The hot water didn’t work in the hotel on the day of our departure. We all had to take cold showers. Very unpleasant. Staff was great though.

When I first arrived there I booked a king bed and was later offered a queen 2 bed room because the king beds was in the negative, then the second night woke up to the hot water not working in the whole building had to leave and go take a shower at another hotel

Great hotel - we arrived late in the evening and staff was super friendly helping us get checked in and ordering food. Hotel was super clean and cozy!!!

Was not impressed with this Hilton. I’ll stick with Marriott. Their members receive better perks with nicer amenities.

It was alright, we could hear our neighbor clear as day talking on his phone, and we woke up to our room smelling like ****. Our neighbor must have been in a “wake & bake” mood. There were a few stray hairs in our bathroom. Also the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge. We also had to pay for parking, yet NO ONE told us or asked us for proof. Did we really have to pay for parking? I have no idea. I didn’t want to chance my car getting a ticket or towed. It was 15.90 to park overnight.

For a hotel near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet! The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff and food are great! A special shout out to the helpful, good-natured, and safe shuttle drivers!!!
