This hotel boasts an excellent location, right above a commercial street with a subway station conveniently located just outside. There's a charming pedestrian bridge next to the subway, perfect for photos and adding to the overall ambiance. The hotel is also incredibly close to a major shopping mall; cross the bridge, and you're at Vientiane World â truly a superb spot!
Service: The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, genuinely caring for every guest and resolving issues remarkably quickly.
Ambiance: The Japanese-inspired decor creates a fantastic atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, wonderfully comfortable, and tidy. Staying here was a truly delightful experience.
Highly recommend! đđđ

The environment is elegant, quiet, and surrounded by lush trees, lawns, and a river. The location is superb, very close to the city center and Slender West Lake. The in-house dining is top-notch; the Quyuan morning tea lives up to its reputation, and the Ju restaurant's cooking is excellent. Building 8 has the most central location, Building 18 is very new and refined, and Building 11 offers great value for money, even including hot springs and a travel photoshoot. The family rooms are also quite good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Slender West Lake. Turn right out of the hotel and you're at the East Gate of Slender West Lake, and it's also very close to Daming Temple, Guanyin Mountain, and other attractions! The hotel has a garden-style design, with all guest rooms featuring traditional Chinese architecture with upturned eaves. The internal garden is spacious and the environment is lovely! The front desk service was excellent; they escorted us to our room and patiently explained how to use the in-room facilities. The hot spring is a highlight of the hotel, and our stay was upgraded to a garden-view hot spring room. The hot tub was large enough and the water was hot, so the outdoor soaking experience was quite nice, though the weather wasn't ideal at the time â no starry sky to enhance the evening soak! The hotel facilities are good, the room is spacious enough, and the breakfast is quite varied. My only minor regret is that there's only an outdoor pool, no indoor heated one. All in all, it's a great hotel and highly recommended!!

We switched from a hotel near the Grand Canal to this one, a classic five-star establishment. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, truly setting a vacation mood. The concierge service was outstanding. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for a trip to Yangzhou; it feels like Daming Temple, Slender West Lake, morning tea, the Ancient City Park, and Yangzhou Banquet are all part of the hotel's amenities. The best part? Soaking in the hot springs after a long day of sightseeing is the most anticipated moment of the trip. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for another night. Highly recommended! For a family of three, getting this level of service, scenery, and amenities for just 200 per person is truly excellent value. It's definitely our top choice for visiting Yangzhou with kids.
The room was very clean, and the location is quite good, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The service was excellent; they even arranged a late check-out for me. The breakfast was also plentiful. Overall, it's a great choice for both leisure and business travel. đ
A perfect experience! The family room was cozy and comfortable, and the play area was clean and safe. The kids had a blast the entire time, and the adults were able to relax and unwind. Highly recommend! There's a great variety of hot spring pools, including shallow areas perfect for little ones. The water temperature was comfortable and clean, and the kids had so much fun. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are spacious, and the rest areas are very comfortable, allowing adults to relax while kids can run free. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic â a one-stop solution for family fun and hot springs. We'll definitely be back!

Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation.
The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service.
The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service.
The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free.
The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average.
This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.
We stayed at this hotel with our kids and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel is really great for children â they had a fantastic time, especially thanks to the huge safari park right on the premises. Itâs absolutely massive, and we spent hours exploring it.
The outdoor hot springs with the spa zone were a real highlight. So relaxing to soak in the warm water, especially in the evening. The on-site restaurant is delicious â we enjoyed every meal there. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. It gets extremely crowded, and we often found empty trays with no food left. The staff simply couldnât keep up with refilling them. Thatâs really the only downside â everything else was lovely.
Would still recommend the hotel, especially for families.

The room was great, right outside Exit 4 of the subway station, not a long walk. The room was new, and even though I arrived late, they upgraded me as requested.
However, here's the problem: when I went for breakfast, the woman at the registration desk was arguing vehemently with a customer as soon as I entered the restaurant đ„Ž. The customer was relatively calm, but the woman at registration was shouting and was incredibly aggressive. Regardless of who was right, it was extremely rude to speak to a customer. While the service wasn't exactly top-notch, the way that woman talked to the customer was infuriating. Because of one person, I hate the whole place.
Just a casual customer, afraid of getting yelled at, I'm never going back. Other customers considering staying at this hotel, please be careful not to get yelled at đ€«

The hotel belongs to the second phase of the Zhuhai International Conference Center. Since it is further inside, it is also more private. Each room is equipped with a hot spring bathtub, and dense bamboo forests can be seen through the windows. The room facilities are also relatively new, including a smart toilet, which is very avant-garde. However, the wireless signal in the room is not very good, and there is no USB interface, which is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was quite rich, and it was probably shipped from the conference center next door. The service is good, including welcome yogurt biscuits and parting gifts of black rice, like it đ
From 05:30 to 07:30 in the morning, you can go to Zhuhai Park for a walk and check in for free. You can take photos freely because there are basically no tourists.

GGuest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!
1110153****A clean and affordable hot spring hotel with few guests. The service attitude was genuinely excellent â friendly, attentive, and patient. The hot springs were also good; the key is that there weren't many people, making for a very relaxing soak. Soaking in the winter is truly comfortable. We were warm and toasty, and it wasn't cold at all walking back from the outdoor pools.
The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices.
However, a few complaints: The family room was advertised to have a sofa bed, but it was very small, only suitable for a child. Once unfolded, half was a hardboard and half a soft cushion, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The shampoo and body wash provided for showering at the hot springs were quite low-quality, and there was no conditioner. Also, the changing room air conditioning was insufficient, so it was quite cold while changing clothes.
DDaziranjuangudexiaoxiaoThis stay was a complete surprise from start to finish, and I have to rave about it! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and elegant, with exceptionally healing views. Every step offers a new scene that helps you relax and escape the city's hustle and bustle, making for a truly comfortable and pleasant stay.
It happened to be our 10th wedding anniversary, and after mentioning it briefly to the front desk, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us for free to a private hot spring courtyard room! The courtyard was quiet and private, and having our own hot spring was serene and romantic â it absolutely set the perfect mood, full of ceremony.
The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable layout, and attention to detail was evident everywhere. The service was gentle and attentive, warm and considerate without being intrusive. The entire experience was superb. From the environment and room type to the heartwarming service, everything was impeccable. It was a truly memorable stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
EeihuehThe room was top-notch; we got upgraded to an executive king room with a huge double jacuzzi â it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the complimentary afternoon tea was very photogenic. Breakfast was pretty good too. There are five hot spring pools in total, two indoors and three outdoors. Unfortunately, we went at night, so the outdoor pools weren't well-lit; I imagine they'd be much prettier around sunset. The tickets for the Nature Park were a pleasant surprise and far exceeded our expectations. You can interact with most of the small animals, making the package deal super worth it, haha!
HHerstal77To be honest, right after booking this hotel, a social media platform kept pushing 'hotel avoidance' posts to me, which made me quite nervous. A few days before check-in, the hotel contacted me to create a group chat and sent details about park entry, which eased my mind a bit. We arrived early on check-in day, and the hotel let us check in immediately. They even upgraded our room to the best view on the top floor, which was a pleasant surprise! The room's view had a bit of a post-apocalyptic, wasteland vibe, which I personally liked. My parents, being older, didn't quite appreciate it as much but still didn't think it was ugly. The private hot spring inside the room wasn't as unclean as some online reviews suggested; it was actually very good. The TV clarity wasn't super high, but it was perfect for connecting my Switch. We tried all the restaurants in the hotel, and the food was pretty good. The prices, probably due to being inside the park, weren't cheap, averaging around 350 RMB per person. The service was excellent; every staff member we met greeted us with a smile. The public hot spring was also very nice and clean. I went around 3 PM and practically had the place to myself, which was very relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience. My mom was already considering staying at a Banyan Tree again when we visit Yangshuo next time.
DDNamI wanna say that the hotel is really up to my expectation. Due to work, I keep on travelling quite a lot especially in Europe and Asia. Having the time contraint, I made a retreat in China with my first time. The service, privacy, environment are with the Byran Tree standard. To my surprise, the people are professional. Stella is the manager in this hotel and provides the tremdenous service with caring and courtesy. I am sure I will bring my family again here.
[[V] jijiThe room is large, highly intelligent, with a smart toilet, private hot spring, and charging stations in both the underground and ground parking lots, which is very friendly to new energy vehicles. The breakfast is quite exquisite, and it would be better if there were more varieties.
