As an ex worker of one of the hotels from the Wyndham corporate, This hotel proves you the opposite of what professionalism and good customer service is.. My review from my stay on the second week of June has been erased. I am not going to repeat that uncomfortable moment we had when the manager called my cell phone to ask me for payment for 1 extra night when the night before we already had walked to the front desk and tried to pay at the counter for the next day. My husband was told that there was no need to pay or sign any document since we already had a credit card authorization form on file and a certain rate already accepted by me. The next day the manager's excuse was that there was a misscomunication and by that day my form was already expired. Long story short, between trying to call Wyndham corporate an repeating over and over by phone the story and asking them to send me their email so I can send all the documentation and proves and also getting an email from the manager saying that my review was going to affect his business, the corporate resolution was to give me 3,000 reward point and if I wanted something else I needed to call the manager of the property again. Thanks for being so professional..........Not.

Hello, my stay here has been great. The customer service was awesome. We were able to check in and the person who served us was very nice and professional and pleasant. Her name was Ms Angela. It had already been a long day. Our church group was coming in from Georgia to visit Bush Gardens. After this long trip, it was great to be able to be checked in, in a nice and timely manner. Ms Angela checked us in and was very helpful in explaining things concerning processing our payment, letting us know about our room and getting us our keys. Our room was great. Nice and clean and well put together. Sleep was great and refreshing to experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

First, I’m not one to complain about these kinds of things typically, but the lack of care or concern by the staff drove me to write this review. I wish I would have had access to a review like mine before I decided to book this place, so I’m hoping my review helps others going forward. First, as can be implied by what I wrote above - This place could be great, if perhaps the staff learned to be a bit more compassionate. First, upon arrival, my family was hungry. After bringing our luggage up to the room, we quickly went right back down before unpacking, only to spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get seated. We asked 5, yes FIVE, different staff members to help us understand how we could get seated. None of the staff members answered our question. They each punted us over to someone else. We finally figured it out on our own (or rather, thanks to some other guests who saw us struggling and told us they had experienced the same issue earlier, so they were very kind and helped us). Unfortunately, we then waited 2 more hours to get our food delivered to the table. When it arrived, the wrong food was brought to us. It was such a disappointment, and I left with an incredible headache because I was starving. Next, the room. If you want a peaceful beach stay, this place is NOT for you. All I wanted was a peaceful break at the beach from my hectic life. Unfortunately, this place caters to weddings instead of its hotel guests. My room sounded like it was inside a dance club - and it was on the top floor! I called down to find out how long we could expect this noise to last and was laughed at, implying that at least I was on the top floor and not on a lower floor where it would be louder. This is NOT a place to come if you want a relaxing and enjoyable time. Stay away. I have extreme regret staying here! Hotel management - Guests should be warned about dance parties upon arrival and at the very least, be comped if they can’t get out of their reservation to go elsewhere. This is not fair to those of us here to spend our hard earned money and vacation days. Finally, since I always like to provide a review on the bed, here’s the info: Bed is not up to par for a Hilton. Very firm, but does have the standard Hilton sheets. So - Buyer be ware! Wish I had taken heed of the previous reviews and gone to Don Cesar instead. Note: Gave this a 2/5 instead of 1/5 simply because it really does have a great view.

The hotel service is very good, and there is also a free breakfast. The breakfast is also very rich. There are many types. There are usually free coffee and ice cream. There are some toys for children in the lobby. The room facilities are very complete, including a microwave and refrigerator. thumbs up

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-November. Although the hotel looks ordinary, the room is good, we booked the presidential suite, the room is not only large and stylish, but also very clean, with private bathroom. The room also has a couch and office area to separate the bed from the work place. The breakfast provided by the hotel is not only delicious, the portion is sufficient and continues to be served, and the staff here are very warm and friendly. In addition, it is only a 5-minute drive from the hotel to the olive grove, red lobster and McDonald's. This place is really quiet! The price is very reasonable and highly recommend this hotel!

Room was full of health and safety concerns. Reserved a non-smoking room and the room reeked of smoke and other odors. Bathroom had tile falling off the walls. Black water stains running down the bathtub. Bathtub was rusted out. Feces still in the toilet. Ceiling flaking off across the entire room. Mattress was caved in where it appeared that someone sat for a very long time watching TV. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Chair was damaged as if a cat lived in the room. Did not stay, but was concerned for our safety to go back to the front desk to ask for a refund.
