Highly recommend this hotel for couples! It's a three-story building, and the hallways are great for photos. You can even see the Gate of the Orient from the 7th-floor balcony. The hotel is super close to the newly opened MixC World, just a skywalk away. It was renovated in 2025, and there's no strong formaldehyde smell in the rooms. The facilities are quite complete, and the toothbrushes aren't those cheap disposable ones. The hygiene is excellent. For couples checking in, here are a few tips: 1. When you check in, ask the front desk for a disposable bathtub liner. The tissue box might not have a tissue sticking out; you'll need to flip it over and open the bottom to get one. 2. The fixed showerhead can be adjusted, so you don't have to stand right against the wall. 3. The main bed doesn't have outlets at the headboard, but the two side beds do. The switch for the inner side bed only controls the small circular light at the foot of that bed (see pic 5). The spotlights for the side bed near the bar are what control the ambient lighting at the headboard and under the bed. 4. Also, I want to complain that I didn't get a random cultural and creative blind box! 5. Still, I highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious; though advertised as two single beds, each is actually 1.5m wide, making it more than enough for two adults and a child. The buffet breakfast offers authentic old-fashioned Suzhou flavors. The 'biezi tuan' (a local snack) genuinely brought back childhood memories; it's been a long time since I've had it. You start by depositing your shoes at the men's entrance, then collect slippers, a towel, and a wristband. After a thorough rinse, you can enter the pools. Once your body is warm, you'll be well-prepared for the cold outside. Thoughtfully, plain water and ginger tea are also provided. After a soak, my skin felt very smooth, and I slept better than usual. Overall: Located right next to Dayangshan Scenic Area, it's perfect for a weekend or holiday two-day trip in winter. This is the most comfortable hotel we've stayed at, and the kids absolutely loved it! Besides the hot springs, there are also small animals, arcade games for children, and even a beach, making it truly ideal for families of all ages. What's even better is that Slender West Lake is directly opposite the hotel, just a short walk away – super convenient! Every staff member at the hotel was also incredibly friendly and approachable. Knowing we had children, they thoughtfully and proactively provided kids' slippers and toiletries, which was a very kind gesture. Overall, our stay was very comfortable!

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a small garden. The guest rooms are not big, but they are enough for accommodation. Drinks and yogurt are given every day. There is a Xiaomi air purifier in the room, and the hair dryer is a Dyson~ The hotel is in a good location. It is about 9 yuan to take a taxi from Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street~ The hotel lobby is the Quyuan Restaurant, which is very popular. It opens at 7 o'clock in the morning. If you don't go early, you will have to queue up~ There are several parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and there are also underground parking spaces. Tell the front desk the license plate number and it will be free~ Tickets for Slender West Lake Hot Spring will be given. Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation. The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service. The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service. The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average. This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.

Every big holidays, our family has visited this hotel. It's already 4th time. Time flies. Even though, some facilities and cleanness are not perfect as same as 2 years ago, the cozy mood is fit for us. BTW, hot spring, please operate everyday. Only for winter time is not that pleasant for visitors who like to see sunset in the hot spring. After changing from Dusit Thani to Hilton, little bit decent but need to be improved. Too many flies in restaurant, aisle of buildings need to be clean. However, we will be there again. Thank you for staffs' kindness.
