My stay at the Qiyupai Air Courtyard Resort Hotel during my trip to Suzhou was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Shantang Street, and the subway is also very convenient. It's truly a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. The high-altitude courtyard design is incredibly atmospheric, with a blend of Suzhou-style Zen and a dry landscape garden. Watching the sunset over the ancient city from the terrace in the evening, as the lights begin to glow, was incredibly soothing and therapeutic. The room came with its own private, constantly-heated hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the evening breeze completely washed away all my travel fatigue. The attention to detail was exceptional – a giant projection screen and smart bathroom facilities were all available, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. Breakfast was a semi-buffet featuring authentic Suzhou specialties, with freshly made pastries that tasted great. The serving hours were also very accommodating. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, and they even provided helpful tips for exploring the local area upon check-in. Overall, the hotel is clean and elegant, perfect for both couples on a romantic getaway or friends traveling together. Staying here in Suzhou is a sure bet, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The first time I lived in Taoist Temple, it was very fresh. Yi Daochang was very patient and attentive. He gave us guidance all the way. We bought tickets from the station (guests can enjoy the preferential price of 80 yuan / people including tour bus during the stay, great value) and went through the relevant procedures. Take the car to the top palace. According to the guidance of Yidao Chang, I quickly found the check-in room. After I checked in, the selected room was the only photography room that could open the door and see the mountain. Due to the recent rain in Changzhou, when I came, I caught up with the time period of the cloudy mountain and the fairy air floating on the mountain. The cloud mountain mist has a feeling of being in a fairyland. Although the visibility is not high, it has a flavor. We booked a meal of 150 per person a day in advance. Four dishes and one soup. The rice is basically not enough and it is free to continue. We ate Maoshan's famous goose meat and steamed salmon. Two vegetarian dishes are a large bowl (small basin) of seaweed egg soup. We ate very delicious. It feels very good. After eating at about 7:30, Yidao Chang also arranged a night tour for us. The cultural history is floating in a fairy spirit. It really feels like being in a fairyland (remind everyone that the temperature on the mountain is generally lower than the mountain, and you must bring warm clothes or you will catch a cold). We also booked the head incense at 12 o'clock in the evening in advance. This is a benefit that accommodation customers can enjoy. It is really superb and the price is super high. The next day we also drank the highest altitude coffee in Jiangsu Province, with plain noodles, and it felt really good. I took a few photos of good visibility before checking out. I really recommend everyone to have the opportunity to experience it. It feels super good. We will come again next time.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Our two-day, one-night stay had its ups and downs. First, the hotel's cleanliness and location were good. We didn't find any obvious sanitation issues, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The hotel is located right by Taihu Lake, making it quite convenient to drive to several attractions in Suzhou. The room environment was generally good, but the air conditioning in the hallway was clearly insufficient. It seemed the first floor of our building was still under renovation. The soft play area facilities are quite suitable for children under 5 years old. For older children, I'd recommend the outdoor climbing facilities, which are more challenging. What significantly impacted our stay was the management and service at the swimming pool. Firstly, there were no clear dress code regulations in the pool lobby. While we were swimming with our child, we were told that another guest had complained about my husband wearing his own clean underwear under his swim trunks, and he was asked to change. Then, because my husband's swim trunks were a bit loose, a lifeguard told him they weren't standard swimming trunks. We have never encountered such rules at other hotels, and we couldn't find any posted regulations. We also asked the front desk staff, who said the so-called rules were not posted and explained that they were concerned about bacteria on underwear. Leaving aside the fact that the pool itself contains disinfectant, does wearing only swim trunks magically eliminate the bacteria issue? Additionally, the hotel did not provide steps or toilet seat reducers for children to assist with hand washing. Also, the family next door made a lot of noise in the hallway for a whole hour, which also affected our stay experience. Overall, for the same price, you can find parent-child hotels with more thoughtful and considerate service. Personally, I would not choose to stay here again next time.

Location: The hotel is situated within the Garden Expo Park, near Natureland and the Suzhou-style Thirteen Gardens. It's very quiet and perfect for a vacation. Facilities: I booked the most basic room type, which included an entryway and a balcony. The overall design is great, and in summer, falling asleep to the lush greenery of the courtyard was wonderful. Service: It feels like a very caring team. On the first floor, there's a little shelter set up for cats, which looked like strays. During check-in, I received clear guidance. When rooms were available, early check-in and late check-out were possible. Beyond the front desk staff handling check-ins, there were usually at least two other staff members assisting in the lobby, especially during breakfast peak hours, where I counted no less than six service staff in the restaurant. There's also a shuttle service for getting around. They were always responsive and the overall impression was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, whether it was the room, the hallway, or the lobby, I hardly saw any trash. This was my first time at the Garden Expo Park, and I was with my elderly parents and child. The hotel package included many attraction tickets. Due to limited time and hot weather, we didn't get to visit all the attractions, but overall, I was very satisfied with everything, from Natureland and Baobao Paradise to the park's scenery. It's a shame that many restaurants have closed down, and there are very few people around. I hope the Garden Expo Park can persevere, and I also hope the Radisson Hotel continues to thrive. I will definitely choose the Radisson Hotel again on my next visit to the Garden Expo Park.

We unfortunately coincided with a typhoon, so we were stuck at the hotel for entertainment. Even the Garden Expo was closed, let alone being able to explore Nanjing. However, I must commend the Banyan Tree for being excellent. Having hot springs was enough, and while their lunch and dinner were pricey, the views were truly amazing. We even got to see the cliff waterfall, which only appears after heavy rain. The hotel service was also quite meticulous. On our last morning, while still relaxing in our room, there was a lot of renovation noise outside. After providing feedback to the front desk, the work immediately stopped. I'd say their response was quite prompt. This time, I could only book a 3-day, 2-night package. I hope next time I can get a 4-day, 3-night stay so I can properly explore Nanjing.

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

This time, I brought my child along for a trip and booked a tent hotel. It was absolutely fantastic, a truly great experience. Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by lush nature, truly breathing fresh air among the trees. The hotel's service was also superb; it was clean, hygienic, and everyone had an excellent attitude. The park is very large but exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were very patient, and when we misplaced something, the housekeeping team promptly updated us. It was genuinely a wonderful experience. There are plenty of activities for children, including a petting zoo and grass-sliding. The tent cabins are incredibly atmospheric and perfect for photos, and there were no mosquitoes – the hotel handled everything brilliantly.
