Changxing Island Qingcaosha Reservoir was on a business trip. I didn’t expect that there are such good hotel standard rooms here. It is bigger than the five-star hotel in the city. I found this B&B very last minute, but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. I love this courtyard so much. It has everything. It can satisfy friends who like canopy picnics, and it can also satisfy kids who love to run, jump and play. There is a trampoline that kids like. The proprietress also has a large tennis court. You can fly kites and play frisbees. There are basically all kinds of toys. It's really a good way to kill time when there are many people gathering~ The courtyard is well maintained. The proprietress and her family are also very warm and thoughtful. Various snacks and fruits are constantly supplied. They also understand the feeling that people of our age cannot do without a cup of black coffee every day. Hahaha. Because I am also an islander, I can chat with the proprietress and her family very well. When the two elders made breakfast for us, it reminded me of my grandmother. Hotel is not bad, but during our stay, most of the common areas were quite cold. Also, water in the main pool was quite cold, as well as the air temperature, making it unpleasant. It is ok for pure swimming, but since it is a family hotel, temperature should be fine also for kids playing. Service in the Merket restaurant was quite poor, while in the Chinese restaurant the service was very good, as well as the food, much better than in the Market. Breakfast is good.
There is a small outside playground with animals. Some of the animals (the cow, the small rodents…) look a little bit suffering.
If you don’t speak Chinese it is quite difficult to understand what kind of activities can be done (in the hotel or with hotel support), and nobody is proposing anything at first.
All in all, not thinking to come back.

Stayed at Jinjiang Metropolo Changxing Island. The breakfast was very rich and the room was clean and comfortable. We went to the first beach of the Yangtze River. It was a very comfortable hotel. It turns out that Changxing Island was formerly called Yawosha. I will come to check in next time if I have the chance.

At first, my daughter wanted to set off fireworks, so she was going to book a hotel in Chongming. I saw this room and the evaluation was good. After booking, I contacted the hotel, and the housekeeper added WeChat to inform you in detail how to buy fireworks, nearby amusement projects, as well as a full meal and afternoon tea for breakfast, lunch and evening. Before departure, I also reminded again that there are no taboos. When it was almost time, the housekeeper had waited early to greet and lead the way at the gate of the community. His two villas are located on the shore of Baoyi Scenic Waterfront, with strict security and a good environment. The exterior is Mediterranean style, with a swimming pool in the middle and a sun coffee house and tea room on the side. The basement floor where we live is an activity room where we can play billiards, as well as two mahjong tables and audio-visual rooms. All coffee houses, tea rooms and activity rooms are free to drink. Even if we turn it off on the first night, it was still hot and didn't sleep well all night. There is a lack of towels in the room. There is no chair on the floor in the room, which is not convenient for the elderly to rest. The TV is not equipped with cable, we will on-demand and cast screens, and the elderly have not much choice. In short, Lanhaizhuang is still very surprising, all five-star praise, I hope to make persistent efforts, we will definitely come again when we have time. Every time I come to Chongming to visit relatives, I always book Starway Hotel. The transportation is very convenient. It is right outside the South Gate Pier. It is also very convenient for eating and traveling. There is Luckin Coffee KFC next to it, and there are Burger King and Starbucks in front. This time there was also a small market near Burger King, and we also went to pick strawberries. Three families came to Chongming again for the weekend, and this time they chose Youyou Villa. It can be said that there are surprises everywhere! The room type is satisfactory. The French-style villa we booked is very spacious and comfortable for eight people. The decoration is very new and the floor is clean. It is fully functional, with a kitchen, refrigerator, induction cooker, and disinfection cabinet. You can borrow pots and utensils from the restaurant. We ate hot pot at night and watched a football game. We were very happy. The breakfast is a Chinese and Western buffet, which basically has everything you need. The time is from 6:30-10:30, which can be said to be very humane. We all slept in for a long time before going to breakfast, and there was plenty of time. The service is nice, whether it is the young lady at the front desk, the restaurant boy, or the concierge who rents bicycles, they all feel well-trained and treat guests with courtesy and kindness. In particular, I would like to commend a young lady surnamed Zhou. Her English name seems to be Aimee. When we first checked in, the room had a bit of a smell. Being in a naturalistic garden, waking up in the morning with the sound of birds and insects in nature, the air is fresh, the sun is bright, the room is warm and comfortable, it's so healing!
