket.
GGuest UserYOTEL is honestly a pretty cool place if you’re into modern, no-frills stays. The rooms are small, but they’re designed really smartly, so it doesn’t feel too cramped. I liked the adjustable bed and the overall vibe—it feels kind of futuristic. The self-check-in is quick, though it can feel a bit impersonal. It’s in a great location, which makes getting around easy. That said, it’s probably not the best if you want lots of space or a super cozy feel. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short, convenient stay.
