"We like this Hotel and stay here each time we go to Auckland. It's within walking distance to Westfield Mall, cafes and the train station. The room is clean and tidy, maybe a bit dated but perfect for staying a night or two, the only thing we didn't enjoy was the very noisy guests in the next room!"

"There are several kinds of packages for breakfast, generally, Western food. The room facilities are very old, the bathroom is not heated, an electric heater is not enough, very cold. Because the room has few water radiators, it feels very cold. If it is summer, the experience should be perfect. The room is very mild."

"The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling. You can take the shuttle bus from the airport (35 NZD per person, discounts for multiple passengers) directly to the hotel entrance. The ferry terminal is a 15-minute walk north along Queen St. There is a Woolworth supermarket 7 minutes walk from the hotel, and there is a McDonald's nearby. It is also convenient to take the bus to Mount Eden from the hotel. The hotel sometimes has a buffet breakfast for 32 NZD per person, but the breakfast a la carte is average value for money. The obvious problem with the room is that the air-conditioning outlet blows directly at the bed, which may be a bit troublesome for older guests."

"Very good location . Very clean rooms . Small but cozy And beds Very comfortable. Fantastic staff, special shout out to Daniel, Brian and Tina for looking after us and the rest of staff. BONUS tea and coffee in reception on tap 24hrs a day. Very accommodating. Easy to call Uber and accessible to buses to go anywhere."

"Very busy and vibrant hostel with a bar attached. The bed was comfy but the room was lacking furniture - there was a chair but no proper table. Shared washrooms were well kept by everyone. A little distance from the main shopping area but near to sky tower (where you can get a chartered bus from the airport). Don't bother to do pre check-in online - they asked for a card for deposit / incidentals, and the card got charged for the rooms even though I have paid trip.com. Although the staff was prompt to do refunds, but lost like $20 on unnecessary fx rates and credit card fees. You will need to give your details onsite anyways, so save the time on something else. It would be better if the staff were more welcoming, but I guess it is tough with so many guests to handle every minute."

"The service attitude is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are complete! The room has a large balcony, which is very spacious and comfortable, and the view outside the window is also beautiful! There are also many restaurants near the hotel, and there are several playgrounds suitable for children to play. There are many bars not far away on weekends, which are a bit noisy."

"Value for money? I am not sure. It is a usual ibis budget room not really super close to the airport (20 mins by foot or 8dollars shuttle to be booked in advance)."
