We had a two-bedroom suite, very comfortable. The beds were large and quite spacious. There was a balcony with a table and chairs.
The weather wasn't perfect for swimming, but we walked along the beach, which is nearby.
They replenished the water daily, changed the towels, and cleaned the room.
We thought we needed hooks for coats and bags in the hallway, and at least a small table in the room for a computer or for the family to have tea.
Nearby there's a pizzeria, a fruit market, and an ancient fortress with beautiful streets, goods, and food.

Loved my entire stay with my husband! It’s my first time in China and we opted to explore Futien in Shenzhen as our first stop just to familiarize myself with the area.
The location of the hotel was perfect, literally walking distance from the high speed train station, which we appreciated.
Our room had an incredible view and the space inside the room was huge! The bathroom had a tub, we had a walk in closet and had a very comfortable bed. The temperature upon entering the rom was also perfect - can’t say that abt other hotels!
We opted to include breakfast buffet as part of our stay - and it did not disappoint. The selection and quality of food exceeded our expectations and all staff were very friendly, the ones we came across were so warm, friendly, and very accommodating!

During the National Day holiday, I brought my elderly family members to Shenzhen and booked this Hilton hotel. The front desk staff handled the check-in process very quickly and thoughtfully helped us arrange a quieter room on a higher floor. The hotel is located in an area with excellent transportation; both the subway and taxis are convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy for the elders to find food. The room hygiene was reassuring; the entire room was spotlessly clean, there was no mold in the bathroom, and the bedding was changed promptly. The room facilities were in good condition, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we weren't disturbed by outside noise at night, and hot water was always available. The staff were very polite to the elders, proactively helped with luggage, and responded quickly to any requests. After a full day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel to rest was a very pleasant experience. Even with many guests checking in during the National Day holiday, the lobby, though busy, was well-maintained. Last night was my first stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen, specifically to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, hence the 4.9-star rating.
Upon reaching the lobby on the 96th floor, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking view of the Shenzhen cityscape. You could even see Sheung Shui, Hong Kong, in the distance – the view was truly superb. A special thank you to the hotel for knowing it was a birthday celebration; they prepared some decorations and a birthday cake. While not overly extravagant, it was a thoughtful gesture that added surprise and a sense of occasion to the birthday.
The room itself was very spacious and incredibly comfortable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Given the location, the view, and the service, the price was reasonable, offering great value for money.
The only minor regret this time was not being able to try the hotel's buffet, which is why I'm holding back 0.1 points. I'll definitely try it next time if I have the chance.
